Description

Japanese umbrella structure lighting equipment
The present invention relates to a lighting device for illuminating a room.
Up to now, various ideas have been made to facilitate storage and handling of indoor lighting fixtures by making the shade of the pendant type or floor stand type lighting fixtures foldable.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a plurality of support bones are attached to each of the ring-shaped upper and lower racks so as to be radially openable and closable, and each support bone is pivotally attached to an appropriate position of the main bone. A foldable lamp shade is disclosed which is formed by applying a fabric on the outside. Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a foldable shade characterized in that two or more combinations of tensioning supports with respect to the jacket are configured to be able to converge and spread around a central support. . However, any of the above prior arts requires that there are at least two potters for opening and closing the main bone in terms of structure.
The inventor of the present application can form a foldable lamp shade with a simple frame structure without taking the complicated structure as described above based on the experience of manufacturing Japanese umbrellas for many years. I noticed that I came up with the present invention.
It should be noted that the traditional Japanese umbrella skeleton is made up of parts that have been precisely processed from bamboo and the like, and can only be produced by skilled craftsmen. For example, in the part where the small bone is connected to the potter's wheel, a very fine work is required such as making a hole in the side of the narrow groove provided in the potter's wheel and fixing the hole and the hole drilled in the tip of the small bone with a thread. The Also, at the part where the small bone is connected to the parent bone, the tip of the small bone is split into two forks, the parent bone is sandwiched between them, and thread is fixed to the holes opened in both the small bone and the parent bone, but the small bone is very thin, Prone to breakage during this operation.
In addition, the voltage of the commercial power supply and the socket standard etc. in each country in the world are not unified, so it is necessary to remake the lamp that is the mounting part of the light source according to the power situation in each country.

The inventor has been involved in the production of Japanese umbrellas for many years, but has been paying more attention to the beauty of the light that enters through the umbrella when it is put on a sunny day. We have devised this Japanese umbrella-structured lighting fixture that combines the characteristics and beauty of traditional Japanese umbrellas that allow light to pass through and the ease of handling with the new structure described above.
The lighting fixture according to the present invention basically uses a Japanese umbrella structure. However, in the Japanese umbrella, one end of the main skeleton is pivotally attached to the top of the Japanese umbrella called a temperament, whereas in the luminaire according to the present invention, the end is free. For this reason, in the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention, only one wheel is used.
And in the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention, the control member is stretched around the front-end | tip of all the small bones, and the perimeter of this stretch member satisfy | fills the said conditions. In simple terms, this condition means that the ossicles are restricted so that they cannot be opened perpendicularly to the center axis of the potter's wheel, that is, the opening angle is limited to 90 ° or less. Under this condition, even if the small bone is opened, it does not reverse over 90 °, so that the shape of the lighting apparatus according to the present invention is fixed in a state where the small bone is fully opened. The washer is for fixing a small bone in such a state.
The restriction member may be a string that connects the tips of all small bones, or may be a transparent or translucent shade member stretched in a substantially cylindrical shape around the entire parent bone. Moreover, you may use both together.
Even when the former regulating member is used, it is desirable to stretch some transparent or semi-transparent shade member around the entire parent bone in consideration of the fact that the present invention is a lighting fixture. However, since the regulating member by the string already exists, in that case, the perimeter of the shade member does not necessarily need to satisfy the above condition, and a loose member may be used. In comparison with the above-mentioned Japanese umbrella, in the Japanese umbrella, the tension paper stretched around the main bone has a perfect conical shape, whereas in the lighting apparatus according to the present invention, the main bone is free at both ends. Accordingly, the shade member can enjoy a free design (shape) such as a truncated cone shape close to a conical shape or a shape close to a cylindrical shape. In addition, by using the shade member according to the tradition of Japanese umbrellas, it is possible to produce a lighting fixture that can illuminate the room with a unique taste in combination with the framework structure.
In recent years, along with the increasing momentum to review traditional Japanese culture, attention has been focused on traditional Japanese houses and furniture using traditional Japanese techniques, so let's incorporate Japanese umbrellas into your living life. There are not many consumers who say. The lighting apparatus according to the present invention can provide a product in which tradition and technology are merged at a high level in response to such movement by using a Japanese umbrella-like shade member as described above. It is well known that pure Japanese-style designs are often suitable for Western-style houses, as well as Western-style designs that are often used in townhouses. The Japanese umbrella structure lighting apparatus according to the present invention is beautifully integrated into a Western environment due to the geometrical structure of the main bone and small bones.
And, by using the Japanese umbrella structure in this way, when not in use, it can be stored without being bulky by narrowing the small bones around the center axis of the potter's wheel. This is a great merit by using the Japanese umbrella structure. Due to this characteristic, the Japanese umbrella structure lighting device (shade) according to the present invention can easily replace materials having different shade members with respect to the same light source (for example, difference in materials such as Japanese paper / cloth, color difference, etc.). it can. In general homes, it can be replaced with a suitable one according to the season, and at a party or event, it can be replaced with a suitable one according to the surrounding atmosphere according to the scene.
The lighting fixture according to the present invention basically adopts a Japanese traditional umbrella structure, but can be modified to suit mass production while maintaining the basic structure. For example, as a structure for connecting small bones to the potter's wheel, a vertical groove allowing the rotation of the small bone and a horizontal groove perpendicular to the vertical groove are provided in the potter's wheel, and a string-like shape passing through a hole provided at one end of each small bone in the horizontal groove If the fixing tool is wound, the work of connecting the small bone to the potter's wheel becomes easy. Further, if a holding part for supporting the distal end of the small bone from the side surface is provided on the parent bone, it is not necessary to split the distal end of the small bone into two branches as in the prior art, and the small bone is difficult to break during the operation.
Moreover, since the lamp has a socket fixing portion that can fix various commercially available general-purpose sockets, it can be easily replaced with various general-purpose sockets according to the power situation in each country.
The Japanese umbrella structure lighting apparatus according to the present invention can be applied to both a pendant type and a floor stand type.

Hereinafter, a Japanese umbrella structure lighting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a front view of a pendant type lighting apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a bottom view thereof. In the front view of FIG. 1, the left half shows the appearance, and the right half shows the internal cross-sectional view. However, in the internal cross-sectional view of the right half, only one small bone 12 and one main bone 13 are drawn for convenience of understanding.
In the lighting device 10 of the present embodiment, 40 small bones 12 are radially attached around the potter's wheel 11. Of course, the number of the small bones 12 should be an appropriate number of 3 or more in consideration of the design and the like. A parent bone 13 is pivotally attached to the tip of each small bone 12. In the present embodiment, the small bone 12 is pivoted at a position about 1/3 from the bottom of the parent bone 13, but this position is also arbitrary. In order to bring out the traditional Japanese umbrella style, it is desirable to use bamboo as the small bone and main bone joint material and wooden as the crossbones, but it goes without saying that it may be made of plastic or metal.
In the present embodiment, at the connecting portion between the main bone 13 and the small bone 12, the tip of the small bone 12 is split into two forks, and the two forks are bound and fixed with a thread with the main bone 13 sandwiched therebetween. This thread is not used separately for each parent bone / small bone, but is used so that one thread goes around the entire circumference. Such a fixing method is a characteristic of traditional Japanese umbrellas, but can only be performed by skilled craftsmen. Further, when the light source is turned on, it can be seen that the thread crosses the shade member 14 described later. Therefore, the parent bone and the small bone may be connected as follows. 3 (a) and 3 (b) are cross-sectional views of the connecting portion between the main bone 131 and the small bone 121 as viewed from above. In the method of FIG. 3A, the main bone 131 is formed by bending a thin plate into a U-shaped cross section, and the tip of the small bone 121 is inserted into the middle groove, and the two are connected to each other by a rivet 133. Although the thickness of the small bone 121 may be the same (straight) up to the tip, as shown in the figure, if the groove of the parent bone 131 is narrowed and the tip of the small bone 121 is narrowed to enter the parent bone, The overall width of 131 can be reduced, and the overall design of the lighting fixture can be made cleaner.
In the method of FIG. 3 (b), the parent bone 132 is composed of a single rod, and the tip of the small bone 121 is connected to the side. This method is cost effective.
As described above, the potter's wheel 11 is made of wood and adopts a traditional Japanese umbrella structure that supports bamboo small bones radially. However, in order to further increase the productivity, a structure as shown in FIG. 4 may be used. A hole 111 through which a later-described washer-fixing screw 16 is inserted is provided in the center of the potter's wheel 11, and a longitudinal groove for rotatably holding the ends of the 40 small bones 12 is provided in the lower part of the periphery. 112 is provided. A transverse groove 113 that goes around the entire circumference of the potter's wheel 11 is provided so as to cross the entire longitudinal groove 112. In this structure, a wire or a strong thread passed through a hole provided at the end of 40 ossicles 12 is wound and tied in the transverse groove 113 so that all the ossicles 12 are focused on the potter's wheel 11.
After the basic structure is formed by the potter's wheel 11, the small bone 12, and the main bone 13, the entire small bone 12 is opened so as to be about 80 ° with respect to the central axis c of the potter's wheel 11, and the main bone 13 is set up vertically and the whole is cylindrical As a shape, the shade member 14 is stretched around the periphery. It is desirable to use Japanese paper for the shade member 14 in order to harmonize with the above materials, but various other transparent or translucent materials may be used.
  L = (15+170)×sin(80°)= 185×0.98 = 181 mm
In the lighting apparatus of the present embodiment, the peripheral length of the shade member 14 is made equal to the peripheral length in a state where the small bone 12 is opened by about 80 ° as described above. For example, if the length of the small bone 12 is 170 mm and the distance from the center of the skull 11 to the attachment point of the small bone 12 is 15 mm, the peripheral length L of the shade member 14 is
L = (15 + 170) x sin (80 °) = 185 x 0.98 = 181 mm
And Actually, the small bone 12 and the main bone 13 can be opened as described above, and the shade member 14 can be tensioned and pasted thereto.
By setting the peripheral length of the shade member 14 in this way, as shown in FIG. 8, even if the small bone 12 is opened, it cannot be opened beyond this angle, and a reversal phenomenon as indicated by R occurs. Absent. That is, the luminaire 10 can be fixed in this state.
In order to hold the luminaire in this fully opened state, that is, in order to prevent the opening angle θ of the small bone 12 from becoming any smaller, the small bone 12 is pressed against the skull 11 by the washer 15. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the washer 15 is fastened to the potter's wheel 11 with a screw 16. In the luminaire 10 of this embodiment, the screws 16 are fixed to the harp 18 that holds the light source (light bulb) 17, so that the screws 16 of the harp 18 are inserted into the pot 11 through the washer 15. Fix it. As a result of the assembly, the use state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is obtained. Of course, the screw may be separate from the harp.
When the lighting apparatus 10 of this embodiment is not used, the harp 18 and the washer 15 of the light source are removed, and the parent bone 13 and the small bone 12 are shrunk as shown in FIG. At this time, like the Japanese umbrella, by attaching a folding fold that is folded inward to the shade member 14, a beautiful appearance can be exhibited when folded.
In the above embodiment, the shade member 14 itself acted as a restricting member of the present invention. However, as shown in FIG. 5, a string 19 for connecting the small bones 12 is provided, thereby restricting the opening angle of the small bones 12. May be. In this case, since there is no need to regulate the perimeter of the shade member 14, it is possible to use a long member with a sufficient margin or a soft material. Further, the perimeter may not be regulated but regulated by the potter's wheel 11. That is, in order for the small bone 12 to open with respect to the potter's wheel 11, a groove for rotating the small bone 12 is necessary in the potter's wheel 11. A stopper for restricting the opening angle is provided in this groove, and the small bone 12 has more than that. It may not be opened.
FIG. 9 shows a front view of a lighting apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The lighting fixture according to the present embodiment can use commercially available general-purpose light source fixtures (lamps and sockets) (in Japan and abroad). As in FIG. 1, the left half shows the appearance and the right half shows the internal cross section of FIG. 9. This luminaire is a floor stand type luminaire installed on a floor, a table or the like, and is supported by the lower part of each main bone 23.
In this lighting fixture, the potter's wheel 21 has the function of a lamp, and the light source 27 is mounted upward from the potter's wheel 21. FIG. 10 shows a cross-sectional view of the wheel 21. In the center of the potter's wheel 21, a hole through which various general purpose sockets 28 such as a mogul socket can be inserted is provided. A socket fixing plate 29 for fixing the general purpose socket 28 is attached to the bottom face of the potter's wheel 21. Yes. With such a configuration, the general-purpose socket 28 can be easily attached or replaced according to the light source to be used.
Also, a similar socket fixing plate may be provided in a pendant type lighting fixture. FIG. 11 shows such a modification. A hole through which a general-purpose socket can be inserted is also provided at the center of the potter's wheel 31 of this modification, and a socket fixing plate 39 for fixing the general-purpose socket is attached to the upper surface of the potter's wheel 31.
As shown in FIG. 12, the wheel 31 of this modification is provided with a vertical groove 312 for rotatably holding the end of the small bone 32 at the lower part of the periphery, and is inserted into the side surface of each vertical groove 312. A hole 313 is provided. In this structure, a wire or a strong thread is passed through the hole provided at the end of each small bone 32 and each insertion hole 313 and tied, so that all the small bones 32 are focused on the potter's wheel 31.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, it is good also as a structure attached to a general purpose light source device using a harp. In the lighting fixture 40 according to this modification, a harp 48 is fixed to the potter's wheel 41, and a socket fixing plate 49 having a hole in the center is provided at the top of the harp 48. The lighting fixture 40 and the general-purpose light source fixture 50 are fixed by sandwiching the socket fixing plate 49 with a general-purpose socket 51 such as a mogul socket or placing it on the general-purpose socket 51 (FIG. 14). The lighting fixture 40 of this embodiment can be used as it is for a stand-type general-purpose light source fixture by turning it upside down.
