Abstract

Inventory is promoted at the right time on the basis of the history information of an article to be managed so as to optimize the service based on management state information. A stationary reader (110) is installed in the entrances of storage chambers (150) of an article (B), and reads tag identification information from a man tag (Tm) or an article tag (Tb), which pass through the entrances of the storage chambers (150). The stationary reader (110) transmits the read tag identification information to a circulation management server (130). The circulation management server (130) stores the management state information indicating the current state of the article (B) such as during lending or during storage on the basis of the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader (110). The circulation management server (130) transmits inventory article information (inventory list) to a handy reader (120) when determined that the inventory of the article (B) is required from the history information of the management state information. Thereafter, the informative function of the circulation management server (130) or the handy reader (120) is used to inform that the inventory is required.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of an article management system and an article inventory apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
(Outline of the loan management system)
In the first embodiment, the identification information of the user M and the item B (stored in the person tag Tm and the item tag Tb in detail) that is read at the time of lending and returning the item B such as an office automation (OA) device. The case where the article management system of the present invention is realized by the rental management system 100 that provides the rental return service for the article B based on the tag identification information) will be described.
In FIG. 1, the stationary reader 110 is installed at the entrance of the storage room 150 for the article B. Specifically, for example, the stationary reader 110 is configured as a gate type reader, and reads the tag identification information from the person tag Tm or the article tag Tb when the user M or the article B passes through the entrance of the storage room 150. The stationary reader 110 transmits the read tag identification information to the lending management server 130 via the network NW.
Based on the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110, the lending management server 130 stores, in the storage unit 237, management status information indicating the current state of the article B such as being lent and being stored. To do. The management status information is, for example, the name of the user M who performed the loan return processing of the article B, the date / time information input during the loan return process, the cumulative number, and the like, and is associated with the tag identification information of each article B. Information.
For example, the lending management server 130 determines whether the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 has a flag indicating whether it is a person or an object, or determines whether the tag identification information is a person or an object. For example, it is possible to determine whether the tag identification information of the user M or the tag identification information of the article B is stored.
In addition, the stationary reader 110 includes antennas 212 on the outside and inside of the entrance of the storage room 150. The lending management server 130 determines the entry and exit of the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW according to the order of the antenna 212 from which the tag identification information has been read, and the management status information Remember as.
Further, the lending management server 130, for the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW, reads the tag identification information simultaneously read by the stationary reader 110 (the user M who has passed through the entrance of the storage room 150 together). Or the article B), the rental or return of the article B is determined and stored as management status information.
Specifically, the lending management server 130, based on tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW, after the user M enters the room at the same time as the article B, the same user M receives the article B. If the user leaves the room without holding it, the user M determines that the item B has been returned.
Further, the lending management server 130, after the user M enters the room without holding the article B based on the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW, When the user leaves the room, the user M determines that the article B has been lent. Although not specifically described in detail, the lending management server 130 is configured to be able to determine, for example, lending return of a plurality of articles B, and returning and lending continuously.
The handy reader 120 is held by the manager of the article B, and performs an inventory of the article B stored in the storage room 150 according to the operation by the manager. The inventory of the article B is performed based on, for example, a signal prompting execution of the inventory transmitted from the lending management server 130 to the handy reader 120 via the network NW.
More specifically, the signal that prompts execution of inventory is transmitted by the lending management server 130 at predetermined intervals or based on the history information of the article B. Details will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, and the history information is, for example, the number of loan returns that have been subjected to the loan return process of the article B, which is detected from the management status information. That is, the history information is detected as an rental return number based on the date / time information and the cumulative number in the management status information in an arbitrary period such as a period from the count start to the clear.
The signal prompting the execution of inventory includes inventory item information (inventory list) of the item B to be invented as a notification to the administrator that inventory is necessary. That is, even if the administrator does not select and determine the inventory target, the inventory item information is input from the lending management server 130 to the handy reader 120 when the inventory is necessary.
The handy reader 120 performs an inventory of the item B based on the input inventory item information. The handy reader 120 transmits the tag identification information read by the inventory to the lending management server 130 via the network NW. The lending management server 130 eliminates the difference between the management status information and the actual inventory status by updating the management status information based on the tag identification information transmitted from the handy reader 120.
Further, the handy reader 120 may be configured to be used for searching for the article B. That is, when the user M searches for the article B stored in the storage room 150, the handy reader 120 receives an input of the search target article name from the user M. The handy reader 120 transmits the article name input from the user M to the lending management server 130 via the network NW.
The lending management server 130 refers to the management status information, extracts tag identification information of the item B (tag identification information indicating the item B) associated with the item name transmitted from the handy reader 120, and transmits the tag identification information via the network NW. To the handy reader 120. When the handy reader 120 receives the tag identification information of the article B to be searched from the lending management server 130 via the network NW, the handy reader 120 searches for the article B based on the tag identification information of the article B to be searched.
(Functional configuration)

The control unit 251 receives a question signal from the stationary reader 110 and the handy reader 120 via the antenna 252. The control unit 251 transmits a response signal including tag identification information stored in the storage unit 257 according to the question signal to the stationary reader 110 and the handy reader 120 via the antenna 252.
具体的には、制御部211は、CPU(セントラルプロセッシングユニット)、ROM(リードオンリーメモリ)、RAM(ランダムアクセスメモリ)などによって構成されており、ROMは、ブートプログラムなどの各種プログラムを記録している。 Each component of the stationary reader 110 is connected by a bus 210. The control unit 211 controls the entire stationary reader 110. Specifically, the control unit 211 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), etc. The ROM records various programs such as a boot program. Yes. The RAM is used as a work area for the CPU.
The wireless tag communication control unit 213 performs wireless communication with the wireless tags Tm and Tb via the antenna 212 under the control of the control unit 211. When the user M lends or returns the article B, the wireless tag communication control unit 213 moves the antenna 212 via the antenna 212 when the object tag Tb of the article B or the person tag Tm held by the user M comes close to a predetermined range. Wireless communication with the wireless tags Tm and Tb is started.
The wireless tag communication control unit 213 reads the tag identification information indicating the item B and the tag identification information indicating the user M from the wireless tags Tm and Tb at the time of lending and returning the item B, and the tag identification information to the control unit 211. Output information.
The antenna 212 is provided outside and inside the entrance of the storage room 150. When the RFID tag communication control unit 213 reads the tag identification information via the antenna 212, the RFID tag communication control unit 213 transmits the order of the antenna 212 that has read the tag identification information to the lending management server 130. The order (from inside to outside or from outside to inside) is output to the control unit 211.
The communication I / F 214 is connected to a network NW such as a LAN or the Internet through a communication line, and is connected to another external device such as the lending management server 130 via the network NW. The communication I / F 214 controls an interface between the network NW and the stationary reader 110, and controls data input / output with respect to an external device. For example, a modem or a LAN adapter can be employed as the communication I / F 214.
The communication I / F 214 transmits the tag identification information of the user M and the article B read by the wireless tag communication control unit 213 to the lending management server 130 via the network NW according to the control of the control unit 211.
When the user M enters or leaves the storage room 150 in accordance with the control of the control unit 211, the communication I / F 214 uses the order of the antenna 212 (outside or inside of the storage room 150) that reads the tag identification information, The information regarding the loan return input by 215 is transmitted.

Specifically, the control unit 231 stores management status information indicating the current state of the article B in the storage unit 237 based on the received tag identification information.
More specifically, when the control unit 231 receives the tag identification information of the item B, the control unit 231 refers to the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 and specifies the item B to be loaned and returned. When the control unit 231 receives the tag identification information of the user M, the control unit 231 refers to a user list (not shown) in which the tag identification information of the user M and the user name are associated with each other, and identifies the user name that has lent and returned the article B To do. The control unit 231 stores the name of the user who lent and returned the article B in the storage unit 237 in association with the article B as management status information.
The control unit 231 determines whether the article B is rented or returned based on the combination of the order of the antenna 212 that has read the tag identification information and the tag identification information that is simultaneously read by the stationary reader 110. Remember me.
The control unit 231 stores, in the storage unit 237, the lending / return date and time when the loan return is performed from the date and time information input when the item B is loaned and returned, in association with the item B as management status information. Note that the date and time information uses information input by the input units 215 and 225, but information may be acquired from a timer (not shown).
Further, when receiving the tag identification information of the item B, the control unit 231 associates the accumulated number of times of loan return since the item B is first loaned and returned with the item B as management status information, and stores it. 237 to store.
Further, when the control unit 231 receives the tag identification information of the article B, the control unit 231 uses, as management status information, the number of loan returns that is the number of times of use history indicating that the article B has been lent and returned since the previous inventory was implemented. The data is stored in the storage unit 237 in association with the article B. Although the first embodiment will be described without distinguishing between lending and returning, a configuration in which the number of lending, the accumulated number of lending, the number of returned times, and the accumulated number of returns may be distinguished.
The communication I / F 234 notifies the administrator holding the handy reader 120 that inventory is necessary under the control of the control unit 231. Details will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. When the tag identification information is received and the management status information in the storage unit 237 is updated (new management status information is stored), the control unit 231 manages the management status. It is determined whether the inventory of the item B is necessary from the number of loan returns that is history information in the information.
When the control unit 231 determines that the inventory of the item B is necessary, the control unit 231 controls the communication I / F 234 to notify the administrator that the inventory is necessary. A signal including the inventory item information (inventory list) of the item B to be transmitted is transmitted. The item B in the inventory item information is not limited to one item, for example. That is, the same type of articles B (that is, a group of articles), a plurality of grouped articles B, and the like.
More specifically, if each of the articles B in the storage room 150 is a plurality of facsimiles, printers, and scanners, it is determined from the history information of the entire facsimile whether or not it is necessary to take an inventory of the entire facsimile. Furthermore, if the facsimile, printer, and scanner are grouped together, it is determined whether inventory of the item B in the storage room 150 is necessary from all history information.
The input unit 235 is configured with a touch panel, a mouse, a keyboard, and the like, and receives input of various information from an administrator or the like. The display unit 236 is configured by a CRT, a TFT liquid crystal display, a plasma display, or the like, and displays various information according to the control of the control unit 231.
The storage unit 237 stores various information according to the control of the control unit 231. Specifically, for example, the storage unit 237 is renting out the article B based on the tag identification information received from the stationary reader 110 and the handy reader 120 via the communication I / F 234 under the control of the control unit 231. And management status information indicating the current status such as returned.

(Processing of the loan management system)
In the flowchart of FIG. 3, first, the control unit 231 sets an inventory execution condition for the article B (step S <b> 301).
The inventory execution condition is input by the administrator operating the input unit 235 as a threshold value of a predetermined condition, for example. The input inventory execution condition is stored in the RAM of the control unit 231 and is read out by the control unit 231 during the prompting condition determination process in step S302. The inventory execution condition is an interval of periodically performing inventory, and the number of lending returns (usage frequency) as an inventory promotion index that requires inventory of the item B. In the first embodiment, in step S301, the periodic inventory interval is set to one month and the number of loan returns is set to 100 times. Although details will be described later, the number of loan returns is incremented by 1 from the initial value 0 until the inventory is executed periodically or as necessary, and is cleared and returned to 0 when the inventory is executed. Further, the set number of times of 100 may be set arbitrarily by the administrator operating the input unit 235, or may be set weighted according to the type, newness, usage frequency, etc. of the article B.
The control unit 231 performs determination processing of inventory prompting conditions based on the inventory execution conditions set in step S301 (step S302). In the determination process of the reminder condition, the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 is referred to, the number of loan returns as history information satisfies the inventory implementation condition, or the periodic inventory interval exceeds one month. In such a case, it is determined that it is necessary to prompt for inventory taking such as leaving the inventory necessary.
Here, with reference to FIG. 4, the prompting condition determination process (step S302 shown in FIG. 3) in the lending management server 130 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the flowchart of FIG. 4, first, the control unit 231 sets the number of loan returns as history information based on the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 to 0 as initialization (step S <b> 401).
The control unit 231 determines whether or not the article B has been lent back from the tag identification information received from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW (step S402). Specifically, when the control unit 231 receives the tag identification information of the article B from the stationary reader 110 via the communication I / F 234, as described above, the order of the antenna 212 and the tag identification that read the tag identification information. It is determined that the article B has been rented or returned from a combination of information.
Although the contents of the processing of the stationary reader 110 are not particularly illustrated, when the user M or the article B passes through the entrance of the storage chamber 150 when the power is turned on and the user M or the article B passes through the entrance of the storage room 150, The tag identification information is read from the person tag Tm and the article tag Tb. The stationary reader 110 is configured to transmit the read tag identification information to the lending management server 130 via the communication I / F 214.
In step S402, when there is no rental return of the article B (step S402: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer (not shown) or the like to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time ( Step S406).
In step S402, when there is a rental return of the article B (step S402: Yes), the control unit 231 increments the number of rental returns that is history information together with the cumulative number of management status information (step S403).
The control unit 231 determines whether the number of loan returns incremented in step S403 exceeds the set number (step S404). Specifically, the set number of times is 100 times the number of loan returns set in step S301 shown in FIG.
Here, with reference to FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, the determination regarding the set number of times in the prompting condition determination process according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 5A is a graph showing cumulatively the number of loan returns made during one month, which is a regular inventory interval. In FIG. 5A, the number of loan returns exceeds 100 before reaching the regular inventory interval. That is, in FIG. 5A, the lending management server 130 determines that the inventory is necessary when the number of lending returns exceeds 100 times, even before the regular inventory interval is reached, by the control unit 231. Will be.
Returning to FIG. 4, when it is determined in step S404 that the number of loan returns exceeds the set number (step S404: Yes), the control unit 231 acquires inventory item information (step S405), A series of prompting condition determination processing ends, and the process proceeds to step S303 shown in FIG. Specifically, the control unit 231 acquires the tag identification information of the item B whose number of loan returns exceeds the set number as inventory item information (inventory list) from the storage unit 237 (step S405), and a series of reminder conditions This determination process is terminated, and the process proceeds to step S303 shown in FIG.
In step S404, when the number of loan returns does not exceed the set number (step S404: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer or the like (not shown) to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time. Judgment is made (step S406).
In step S406, if it is not a regular inventory time (step S406: No), the process proceeds to step S304 shown in FIG. In step S406, when it is a regular inventory time (step S406: Yes), the control unit 231 uses the tag identification information of the article B to be periodically invented as inventory item information (inventory list). It acquires from the memory | storage part 237 (step S405), a series of prompting condition determination processes are complete | finished, and it transfers to step S303 shown in FIG.
Returning to FIG. 3, the control unit 231 outputs the inventory information acquired in the prompting condition determination process in step S <b> 302 to the handy reader 120 as an inventory list for performing inventory via the communication I / F 234. (Step S303).
Here, the inventory item information according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 6, the inventory item information is a table in which the tag identification information of the item B acquired by the prompting condition determination process in step S <b> 302 and the item name of the item B are associated with each other.
The inventory information is output from the lending management server 130 to the handy reader 120 as a notification that inventory is necessary. When the inventory item information as the inventory list is output from the lending management server 130, the handy reader 120 specifies the tag identification information of the item B in the output inventory item information, and implements the inventory of the item B.
Here, the contents of processing of the handy reader 120 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the flowchart of FIG. 7, first, the control unit 221 determines whether or not inventory item information has been received from the lending management server 130 via the communication I / F 224 (step S701).
In step S701, when inventory information is not received (step S701: No), the process proceeds to step S703. If inventory information is received in step S701 (step S701: Yes), the control unit 221 controls the display unit 226 to prompt the execution of inventory as a notification that inventory is necessary ( Step S702).
Specifically, the control unit 221 stores the inventory information (inventory list) received in step S701 in the storage unit 227, and a warning message such as “please perform inventory” on the display unit 226; Display the inventory list. The notification that inventory is necessary may be a warning lamp flashing red or the like.
The control unit 221 determines whether the inventory has been implemented by the administrator operating the input unit 225 (step S703). Specifically, the inventory is implemented by operating the input unit 225 and instructing the start of the inventory by the administrator and reading the tag identification information of the article B. Based on the inventory item information received in step S701, the inventory is read from tag identification information from the item B to be inspected, or the manager voluntarily (regardless of the prompt or regular interval for inventory execution) Or the tag identification information of the article B is read.
In step S703, when the inventory is not performed (step S703: No), the process returns to step S701 and the process is repeated. In addition, when the stocktaking is performed in step S703 (step S703: Yes), the control unit 221 sends the tag identification information of the article B read by the stocktaking to the lending management server 130 via the communication I / F 224. Output as inventory data (step S704). Then, the control unit 221 performs an initialization process that sets the handy reader 120 in a state before inventory (step S705), returns to step S701, and repeats the process.
Returning to FIG. 3, when the inventory information is output in step S303, the control unit 231 determines whether or not the inventory is performed by the handy reader 120 (step S304). Specifically, when the control unit 231 receives the inventory data transmitted from the handy reader 120 in step S704 illustrated in FIG. 7 and indicating that the inventory has been performed, via the communication I / F 234, the inventory is displayed. It will be judged that it was implemented.
In step S304, when the stocktaking is not performed (step S304: No), the process proceeds to step S402 shown in FIG. 4 and the process is repeated. In addition, when inventory is performed in step S304 (step S304: Yes), the control unit 231 returns to step S302 and repeats the process. That is, it returns to step S401, clears the number of loan returns as history information based on the management status information stored in the storage unit 237, and performs subsequent prompting condition determination processing.
Here, clearing the inventory prompting index according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5B. In FIG. 5B, the lending management server 130 uses the inventory item information in step S303 shown in FIG. 3 as a reminder to carry out inventory when the number of lending returns exceeds 100 before reaching the regular inventory interval. The output is performed (see FIG. 5A).
If it is determined that the inventory has been actually implemented after the inventory execution has been urged, the process returns to step S401, and the control unit 231 sets the incremented lending return count to zero. Then, the number of loan returns is incremented until a new inventory is performed.
Note that the processing in each component of the present invention will be described in association with each processing or each function in the first embodiment of the present invention. By the processing of the control unit 231 in step S302, the detection unit, determination unit, and The processing of the generation unit is executed. By the processing of the control unit 221 and the display unit 226 in step S702, the notification unit processing of the present invention is executed. The processing of the output means of the present invention is executed by the processing of the control unit 231 and the communication I / F 234 in step S303.
As described above, according to the lending management system of the first embodiment of the present invention, when the number of lending returns of the article exceeds the set number of times, by notifying that the inventory is necessary, Inventory can be urged before inventory status and management status information deviate. That is, according to the lending management system, it is possible to prevent the deviation between the inventory status and the management status information from increasing.
In addition, according to the lending management system of the first embodiment of the present invention, an inventory list can be output to the handy reader for articles that require inventory as a notification that inventory is necessary. Therefore, the handy reader can carry out inventory for the articles that need inventory quickly and accurately based on the received inventory information as the inventory list.
(Other variations)
In Embodiment 1 of the present invention, in particular, in the prompting condition determination process shown in FIG. 4, when the number of loan returns exceeds the set number, the inventory information acquired in step S405 is handy in step S303. Although it is supposed to prompt inventory by outputting to the reader 120, it is not limited to this.
That is, even if the handy reader 120 does not acquire the inventory item information, the administrator may be notified that the inventory in the storage room 150 is necessary. According to such a configuration, the processing can be simplified, and is particularly useful when the articles B in the storage chamber 150 are the same type or a small amount.
In Embodiment 1 of the present invention, in particular, in the prompt condition determination process shown in FIG. 4, when the number of loan returns is incremented, in step S404, depending on the determination result of whether the number of loan returns exceeds the set number of times. The inventory item information for prompting the inventory is acquired, but the present invention is not limited to this.
In other words, if the inventory is urged every predetermined period, such as one day or three days, the number of loan returns exceeds the set number when the predetermined period for inventory prompts is exceeded after the number of loan returns is incremented. You may judge whether it is.
In this way, it is not necessary to determine whether or not the number of loan returns exceeds the set number every time the number of loan returns is incremented, so that the processing of the loan management server 130 can be simplified. In addition, since the judgment is made every predetermined period, the administrator knows the timing for confirming the inventory prompting without knowing the timing when the loan return is made, and reliably determines whether the inventory is necessary or not. be able to.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in particular, in the flowchart in FIG. 3, when the inventory execution condition is set in step S301, the processing is continued thereafter. However, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, when a new inventory execution condition is set by the administrator, the lending management server 130 can select the end of the process, and the process is resumed according to the newly set inventory execution condition. In this way, various inventory implementation conditions can be applied.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the lending return frequency is used as the inventory prompting index without distinguishing between the lending and returning of the article B. However, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, either the number of loans or the number of returns may be used as an inventory promotion index.
When using both lending count and return count as inventory promotion indicators, a difference may be made between the set number of lending count and return count instead of simply using the total count. In this way, it is possible to optimize the inventory prompting time by weighting the processing (lending or returning) that tends to cause a difference between the inventory status and the management status information.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the number of rental returns of the item B has been described as being used as an inventory promotion index, but the present invention is not limited to this. Specifically, when the tag identification information of the user M is received at the time of lending and returning the article B, the number of users M (the number of users) who lent and returned the article B is stored as history information of management status information. 237 to store. And the threshold value of the number of users set in step S301 may be used for the inventory prompting index. That is, it may be configured to prompt the inventory of the article B when the number of the users M who lent and return the article B exceeds a predetermined threshold.
When the number of users M is used as the inventory prompting index, the number of users M who lent out and returned the entire article B in the storage room 150 may be used regardless of the type of the article B. Both the number of loan returns described in the first embodiment and the number of users M may be used as the inventory prompting index. In this way, it is possible to optimize the inventory prompting time and provide a highly versatile system. Can do.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in particular, the inventory information is output from the lending management server 130 to the handy reader 120 as a notification that inventory is necessary. However, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, when the lending management server 130 determines that the inventory of the item B is necessary, an e-mail, a telephone call, or the like is sent to the PC terminal or the telephone terminal held by the administrator who performs the inventory via the communication I / F 234. To notify that inventory is necessary. In this way, even if the administrator does not hold the handy reader 120, it is possible to reliably notify the administrator that inventory is necessary.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in particular, the display unit 226 of the handy reader 120 is used to prompt for inventory, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, if the handy reader 120 includes a speaker or the like, the inventory may be prompted by voice. In this way, by providing a variation in the means for prompting inventory such as voice and display, it is possible to reliably notify the manager of the necessity of inventory.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in particular, when the inventory is not actually implemented after the prompt for carrying out the inventory in steps S702 and S703 shown in FIG. 7, the process returns to step S701 to repeat the process. However, it is not limited to this. In other words, if the inventory is not performed even after a certain period of time has passed since the inventory is urged, the inventory is urged again.
Specifically, for example, in step S301, the lending management server 130 sets an inventory reminder interval together with an inventory reminder index as an inventory implementation condition based on an input from the administrator. The lending management server 130 transmits the inventory item information and the inventory reminder interval to the handy reader 120. If the inventory reading is not performed in step S703, the handy reader 120 does not return to step S701 and prompts the inventory again after the interval of the inventory prompting elapses. In this way, once the handy reader 120 receives the inventory information, the handy reader 120 can continue prompting until the inventory is carried out, so that the administrator can be surely informed of the necessity of inventory. it can.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the lending management system 100 is configured by the stationary reader 110, the handy reader 120, and the lending management server 130. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Specifically, the lending management server 130 may be divided into a PC terminal and a database server.
Further, the stationary reader 110 and the handy reader 120 may be a single reader. Specifically, the handy reader 120 may have a function of the stationary reader 110 as well. For example, the handy reader 120 having the function of the stationary reader 110 can switch between a management mode as the stationary reader 110 and an inventory mode as the handy reader 120.
That is, when the handy reader 120 is installed at the entrance of the inventory mode storage room 150, the handy reader 120 activates the management mode, and when the user M enters or exits the user M, the wireless tag Tm, Tb is held over the antenna 221. Prompt. Then, the handy reader 120 activates the inventory mode by grasping (operation input by the administrator) by the administrator, and implements the inventory of the item B to be inspected.
Further, the stationary reader 110, the handy reader 120, and the lending management server 130 may be a single reader. Specifically, the handy reader 120 may be configured to have both functions of the stationary reader 110 and the lending management server 130. The handy reader 120 that also has the functions of the stationary reader 110 and the lending management server 130 realizes the function of the article inventory device of the present invention. As described above, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the number of devices does not have to be limited as long as each function of the stationary reader 110, the handy reader 120, and the lending management server 130 is realized. The configuration can be simplified.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the case where the lending management system 100 is applied to the article management system of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Specifically, the article management system of the present invention is a versatile system such as being applied to a sales management system that manages the sale of articles. In the sales management system, for example, inventory prompting is determined using the number of visitors, the number of articles sold, the sales amount, etc. as an inventory prompting index.
(Embodiment 2)
(Outline of the loan management system)
In the second embodiment of the present invention, a case will be described in which the number of simultaneous uses in which a predetermined quantity or more of articles is used at the same timing is used as the inventory information inventory promotion index described in the first embodiment. In addition, since the outline | summary and functional structure of the loan management system of Embodiment 2 of this invention are substantially the same as FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 shown in Embodiment 1, description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the second embodiment, the number of simultaneous use is the number of times the user M has lent and returned a plurality of articles B at the same timing, and is stored in the storage unit 237 as history information of management status information. Specifically, the number of simultaneous use is the number of times that a plurality of articles B (for example, three or more OA devices) are lent out at a time. In other words, it is the number of times that three or more OA devices have been lent by one user M. The simultaneous use of the article B is performed by reading the person tag Tm of the user M and the article tags Tb of the plurality of articles B at the same timing, so that the management status information and the actual inventory are detected by reading the radio tags Tm and Tb. Deviations from the situation tend to occur. In particular, the use of the number of simultaneous uses is useful for a rental return service for small articles B such as books that are often used simultaneously.
(Processing of the loan management system)
Regarding the processing of the lending management server 130 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, in the setting of the inventory execution condition in step S301 in the flowchart shown in FIG. 3, instead of setting the number of lending return, the number of simultaneous use is set. The processing other than the determination of the prompting condition in step S302 using the set number of simultaneous uses is almost the same as that in FIG. 3, and the processing of the handy reader 120 is almost the same as that in FIG. .
FIG. 8 is used to explain the prompting condition determination process (step S302 shown in FIG. 3) in the lending management server 130 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the flowchart of FIG. 8, first, the control unit 231 sets (initializes) the number of simultaneous uses as history information based on the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 (step S801).
The control unit 231 determines whether or not the article B has been lent back from the tag identification information received from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW (step S802). In step S802, when there is no rental return of the article B (step S802: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer or the like (not shown) to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time ( Step S807).
In step S802, when the rental return of the article B is received (step S802: Yes), the control unit 231 determines whether or not the rental return of the article B performed in step S802 is a simultaneous use of a predetermined quantity or more. (Step S803). The determination of the simultaneous use is made, for example, by determining whether or not tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110 includes tag identification information of the object tag Tb of a predetermined quantity or more.
In step S803, if not simultaneously used (step S803: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer (not shown) or the like to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time (step S807). In step S803, when simultaneous use is made (step S803: Yes), the control unit 231 increments the number of simultaneous uses, which is history information of the management status information (step S804).
The control unit 231 determines whether or not the number of simultaneous uses incremented in step S804 exceeds the set number (step S805). If it is determined in step S805 that the number of simultaneous uses exceeds the set number (step S805: Yes), the control unit 231 acquires inventory item information (step S806) and determines a series of prompting conditions. The process ends, and the process proceeds to step S303 illustrated in FIG.
In step S805, when the number of simultaneous uses does not exceed the set number (step S805: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer or the like (not shown) to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time. Judgment is made (step S807).
In step S807, if it is not a regular inventory time (step S807: No), the process proceeds to step S304 shown in FIG. In step S807, if it is a regular inventory time (step S807: Yes), the control unit 231 uses the tag identification information of the article B to be periodically invented as inventory item information (inventory list). It acquires from the memory | storage part 237 (step S806), complete | finishes a series of determination processing of the prompt conditions, and transfers to step S303 shown in FIG.
As described above, according to the lending management system of the second embodiment of the present invention, when the number of simultaneous use of the article exceeds the set number of times, the fact that the inventory is necessary is notified, so Inventory can be urged before inventory status and management status information deviate. According to the lending management system of the second embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to determine in advance a situation in which a discrepancy between the inventory status and the management status information is likely to occur by using the simultaneous use count as the inventory promotion index.
(Other variations)
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the case where a predetermined number or more of articles B are used at the same timing has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, with respect to the number of simultaneous uses, the greater the quantity of articles B that are used at the same time, the greater the difference between the inventory status and the management status information. Therefore, the set number of times may be changed according to the quantity of articles B to be used simultaneously. Specifically, in the above-described example, the case where the number of simultaneous use is 10 or 5 is the same because it is the same because it is 3 or more. For example, if the number of articles B is three, the set number of times may be three, and if the number of articles B is eight, it may be variable according to the quantity. In this way, it is possible to accurately determine a situation in which a discrepancy between inventory status and management status information is likely to occur.
(Embodiment 3)
(Outline of the loan management system)
In the third embodiment of the present invention, when the use start or use end of an article is not normally performed as the inventory information inventory promotion index described in the first embodiment, the number of inconsistencies that the use start or the end of use is made. The case where it is used will be described. In addition, since the outline | summary and functional structure of the loan management system of Embodiment 3 of this invention are substantially the same as FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 shown in Embodiment 1, description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the third embodiment, the number of inconsistencies is the number of times when the previous loan return was not normally performed when the user M performed the loan return of the article B, and the storage unit 237 as history information of the management status information. Is remembered. Specifically, the number of inconsistencies is the number of inconsistencies in the storage room 150 even though the tag identification information of the article B has not been read at the time of the previous return (the article B does not exist in the storage room 150 in the management status information). Occurs when the user M lends the article B when the article B exists. In addition, it occurs when the user M returns the item B even though the tag identification information of the item B has not been read at the previous lending (the item B exists in the storage room 150 in the management status information). . When many inconsistencies occur, there is a tendency for the management status information and the actual inventory status to be different from each other due to the fact that there are many users M who read the wireless tags Tm and Tb or perform fraud.
(Processing of the loan management system)
For the processing of the lending management server 130 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, in the flowchart shown in FIG. 3, for the setting of the inventory execution condition in step S301, set the number of inconsistencies instead of setting the number of lending return, Except for performing the prompting condition determination process in step S302 using the set number of mismatches, the process is almost the same as in FIG. 3, and the process of the handy reader 120 is substantially the same as in FIG.
Referring to FIG. 9, the prompt condition determination process (step S302 shown in FIG. 3) in the lending management server 130 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the flowchart of FIG. 9, first, the control unit 231 sets (initializes) the number of inconsistencies as history information based on the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 (step S901).
The control unit 231 determines whether or not the article B has been lent back from the tag identification information received from the stationary reader 110 via the network NW (step S902). In step S902, when there is no rental return of the article B (step S902: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer (not shown) or the like to determine whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time ( Step S907).
In step S902, when there is a loan return of the article B (step S902: Yes), the control unit 231 determines whether or not the previous loan return was normal for the article B for which the loan return was performed in step S902. Judgment is made (step S903). The determination regarding the previous loan return is made with reference to the management status information stored in the storage unit 237 for the tag identification information transmitted from the stationary reader 110, for example. That is, in the management status information, when the item B that is being lent (not yet returned) is lent or when the item B that is being stored (should have been returned) is returned, the previous loan return Is determined to be abnormal.
In step S903, when the previous lending return is normal (step S903: Yes), the control unit 231 determines whether or not the current date is a regular inventory time by referring to a timer (not shown) or the like. (Step S907). If the previous loan return is not normal in step S903 (step S903: No), the control unit 231 increments the number of mismatches that is history information of the management status information (step S904). .
The control unit 231 determines whether or not the number of inconsistencies incremented in step S904 exceeds the set number (step S905). If it is determined in step S905 that the number of inconsistencies exceeds the set number (step S905: Yes), the control unit 231 acquires inventory item information (step S906) and determines a series of prompting conditions. The process ends, and the process proceeds to step S303 illustrated in FIG.
In step S905, when the number of inconsistencies does not exceed the set number (step S905: No), the control unit 231 refers to a timer or the like (not shown) to determine whether the current date is a regular inventory time. Judgment is made (step S907).
In step S907, if it is not a regular inventory time (step S907: No), the process proceeds to step S304 shown in FIG. In step S907, when it is a regular inventory time (step S907: Yes), the control unit 231 uses the tag identification information of the article B to be periodically invented as inventory item information (inventory list). It acquires from the memory | storage part 237 (step S906), complete | finishes a series of determination processing of the prompt conditions, and transfers to step S303 shown in FIG.
As described above, according to the lending management system of the third embodiment of the present invention, when the number of inconsistencies regarding the use of goods exceeds the set number of times, the fact that inventory is necessary is notified, Inventory can be prompted before the inventory status of goods and management status information deviate. According to the lending management system of the third embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to determine in advance a situation in which a discrepancy between the inventory status and the management status information is likely to occur by using the inconsistency count as the inventory promotion index.
(Other variations)
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the inconsistency count is used as the inventory prompting index. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Specifically, the number of unprocessed users, which is the number of users M who lent out and returned the article B, despite entering the storage room 150, is stored in the storage unit 237 as history information of management status information. The threshold value of the number of unprocessed users set in step S301 may be used as an inventory prompting index. In other words, when the number of users M who are deemed not to lend and return the article B in the management status information exceeds a predetermined threshold, the inventory of the article B is prompted. By using the number of unprocessed users as an inventory prompting index, it is possible to cope with a difference between the inventory status and the management status information that occurs due to omission of reading tag identification information from the object tag Tb.
In addition, when the period when the article B is not used exceeds a predetermined period, the inventory promotion may be performed. According to such a configuration, it is possible to deal with a case where the inventory status and the management status information are different due to a failure of the stationary reader 110 or the like.
In the above description, the first embodiment, the second embodiment, the third embodiment, and some modified examples have been described as separate examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, as a combined configuration, the methods according to the first embodiment, the second embodiment, the third embodiment, and some modified examples may be used in appropriate combinations by using a plurality of indicators as inventory promotion indicators. .
