Abstract

The invention relates to engine-building, in particular to methods and devices for producing an air-fuel mixture and supplying it to an internal combustion engine. The inventive method for producing an air-fuel mixture consists in readjusting the mixture in a carburetor prior to supplying in to a combusting chamber, in mixing in full the entire volume of air incoming from an air filter and a fuel in an additional sealed float chamber, which is provided with a safety valve, two inputs and one output, by the cold boiling, evaporation and homogenisation of the air-fuel mixture. The inventive device comprises an additional sealed float chamber which comprises a safety valve and is divided by a baffle into two volumes. A float unit with an obturating needle is mounted in the first volume, the second volume being filled with a metal screen. An uncontrollable choke provided with an electric heating element is disposed in front of the air-fuel mixture output perpendicularly to the flow thereof. The invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of an air-fuel mixture combustion.
