Description
A drug for the treatment of infectious diseases of domestic animals, including viral etiology
Technical field
The invention relates to medicine, namely to veterinary medicine, and can be used for the effective treatment and prevention of infectious diseases of domestic animals, mainly acute respiratory viral infections and acute respiratory diseases.
State of the art
It is known from the prior art that polyvalent sera containing antibodies to pathogens of the corresponding diseases are used as medicines for the treatment and prevention of viral infections in domestic animals (Lipin AB, Sanin AB, Zinchenko EV. VETERINARY GUIDE. Traditional and non-traditional methods of treating dogs . M., 2002, S. 476-480). Their action is due to the binding and suppression of the activity of the corresponding pathogen, therefore, the spectrum of activity of such drugs is limited.
Disclosure of invention
The invention is directed to the creation of a drug based on antibodies with a wide spectrum of activity for the effective treatment and prevention of infectious diseases of domestic animals, including viral etiology, regardless of the specific causative agent of the disease.
The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that the drug for the treatment of infectious diseases of domestic animals, including viral etiology, contains an activated - potentiated form of antibodies to interferon alpha, beta or gamma, species-specific for the corresponding taxonomic group of animals obtained by repeated serial breeding and external exposure according to homeopathic technology, which determines their ultra-low dose.
In this case, the drug contains a combination of activated - potentiated forms of antibodies to interferon alpha, beta or gamma.
In this case, the drug may contain an activated - potentiated form of a mixture of various antibodies to interferons alpha, beta or gamma.
In addition, the drug contains a mixture of various homeopathic dilutions of antibodies to interferon alpha, beta or gamma, specific for each taxonomic group of animals, in an activated - potentiated form.
Obtained in accordance with the invention, the drug is a new pharmacological preparation based on antibodies, which is characterized by the presence of specific pharmacological activity, sufficiently high efficiency and almost no side effects, which is confirmed experimentally. In addition, the claimed drug has environmental cleanliness and low cost.
Embodiments of the invention
The drug is prepared as follows.
M.A.Mягкoвa. - 2005 - VoI. 14. - N 1-2. P.33-55.To obtain antibodies to interferon, alpha, beta or gamma, species-specific for each taxonomic group of animals, is used as an immunogen for immunization of laboratory animals (rabbits). The resulting antibodies are purified by affinity chromatography. A mixture of various fragments of an interferon molecule can also be used as an immunogen. The method of obtaining polyclonal immune and monoclonal antibodies is described, for example, in the book: Immunological methods / ed. G. Fremel, M., Medicine, 1987, p. 9-33. The method of obtaining natural antibodies is described, for example, in the book. Natural antibodies to low molecular weight compounds. MAMyagkova. M., MGUL, 2001 (ISBN 5-8135-0058-8), pp. 70-114. The method of obtaining recombinant antibodies is described, for example, in the article by Lafflu E., Sodouer R. Hum. Optibodies. Moposlopal apd resombipapt aptibodies, 30 уеаrs aftеr. - 2005 - VoI. 14. - N 1-2. P.33-55.
При этом производят равномерное уменьшение концентрации путем последовательного разведения 1 объемной части исходной субстанции (антител) в 9 объемных частях (для десятичного разведения D) или в 99 объемных частях (для сотенного разведения С) нейтрального растворителя с многократным вертикальным встряхиванием каждого полученного разведения и использованием преимущественно отдельных емкостей для каждого последующего разведения - до получения требуемой дозы разведения (потенции).The isolated antibodies are subsequently diluted repeatedly and subjected to external influences, mainly vertical shaking, until the activated form is obtained in ultra-low doses, for example, according to the homeopathic potentiation technology (see, for example, Homeopathic medicines. Description and production manual, V. Schwabe, Moscow, 1967, pp. 12-38). In this case, a uniform decrease in concentration is made by successive dilution of 1 volume part of the starting substance (antibodies) in 9 volume parts (for decimal dilution D) or in 99 volume parts (for hundred dilution C) of a neutral solvent with multiple vertical shaking of each dilution obtained and using mainly separate containers for each subsequent dilution - until the required dose of dilution (potency) is obtained.
External processing in the process of reducing the concentration can also be performed by ultrasound, electromagnetic or other physical effects.
A medicine prepared in this way is used mainly in dosage forms and dilutions accepted in homeopathic practice, in the form of alcohol or aqueous solutions or tablets (granules) obtained by impregnation until saturation of the neutral excipient contained in the dosage form with the obtained potentiated solution - an activated form of antibodies.
To increase the therapeutic effect, the drug may contain a mixture of various homeopathic dilutions of antibodies in an activated - potentiated form.
