Abstract

Disclosed are a connection establishment method and device for establishing a connection between a UE in a long term evolution local area network (LTE-LAN) and the network. The connection establishment method provided in the present invention comprises: an access point (AP) receives a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment request transmitted from a UE; if the AP determines, according to the RRC connection request transmitted from the UE, that the UE is allowed access to the network, the AP transmits RRC connection information to the UE, the information carrying the radio resource configuration information of a signal radio bearer (SRB).
