Abstract

A cylindrical device for the controller application of magnetic fields to the human body comprises a closed box-shaped housing, made of a magnetically permeable material, of which the closing plugs of the opposed heads are provided with small teeth having a magnetic positive charge (+), made of a wear- resistant material, which have the double aim of perfectly maintaining in axis the cylindrical body with a permanent magnet through suitable hollow seats, further permitting its free rotation on its longitudinal axis with respect to said cylindrical device, so that the cylindrical device once applied strictly near a human body having an unstable electromagnetic voltage, due to an excess of positive (+) or negative (-) charge, is brought to automatically orientate itself, in order to present opposed to the body itself its face, having a magnetic charge with a sign opposite to that of the charge present in excess in the body, so that the uniform distribution of the magnetic charge on said face determines a magnetic field, which assists the bio-magnetic balancing and compensation action between human body and cylindrical device, permitting a rebalancing of the electromagnetic voltage in the body itself.

Description

A CYLINDRICAL DEVICE FOR THE CONTROLLED APPLICATION OF MAGNETIC

FIELDS TO THE HUMAN BODY

DESCRIPTION

The present find concerns a device having a cylindrical shape for the controlled application of magnetic fields to the human body. Recent studies have scientifically demonstrated that specific relationships exist between animal and vegetal metabolism on one hand , and magnetic radiations on the other.

So it has been for example demonstrated, with reference to the cultivation of wheat, that magnetic fields can positively influence the ability to germinate (+ 32%), the growth rate (+ 124,4%) and the production per hectare (+ 17,7%). The most efficient magnetic fields are those having an intensity from 90 and 180 G, appiied in an intermittent way ( 3s of application and 3 s of pause, for a total duration of treatment of 3 h 18').

Also the absorption of phosphate-based fertilizers has been favourably influenced, as the plants subjected to the magnetic action have absorbed a greater quantity of phosphorous (+ 27,2%), than those which were not treated.

From this the conclusion that the magnetic fields have a positive impact on the vegetal metabolism only if they have determined intensities and are applied with particular modes during the time.

Similar results and experimental conclusions have been obtained with reference to the animal metabolism.

For example, when examining at the microscope the cultivations of numerous cells it has been possible to demonstrate that cellular spheres are obtained which are similar to polystyrene.

These cells align themselves with respect to the magnetic fields in long chains, living rise to a sort of "polymerization". This phenomenon however is neither uniform nor universal, but among all the known cells those relating to the erythrocytes, which serve for the transport of oxygen in the human body, where found particularly reactive.

The small non electrically charged particles, but which have inside the cell a precise dielectric constant, with respect to the ambient means, are typically polarized and form parallel chains with the lines of force of the magnetic field.

Anyhow, it must be noted that other particles, particularly extended in length, with a fixed structural charge, tend to lengthen forming a right angle with respect to the direction of the magnetic field. The most recent searches, conducted with the aid of electronic microscopes, have pointed out that even the simplest cells appear as structures made of materials, which could be treated as organic semiconductors and crystals.

So tests made on guinea pigs have demonstrated that the application of magnetic fields of 6000 G and more, had a very great impact on the development of surrenal capsules, in addition to greatly changing the statistic percentage of the mega-caryocytes (that is, the cells specialized in the reproduction of the red globules) which are present in the bone marrow.

It has been suggested, supported by the results, that the presence of a magnetic field mainly influences the division and reproduction of the cellular organisms. It has also been shown that the guinea pigs treated with magnetic fields have always shown an extension of the average lifetime of 45% and even more.

According to other experiences, persons were submitted to modulated sinusoidal magnetic fields of 3-11 G, having a frequency of 0,1-0,2 Hz.

By comparing the subjects treated with other ones non treated, is has been shown that the influence of the magnetic field is such that it, one suitably varied, can stimulated or retard the speed of the reflexes and, in particular, of the answers. It must be further noted that the hypothesis that nearly twenty-five chemical elements, among those currently known, have atoms with non-paired electrons, such atoms are necessarily sensible to the magnetic fields, and so they have a "ferromagnetic" behavior".

A particular structure is also known, tvoical of liauid crvstals, own of some cells. A liquid crystal has mechanical properties similar to those of the ordinary liquids, with optical properties of the crystals and electric properties of the semiconductors.

Cholesterol, of which the important for living organisms is known, forms a great number of liquid crystals, even if it is not of such kind.

It has been shown, in this regard, that under the action of a magnetic field, the molecules made of liquid crystals form a well defined alignment.

Just remember that the liquid crystals are abundant in the human organism and that also one portion of the gray matter of the brain is made of such structures, in order to understand the influence that the magnetic radiations can have on the human body.

Even the enzymes and the hormones are rich of liquid crystals and have dielectric properties which make them energetically react when they are placed in a magnetic field.

On the bases of the aforementioned experimental results, the inventor of the present find has speculated that the condition of psycho-physical wellness of the man also corresponds to a state of magnetic equilibrium with respect to the environment in which it is immersed. Numerous phenomena however disturb such equilibrium, by increasing or making unstable the electric voltage in the human body.

Tests made have shown that, if a voluntary subject the force (intensity) of his magnetic field is reduced until being lower than that of the Earth flow (from the bio-magnetic viewpoint) for a long period of them, the subject becomes ill. So, an excess of electric positive (static) charge (+) in the human body iso ne of the contributory causes of pathological states, as insomnia, hyperventilation, palpitation, anxiety, aggression, inflammations and allergies in general, eczema and psoriasis, bronchitis, asthma, fever, high blood pressure, dizziness, too high thyroid activity, headaches, pain, epilepsy, and others.

On the other hand an excess of a negative (static) charge (-) is one of the contributory causes of pathological sates as fatigue, depression, apathy, hyperventilation, palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, blood circulation, dizziness, in security, thyroid insufficiency, infertility, pain, tiredness and others. On the contrary, the application of magnetic fields (negative radiations) has permitted to most completely eliminate the pain in patients suffering from burns of third degree, tank to the absorption of the polarizing ions.

The bio-magnetic application has, among others and as a way of example, following advantageous effects on the human body: hemoglobin circulates more actively through the veins, increases the vital energy, improves the health, stimulates the blood circulation and the forming of new cells, reduces the cholesterol content in blood, heals diseases as bronchitis.

However, in order to obtain such results, the bio-magnetism applied to the human body must be controller and dosed in function of the specific needs of each patient, in order to avoid not only useless, but really harmful effects.

The present find has therefore the purpose of really satisfying such needs.

Therefore the main purpose of the present find is to provide a cylindrical device for the controller application of magnetic fields to the human body, which completely satisfy the need of a controller distribution and dosage of magnetic radiations on the human body, in function of the specific needs (which vary in time and space) of each subject, without requiring a continuous therapeutic control of the subject itself by therapeutic operators. A further purpose is to provide a device as specified, which has a safe and reliable function, and also is easy and comfortable in use.

In view of such purposes, the present find provides a cylindrical device for the controlled application of magnetic fields to the human body, the essential feature of which is the object of the main claim, which is here intended to be integrally referred to.

Further advantageous features arise from the dependent claims, which also are here intended to be integrally referred to.

The present find will be described in detail in the following, with reference to the annexed drawing, given only in an exemplary and non limitative way, in which figure 1 is a perspective view of the device according to the find.

With reference to the drawing, 10 indicates in its assembly the cylindrical device for the controlled application of magnetic fields to the human body, according to the present find.

The cylindrical device 10, comprises a box-shaped closed housing 11, made of a magnetic permeable material, as for example matt or transparent plastics, brass, aluminum, silver, gold and others, the closing plugs 12 of the opposed heads are provided with suitable small teeth 13 having a positive magnetic charge (+), made of a wear-resistant material, which have the double task of maintaining perfectly aligned the cylindrical body with a permanent magnet 14 through the suitable hollow seats 15, further permitting their free rotation onto its longitudinal axis (X-X) with respect to said cylindrical device 11.

Said permanent magnet 14 is preferably realized of a particular magnetic material, as for example neodymium, in which the respectively positive (+) and negative (-) polar magnetic charges, are uniformly and respectively distributed exclusively on the vertical cylindrical face 16 of the permanent magnet 14. In particular, according to the example shown, on the cylindrical vertical face 16 of the permanent magnet 14, are uniformly distributed a positive magnetic charge (+) of approx. 15.000 Gauss, symbolically indicated with "N" and a negative magnetic charge (-) also of approx. 15.000 Gauss, symbolically indicated with "S".

The device 10, which as said before has a cylindrical shape, is able to be suspended, for example through a suitable eyelet to a small chain (non shown), in a free rotary way, for example around a substantially longitudinal (X-X) axis, or it can indifferently be use as a bracelet, or be inserted in a belt or similar.

The human body, in a condition of psycho-physical balance, and so of wellness, has a stable electromagnetic voltage, characterized by an equilibrated balance between positive electrostatic charge (+) and negative electrostatic charge (-). However, the human body is often submitted to the (endogenous or exogenous) action of electromagnetic fields (static electricity), the charge of which it absorbs, without being able to dissipate it completely.

This causes an unbalance and so an instability of the electromagnetic voltage in the body itself, with excess accumulation of positive (+) or negative (-) electromagnetic charge, which tends to act, in order to discharge through the nervous system, on the weakest parts of the human organism.

In such conditions, the human body acts like an electrostatic accumulator, which is insulated and unbalanced both from a magnetic and electromagnetic viewpoint.

According to the known principle of magnetism, whereby the poles having the same sign (charge) of two magnets repel each other, whereas those with an opposite sign attract each other, if the cylindrical device 10 is placed strictly near a human body having an unstable voltage due to an excess of negative or positive charge, the device itself is prone to automatically orient itself, by turning around is rotation axis (X-X), so presenting its part having a magnetic charge opposed to that present in excess in the body, opposed to the body itself. The uniform distribution on said one of its parts of a magnetic charge, having an opposite sign with respect to that in excess in the human body, determines a magnetic field, which facilitates the effect of balance and bio-magnetic compensation between human body and device 10, permitting a new balance of the electromagnetic voltage in the body itself. In such a way, the device 10 permits the controller application of the magnetic field (positive + or negative -) useful for the psycho-physical rebalancing of the human organism, in an optimized way.

This is reached through the uniform distribution of polar magnetic positive (+) or negative (-) charge on the respective opposed parts of the cylindrical device 10 and through the automatic rotation of the device itself, by the combined action between the electromagnetic forces of the human body and those of the device itself.

This permits to always oppose to the human body the part of the device 10 having a charge of opposite sign with respect to that present in excess in said body.

Furthermore, such action is made in harmony with the general Earth's magnetism, as by means of its free rotation, the cylindrical device 10 is brought to orientate itself also according to the Earth's magnetic poles, with an effect similar to that of a compass.

It will be noted that the particular surface cylindrical shape of the device 10 further assists the uniform distribution of the magnetic charge on its same face.

Naturally, the effects of the present model also comprise models having the same utility, by using the same innovative concept.

Claims

"A cylindrical device for the controller application of magnetic fields to the human body"

1) A cylindrical device for the controlled application of magnetic fields to the human body (10), characterized in that it comprises a closed box-shaped housing (11), made of a magnetically permeable material, as for example matt or transparent plastics, brass, aluminum, silver, gold and others, of which the closing plugs (12) of the opposed heads are provided with suitable small teeth (13) with a positive (+) magnetic charge, made of a wear-resistant material, which have the double aim of perfectly maintaining in axis the cylindrical body with a permanent magnet (14) through the corresponding hollow seats (15), further permitting their free rotation on its longitudinal axis (X-X) with respect to said cylindrical device (11), so that the cylindrical device (11) applied strictly near a human body and having an unstable electromagnetic voltage, due to an excess of positive (+) or negative (-) magnetic charge, is brought to automatically orientate itself, for example by rotating around said rotation axis (X-X), in order to present its face opposed to the body itself, having a magnetic charge of an opposite sign with respect to that of the charge present in excess in the body, and so that the uniform distribution of the magnetic charge on said face determines a magnetic field, which assists the bio-magnetic balancing and compensation effect between human body and cylindrical device (10), so permitting a rebalancing of the electromagnetic voltage in the body itself, whereas such action is made in harmony with the general Earth's magnetism as through its free rotation, the cylindrical device (10) is brought to magnetically orientate itself also according to the Earth's magnetic poles, like a compass.

2) The cylindrical device according to claim 1), in which said body with a permanent magnet (14) is preferably made of a particular magnetic material, as for example neodymium, in which the polar magnetic charges, respectively positive (+) and negative (-), are uniformly and respectively distributed in an opposed way exclusively on the cylindrical vertical face (16) of the permanent magnet (14) itself. 3) The cylindrical device according to claims 1) or 2) in which on the cylindrical vertical face (16) of the permanent magnet (14), in a diametrically opposed way are uniformly distributed a positive magnetic charge (+) of approx. 15.000, symbolically indicated with "N" and a negative magnetic charge (-) also of approx. 15.000 Gauss, symbolically indicated with "S".

4) The cylindrical device according to claims 1), 2) or 3) characterized in that it comprises a closed box-shaped housing (11), made of a magnetically permeable material, as for example matt or transparent plastics, brass, aluminum, silver, gold and others, of which the closing plugs (12) of the opposed heads are provided with suitable small teeth (13) having a positive magnetic charge (+), made of a wear-resistant material, having the double aim of perfectly maintaining in axis the cylindrical body with a permanent magnet (14) through the respective hollow seats (15), further permitting their free rotation on its longitudinal axis (X-X) with respect to said cylindrical device (11).

5) The cylindrical device according to claims 1), 2), 3) or 4) characterized in that it has a perfectly cylindrical shape, and is able to be suspended, either for example by means of a suitable eyelet to a small chain (non shown), in a freely rotatable way, for example around a substantially longitudinal (X-X) axis, or it can indifferently be used as a bracelet, or be inserted in a belt or others.
