Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for an aluminum paste and a solar cell element using same, and more particularly, to a composition for an aluminum paste and a solar cell element using same comprising: aluminum powder; a glass frit containing 50-80 mol% of V2O5 and 20-50 mol% of ZnO; and an organic vehicle, which are environmentally friendly by not including the ingredient PBO, the use of which is limited due to environmental problems, and which prevent reaction with moisture by not including Bi2O3, which has strong heat-etching properties, so as to enhance the durability of the solar cell element as well.
