, 更能满足用户的个性化需求。

[8] 现有技术中, 在被叫方振铃后彩铃服务器为主叫方播放主叫方定制的彩铃或者 被叫方定制的彩铃。
[9] 发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 彩铃服务器为 主叫方播放主叫方定制的彩铃或者被叫方定制的彩铃, 没有为主叫方提供选择 主叫方需要彩铃类型的机会, 降低了用户体验。

[11] 本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种彩铃选择方法、 系统及相关装置, 能提高用户体验。
[12] 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明所提供一种彩铃选择方法实施例可以通过以下技 术方案实现:
[13] 发起呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包含主叫方需要的彩铃类型;
[14] 获取彩铃服务器根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息。

权利要求书
[1] 一种彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
发起呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包含主叫方需要的彩铃类型; 接收彩铃服务器根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫方需要的彩铃 类型通过所述呼叫请求所使用协议的协议信息携带;
所述协议包括: Q.931信令协议或 SIP信令协议或 H.245信令协议。
[3] 根据权利要求 2所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫方需要的彩铃 类型通过 Q.931信令协议携带吋包括:
通过发起 SETUP消息和连接 CONNECT消息的用户到用户信息 user-to-user information字段, 或起始地址 IAM消息的用户到用户信息 user-to-user information字段携带。
[4] 根据权利要求 1所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃信息包括: 音频、 视频、 文字、 图片、 vCard名片信息、 彩铃的网页 URL地址中的至少 一种。
[5] 根据权利要求 4所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收彩铃服务器根 据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息包括:
通过媒体信道接收彩铃服务器根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的音频 、 视频、 文字、 图片、 vCard名片信息、 彩铃的网页 URL地址中的至少一种 ; 或者
通过控制面信令接收彩铃服务器根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的 vC ard名片、 彩铃的 URL地址中的至少一种。
[6] 根据权利要求 4所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃信息包括彩铃 的 URL地址, 则接收彩铃信息之后包括:
根据所述 URL地址, 通过超文本协议 HTTP方式从网页 Web服务器中获取彩 铃 ί曰息。
[7] 根据权利要求 4所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起呼叫请求包括 当主叫方所存储的被叫方 vCard名片失效吋, 发起携带对被叫方 vCard名片 的需求的呼叫请求。
[8] 根据权利要求 4所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到彩铃信息之 后包括:
更新主叫方存储的被叫方 vCard名片。
[9] 根据权利要求 1所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收彩铃服务器根 据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息包括: 接收所述彩铃服务器 在所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型与被叫方定制的彩铃类型的交集不为空的情 况下根据所述交集发送的彩铃信息; 或者
接收所述彩铃服务器在所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型与被叫方定制的彩铃类 型的交集为空的情况下, 发送的默认的彩铃信息。
[10] 根据权利要求 9所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 当所获取的交集不为空 并且未包含被叫方信息吋, 所述方法还包括:
接收被叫方根据彩铃服务器的指示发送的被叫方信息。
[11] 根据权利要求 1所述的彩铃选择方法, 其特征在于, 在所述发送呼叫请求前
, 所述方法还包括:
通过网页 Web方式在彩铃服务器中定制主叫方默认需要的彩铃类型; 当所述呼叫请求包含的主叫方需要的彩铃类型为空吋, 所述接收彩铃服务 器根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息包括:
接收所述彩铃服务器根据主叫方定制的默认需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信 息。

接收主叫方发起的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包含主叫方需要的彩铃类型; 根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型, 向主叫方发送彩铃信息。

当主叫方存储的被叫方信息无效吋, 接收包含主叫方需要的被叫方信息的 所述呼叫请求。

主叫端, 用于发起呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包含主叫方需要的彩铃类型; 彩铃服务器, 用于根据所述主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送彩铃信息; 移动交换中心, 分别与所述主叫端和彩铃服务器通信连接, 用于发送所述 主叫端发出的呼叫请求给所述彩铃服务器; 获取所述彩铃服务器根据所述 呼叫请求中包含的主叫方需要的彩铃类型发送的彩铃信息; 将所述彩铃信 息发送给所述主叫端。

终端彩铃选择单元, 用于选择终端需要的彩铃类型;
彩铃类型请求发送单元, 用于向网络侧发送所述终端需要的彩铃类型; 彩铃信息接收单元, 用于接收网络侧根据所述终端需要的彩铃类型发送的 彩铃信息。
