Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring a gravitational field comprising at least two steps. A first step (101) uses at least one measurement antenna to define a table of measurements representing the gravitational field generated in the coverage area of the antenna, said antenna being made up of a plurality of gravimetric sensors, each gravimetric sensor being made up of at least one high-resolution three-axis gravimeter. A second step (102) defines an image of mass density distribution in the coverage area of the antenna by inverting the gravitational field measured and contained in the table of measurements. The invention also relates to a system implementing the method such as described in the claims.
