　図６において、情報提示装置２０は、広告情報受信部２０１および広告情報提示部２０２を含む。
　ここで、広告情報受信部２０１は、ネットワークインタフェース２００５およびコンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ２００１によって構成される。また、広告情報提示部２０２は、ディスプレイ２００６、スピーカ２００７およびコンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ２００１によって構成される。
　広告情報受信部２０１は、情報配信装置１０から配信される広告情報をネットワークインタフェース２００５を介して受信する。
　広告情報提示部２０２は、受信した広告情報をディスプレイ２００６やスピーカ２００７に出力することにより提示する。
　例えば、広告情報受信部２０１が広告情報としてＵＲＬを受信した場合、広告情報提示部２０２は、受信したＵＲＬが示すコンテンツをディスプレイ２００６およびスピーカ２００７に出力する。
　なお、広告情報提示部２０２は、ディスプレイ２００６やスピーカ２００７に限らず、プリンタ等のその他の出力装置を介して広告情報を提示するようにしてもよい。
　また、広告情報提示部２０２は、複数の広告情報を受信した場合は、所定の間隔で各広告情報を切り替えて提示するようにしてもよい。
　次に、状況検出装置３０の機能ブロック構成について説明する。
　図６において、状況検出装置３０は、状況検出部３０１と、状況情報送信部３０２とを含む。
　ここで、状況検出部３０１は、カメラ３００６、および、コンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ３００１によって構成される。また、状況情報送信部３０２は、ネットワークインタフェース３００５、および、コンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ３００１によって構成される。
　状況検出部３０１は、所定の空間領域の状況を検出する。例えば、状況検出部３０１は、カメラ３００６によって周囲を撮像した画像を解析して画像内の人物を認識することにより、所定の空間領域の混雑度を算出してもよい。
　また、状況検出部３０１は、赤外線センサや二酸化炭素センサを用いて上述の混雑度を算出してもよく、その他の装置を用いて混雑度を算出してもよい。
　また、状況検出部３０１は、マイク３００７を用いて所定の空間領域の騒音レベルを測定してもよい。
　状況情報送信部３０２は、状況検出部３０１によって検出された状況の属性名および属性値を含む状況情報を情報配信装置１０に送信する。
　次に、広告主端末４０の機能ブロック構成について説明する。
　図６において、広告主端末４０は、広告提示権利情報取得部４０１と、広告提示権利情報送信部４０２とを含む。
　ここで、広告提示権利情報取得部４０１は、ディスプレイ４００６、入力装置４００７、および、コンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ４００１によって構成される。また、広告提示権利情報送信部４０２は、ネットワークインタフェース４００５、および、コンピュータ・プログラムを実行するＣＰＵ４００１によって構成される。
　広告提示権利情報取得部４０１は、キーボードやマウス等の入力装置４００７を介して、上述の広告提示権利情報の入力データを取得する。
　広告提示権利情報送信部４０２は、取得された広告提示権利情報を、ネットワークインタフェース４００５を介して情報配信装置１０に送信する。
　このような広告提示権利情報取得部４０１および広告提示権利情報送信部４０２は、典型的には、記憶装置４００４に記憶されたウェブクライアントアプリケーションプログラムを用いて実現される。この場合、広告提示権利情報取得部４０１は、広告情報を提示する権利に対する入札を行うための広告提示権利入札用ウェブページを格納する情報配信装置１０にアクセスする。そして、広告提示権利情報取得部４０１は、情報配信装置１０から取得した広告提示権利入札用ウェブページを表示する。この広告提示権利入札用ウェブページには、広告情報、広告主ＩＤ、周囲の状況に対する条件、入札価格を入力するための各種フィールドや選択肢が含まれている。広告提示権利情報取得部４０１は、これらの各種フィールドや選択肢に対する入力データを取得することにより広告提示権利情報を取得する。そして、広告提示権利情報送信部４０２は、取得した広告提示権利情報を情報配信装置１０に送信する。
　以上のように構成された情報配信システム１の動作について、図９~図１０を参照して説明する。
　まず、情報配信システム１における状況検出動作について図９を用いて説明する。図９において、左図は状況検出装置３０の動作を示し、右図は情報配信装置１０の動作を示している。また、左右を結ぶ破線の矢印は、データの流れを示している。
　ここでは、まず、状況検出装置３０の状況検出部３０１が、所定の空間領域の状況を検出する（ステップＳ１）。
　例えば、状況検出部３０１は、所定の空間領域を撮像した画像を解析することにより、混雑度を検出する。
　次に、状況情報送信部３０２は、ステップＳ１で検出された状況の属性名および属性値を含む状況情報を情報配信装置１０に送信する（ステップＳ２）。
　例えば、状況情報送信部３０２は、所定の空間領域内の混雑度の属性名および属性値と、空間領域ＩＤとからなる状況情報を情報配信装置１０に送信する。
　次に、情報配信装置１０の状況情報受信部１０３は、状況情報を受信する。そして、状況情報受信部１０３は、受信した状況情報を状況情報記憶部１０４に記憶する（ステップＳ３）。
　以上で、情報配信システム１は状況検出動作を終了する。この状況検出動作は、あらかじめ設定された間隔で繰り返し実行される。
　次に、情報配信システム１の情報配信動作について図１０を用いて説明する。図１０において、左図は情報配信装置１０の動作を示し、右図は情報提示装置２０の動作を示している。なお、広告主端末４０によって既に広告提示権利情報が登録され、情報配信装置１０の広告提示権利情報記憶部１０２には、図７に示したような広告提示権利情報が既に記憶されているものとする。
　ここでは、まず、情報配信装置１０の広告情報配信部１０７は、あらかじめ記憶した情報提示装置ＩＤリストに含まれる情報提示装置ＩＤのうち、広告情報配信処理が完了していない情報提示装置ＩＤがあるか否かを判定する（ステップＳ４）。
　ここで、情報提示装置ＩＤリストに含まれるすべての情報提示装置ＩＤについて広告情報配信処理を完了したと判断した場合（ステップＳ４でＮｏ）、情報配信システム１は動作を終了する。
　一方、ステップＳ４において、完了していないものがあると判断した場合（ステップＳ４でＹｅｓ）、状況情報検索部１０５は、この情報提示装置ＩＤが識別する情報提示装置２０の周囲の状況を表す状況情報を、状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する（ステップＳ５）。
　例えば、情報提示装置ＩＤと、この情報提示装置ＩＤが示す情報提示装置２０の周囲の空間領域を示す空間領域ＩＤとの対応関係があらかじめ記憶されている場合、状況情報検索部１０５は、この情報提示装置ＩＤに対応付けられた空間領域ＩＤを含む状況情報を、状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する。
　ステップＳ５において、該当する状況情報を検索できなかった場合（ステップＳ６でＮｏ）、情報配信システム１は、この情報提示装置ＩＤに関する広告情報配信処理を終了し、ステップＳ４からの処理を再度実行する。
　一方、ステップＳ５において、該当する状況情報が検索された場合（ステップＳ６でＹｅｓ）、広告提示権利情報検索部１０６は、検索された状況情報が満たす条件を含む広告提示権利情報を、広告提示権利情報記憶部１０２から検索する（ステップＳ７）。
　例えば、検索された状況情報に混雑度の属性値が含まれる場合、広告提示権利情報検索部１０６は、混雑度に対する条件を含み、検索された混雑度がその条件を満たす広告提示権利情報を検索する。
　ステップＳ７において、該当する広告提示権利情報を検索できなかった場合（ステップＳ８でＮｏ）、情報配信システム１は、この情報提示装置ＩＤに関する広告情報配信処理を終了し、ステップＳ４からの処理を再度実行する。
　一方、ステップＳ７において、該当する広告提示権利情報が検索された場合（ステップＳ８でＹｅｓ）、広告情報配信部１０７は、検索された各広告提示権利情報に含まれる入札価格に基づいて、情報提示装置２０に提示させる広告情報を選択する（ステップＳ９）。
　例えば、広告情報配信部１０７は、検索された広告提示権利情報のうち、最も高い入札価格を含む広告提示権利情報に含まれる広告情報を選択してもよい。あるいは、広告情報配信部１０７は、検索された広告提示権利情報のうち、最も高いものから所定数の、入札価格をそれぞれ含む各広告提示権利情報に含まれる広告情報を選択してもよい。
　次に、広告情報配信部１０７は、選択した広告情報を情報提示装置２０に配信する（ステップＳ１０）。
　次に、情報提示装置２０の広告情報受信部２０１は、広告情報を受信する（ステップＳ１１）。
　次に、広告情報提示部２０２は、受信した広告情報を提示する（ステップＳ１２）。
　例えば、広告情報提示部２０２は、受信した広告情報をディスプレイ２００６やスピーカ２００７を介して出力することにより提示する。
　なお、広告情報提示部２０２は、ステップＳ１０で複数の広告情報が受信された場合、広告情報受信部２０１は、受信した複数の広告情報を所定間隔で切り替えて提示するようにしてもよい。
　以上で、この情報提示装置ＩＤに関する広告情報配信処理を終了し、情報配信システム１は、ステップＳ４からの動作を再度実行する。
　なお、図１０に示した情報配信システム１の動作は、あらかじめ定められた所定の間隔で繰り返し実行されてもよい。あるいは、図９の動作に続けて実行されてもよい。
　以上で、情報配信システム１の動作の説明を終了する。
　次に、本発明の第１の実施の形態の効果について述べる。
　本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システムは、広告主にとって高い広告効果が期待できる状況にある情報提示装置に広告情報を配信することができる。
　その理由は、本発明の第１の実施の形態の情報配信システムでは、あらかじめ、情報提示装置の周囲の状況に対する条件とともに、その条件下でその情報提示装置に広告情報を提示する権利に対する入札価格を広告主に登録させておくからである。さらには、情報提示装置の周囲の状況を検出し、検出した状況が満たす条件が設定された広告情報を、入札価格に基づいて選択することにより配信するからである。
　さらなる効果として、本発明の第１の実施の形態の情報配信システムは、情報配信システムの収益性の向上に寄与することができる。
　その理由について説明する。情報提示装置において、高い広告効果が期待される状況で提示可能な広告情報の数には限度がある。したがって、本発明の第１の実施の形態の情報配信システムは、高い広告効果が期待される状況下にある情報提示装置によって広告情報を提示する権利を、状況毎に競売にかけるためである。そして、検出された状況が満たす条件を設定した広告情報のうち、より高い入札価格が設定された広告情報を優先的に提示するからである。
　なお、上述の本実施の形態の説明において、状況検出装置３０が所定の空間領域を撮像した画像を解析して混雑度を算出するものとして説明しているが、本発明において、状況検出装置が撮像画像を送信し、情報配信装置が受信した撮像画像を解析することにより混雑度を算出してもよい。
　また、上述の本実施の形態の説明において、広告提示権利情報に含まれる条件として、混雑度に対する条件が設定されている例について説明している。しかし、本発明において、広告情報を提示する状況に対して設定される条件は、複数種類の状況に対する条件の組み合わせであっても構わない。例えば、ある広告提示権利情報では混雑度に対する条件と騒音レベルに対する条件の組み合わせが設定され、他の広告提示権利情報では混雑度に対する条件が設定され、さらに他の広告提示権利情報では騒音レベルに対する条件が設定されていてもよい。
　この場合、本発明の情報配信システムは、各種類の状況を検出可能な状況検出装置を含むようにする。例えば、情報配信システムは、混雑度および騒音レベルの両方を検出可能な状況検出装置を含んでいてもよいし、混雑度を検出可能な状況検出装置および騒音レベルを検出可能な状況検出装置を含んでいてもよい。
　また、本発明の情報配信システムは、情報提示装置と同数の状況検出装置を備えなくてもよい。１つの状況検出装置が複数の情報提示装置の周囲の所定の空間領域の状況を検出してもよく、複数の状況検出装置が１つの情報提示装置の周囲の所定の空間領域の状況を検出してもよい。
　（第２の実施の形態）
　次に、本発明の第２の実施の形態としての情報配信システム２について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
　まず、情報配信システム２の機能ブロック構成を図１１に示す。図１１において、本発明の第１の実施の形態と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して本実施の形態における詳細な説明を省略する。
　情報配信システム２は、情報配信装置５０と、情報提示装置２０と、状況検出装置６０と、広告主端末４０とを含む。ここで、情報配信システム２を構成する各装置は、図２~図５に示した本発明の第１の実施の形態を構成する各装置と同一のハードウェア構成を含むコンピュータ装置によってそれぞれ構成されている。
　情報配信装置５０は、本発明の第１の実施の形態における情報配信装置１０に対して、状況情報検索部１０５に替えて状況情報検索部５０５を含む点が異なる。
　状況検出装置６０は、本発明の第１の実施の形態における状況検出装置３０に対して、状況情報送信部３０２に替えて状況情報送信部６０２を含む点が異なる。
　状況検出装置６０の状況情報送信部６０２は、状況検出部３０１が検出した状況の属性名および属性値と、その状況が検出された位置を表す情報とを含む状況情報を、情報配信装置５０に送信する。
　例えば、状況検出部３０１がカメラ３００６によって撮像された画像を解析して得られる混雑度を検出する場合、状況情報送信部６０２は、カメラ３００６が設置された位置を表す情報を、混雑度が検出された位置を表す情報として状況情報に含めてもよい。また、状況検出部３０１がマイク３００７を用いて測定する騒音レベルを検出する場合、状況情報送信部６０２は、マイク３００７が設置された位置を表す情報を、騒音レベルが検出された位置を表す情報として状況情報に含めてもよい。
　情報配信装置５０の状況情報検索部５０５は、情報提示装置２０の位置から所定の範囲に含まれる位置で検出された状況情報を、情報提示装置２０の周囲の状況を表すものとして、状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する。
　また、状況情報検索部５０５は、情報提示装置２０が画像データ等の広告情報を表示可能な表示装置を含んでいれば、上述の所定の範囲として、その表示装置の視認範囲を設定しておいてもよい。また、状況情報検索部５０５は、情報提示装置２０が音声データとしての広告情報を表示可能な音声出力装置を含んでいれば、上述の所定の範囲として、その音声出力装置の可聴範囲を設定しておいてもよい。
　例えば、状況情報検索部５０５は、情報提示装置２０の情報提示装置ＩＤと、その位置情報と、視認範囲や可聴範囲等の範囲とを対応付けた情報のリストをあらかじめ記憶しておいてもよい。この場合、状況情報検索部５０５は、リストに含まれる各情報提示装置ＩＤについて、対応付けられた位置情報の示す位置から、対応付けられた範囲に含まれる検出位置情報を含む状況情報を検索すればよい。
　以上のように構成された情報配信システム２の動作について説明する。
　情報配信システム２は、図９~図１０を用いて説明した本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システム１の動作に対して、ステップＳ２およびステップＳ５における動作の詳細が異なる。
　ステップＳ２では、状況情報送信部６０２は、ステップＳ１で検出された状況の属性名および属性値と、その状況が検出された位置を表す情報とを含む状況情報を情報配信装置５０に送信する。
　また、ステップＳ３では、状況情報受信部１０３が本発明の第１の実施の形態と同様に動作して、受信した状況情報を状況情報記憶部１０４に記憶させる。これにより、状況情報記憶部１０４には、状況の属性名と、属性値と、状況が検出された位置を表す情報とを含む状況情報が記憶されることになる。
　図１２に、本実施の形態における状況情報記憶部１０４に記憶される状況情報の一例を示す。図１２において、状況情報の１つは、状況の属性名「混雑度」と、混雑度の属性値「７０」と、混雑度が検出された位置を表す情報として位置座標（ｘ１，ｙ１）とを含み、受信時刻に対応付けられている。
　また、ステップＳ５では、状況情報検索部５０５は、処理中の情報提示装置ＩＤの位置情報が示す位置から所定の範囲の位置で検出された状況情報を、状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する。
　その他のステップにおいて、情報配信システム２は本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システム１と同様に動作することにより、情報提示装置２０に広告情報を配信する。
　以上で、情報配信システム２の動作の説明を終了する。
　次に、本発明の第２の実施の形態の効果について述べる。
　本発明の第２の実施の形態としての情報配信システムは、広告主にとって高い広告効果が期待できる状況にある情報提示装置をより精度よく特定して広告情報を配信することができる。
　その理由は、各情報提示装置の周囲の状況として、各情報提示装置から所定の範囲で検出された状況情報を検索するためである。これにより、広告情報を提示する情報提示装置の種類に応じて、検出された状況において高い広告効果が期待できるか否かを適切に判断することが可能となるためである。
　例えば、情報提示装置が表示装置を含んでいれば、その視認範囲において検出される状況が満たす条件が設定された広告情報のうち、入札価格が高いものを提示することができることになる。
　また、例えば、情報提示装置が音声出力装置を含んでいれば、その可聴範囲において検出された状況が満たす条件が設定された広告情報のうち、入札価格が高いものを提示することができることになる。
　（第３の実施の形態）
　次に、本発明の第３の実施の形態の情報配信システム３について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
　まず、情報配信システム３の構成を示すブロック図を図１３に示す。なお、図１３において、本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システム１と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して本発明における詳細な説明を省略する。
　図１３において、情報配信システム３は、情報配信装置７０と、携帯端末８０と、広告主端末４０とを含む。
　携帯端末８０のハードウェア構成を図１４に示す。
　図１４において、携帯端末８０は、ＣＰＵ８００１と、ＲＡＭ８００２と、ＲＯＭ８００３と、フラッシュメモリ等の不揮発性の記憶装置８００４と、アンテナを介して無線通信を行う無線通信モジュール８００５と、ディスプレイ８００６と、操作ボタン等の入力装置８００７と、カメラ８００８と、マイク８００９と、スピーカ８０１０とを含む。
　なお、カメラ８００８、マイク８００９、ＣＰＵ８００１、ＲＡＭ８００２、ＲＯＭ８００３および無線通信モジュール８００５は本発明の状況検出装置の一実施形態を構成する。また、ディスプレイ８００６、スピーカ８０１０、ＣＰＵ８００１、ＲＡＭ８００２、ＲＯＭ８００３および無線通信モジュール８００５は本発明の情報提示装置の一実施形態を構成する。
　情報配信システム３の機能ブロック構成を図１５に示す。
　図１５において、情報配信装置７０は、本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信装置１０に対して、状況情報検索部１０５に替えて状況情報検索部７０５を含む点が異なる。
　図１５において、携帯端末８０は、状況検出部３０１と、状況情報送信部８０２と、広告情報受信部２０１と、広告情報提示部２０２とを含む。
　状況検出部３０１は、携帯端末８０の周囲の状況を検出する。例えば、状況検出部３０１は、周囲の状況として混雑度や騒音レベル等を、カメラ４００８またはマイク４００９等を用いて検出してもよい。また、状況検出部３０１は、携帯端末８０の位置、周囲の天候または気温等、その他の状況を検出してもよい。
　携帯端末８０の状況情報送信部８０２は、状況検出部３０１によって検出された状況の属性名および属性値と、携帯端末８０を識別する携帯端末ＩＤとを含む状況情報を、情報配信装置７０に送信する。
　情報配信装置７０の状況情報検索部７０５は、ネットワークを介して情報配信装置７０に接続された携帯端末８０の携帯端末ＩＤのリストをあらかじめ記憶しておく。そして、状況情報検索部７０５は、リスト内の各携帯端末ＩＤが示す携帯端末８０の周囲の状況情報として、この携帯端末ＩＤを含む状況情報を状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する。
　以上のように構成された情報配信システム３の動作について説明する。情報配信システム３は、図９~図１０を用いて説明した本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システム１の動作に対して、ステップＳ２、ステップＳ４およびステップＳ５における動作の詳細が異なる。
　ステップＳ２では、状況情報送信部８０２は、ステップＳ１で検出された状況の属性名および属性値と、携帯端末８０の携帯端末ＩＤとを含む状況情報を情報配信装置７０に送信する。
　また、ステップＳ３では、状況情報受信部１０３が本発明の第１の実施の形態と同様に動作して、受信した状況情報を状況情報記憶部１０４に記憶させる。これにより、状況情報記憶部１０４には、状況の属性名および属性値と携帯端末ＩＤとを含む状況情報が記憶されることになる。
　図１６に、状況情報記憶部１０４に記憶される状況情報の一例を示す。図１６において、状況情報の１つは、状況の属性名「混雑度」と、混雑度の属性値「７０」と、携帯端末ＩＤとして「Ｍ１」とを含み、受信時刻に対応付けられている。
　ステップＳ４では、広告情報配信部１０７は、あらかじめ記憶したリスト内の携帯端末ＩＤのうち、広告情報配信処理が完了していないものがあるか否かを判断する。
　ステップＳ５では、状況情報検索部７０５は、該当する携帯端末ＩＤを含む状況情報を状況情報記憶部１０４から検索する。
　その他のステップにおいて、情報配信システム３は、本発明の第１の実施の形態としての情報配信システム１と同様に動作することにより、携帯端末８０に広告情報を配信する。
　なお、本発明の第３の実施の形態において、情報配信装置７０が、あらかじめ記憶したリスト内の各携帯端末ＩＤそれぞれが示す携帯端末８０に広告情報を配信するものとして説明した。しかし、本発明の情報配信システムでは、情報配信装置は、携帯端末から状況情報を受信したことに応じて、受信元の携帯端末に対して広告情報を配信するようにしてもよい。
　以上で、情報配信システム３の動作の説明を終了する。
　次に、本発明の第３の実施の形態の効果について述べる。
　本発明の第３の実施の形態としての情報配信システムは、移動する情報提示装置に対しても、その周囲の状況において広告主にとってより高い広告効果を期待できる場合に、その情報提示装置に広告情報を配信することができる。
　その理由は、情報提示装置および状況検出装置を同一の携帯端末によって構成するためである。これにより、本発明の第３の実施の形態としての情報配信システムは、移動する情報提示装置の周囲の状況に応じて、配信する広告情報を選択することができるからである。
　また、上述した本発明の各実施の形態において、図１０を参照して説明した情報配信装置の動作を、本発明のコンピュータ・プログラムとして情報配信装置の記憶装置（記憶媒体）に格納しておき、係るコンピュータ・プログラムを当該ＣＰＵが読み出して実行するようにしてもよい。尚、記憶媒体は不揮発性媒体であってよい。そして、このような場合において、本発明は、係るコンピュータ・プログラムのコード或いは記憶媒体によって構成される。
　また、上述した各実施の形態は、適宜組み合わせて実施されることが可能である。
