Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (1) below, which is useful as an agent for prevention or/and treatment of diabetes and the like, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of such a compound. (In the formula, A represents a hydroxy group, CONR1R2 or the like, wherein R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; and ring B represents a group represented by the following formula (G1) or the like.) (In the formula (G1), a represents a number of 0-5; b represents a number of 1-4; X1 represents a single bond, -O-, -CO- or the like; and X2 represents an optionally substituted aryl group, an optionally substituted heteroaryl group, an optionally substituted cycloalkyl group or the like.)
