Abstract

データ利用者が機密情報の開示を受ける権限を有するある特定の相手にのみ開示するにあたり、その相手の対面で、その相手の正当性を確認したときにのみ開示が可能となるような権限管理システムを提供する。 　開示対象データの保有者がデータを暗号化し、該データの復号鍵を生成、分離し開示対象者に予め送付しておく。そしてデータ開示時にはデータ保持者及び開示対象者端末が物理的に対面し、近接した状態において復号鍵を送付し、該復号鍵を再生し、これを用いてデータを復号し、該データを開示する。これにより、開示を受ける権限を有する開示対象者と近接し、該開示対象者を目視することにより相手方の正当性を確認する。
