Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet des compositions thérapeutiques permettant d'améliorer la cicatrisation des plaies, des procédés de formulation associés et des méthodes d'utilisation associées. Les compositions thérapeutiques comprennent un dosage de MSC ensemencées,au choix, sur une matrice biodégradable, un gel, ou une solution convenant pour une injection sous-cutanée. Le dosage des MSC peut être compris dans une plage d'environ 1 X 106 MSC à environ 1 X 1010 par administration. Le régime d'administration peut être quotidien, hebdomadaire ou mensuel. Le dosage et les intervalles de traitement peuvent être ajustés en fonction de la réponse d'un patient au traitement. Les compositions thérapeutiques peuvent être co-administrées, par exemple, une application topique d'une matrice ou d'un gel ensemencé combinée à une injection sous-cutanée simultanée ou autrement périodique de MSC.
