[Advantageous Effects]
The disaster and emergency alarm system according to the present invention allows people to recognize the disaster and emergency fact and urgency of the circumstances immediately and escape quickly. [Description of Drawings]
The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a view illustrating composition of a disaster and emergency alarm system according to the present invention. [Best Mode]
A disaster and emergency alarm system according to the present invention comprises a disaster and emergency information input device 100, a central control computer 200 and a disaster and emergency alarm device 300. The disaster and emergency information input device 100, the central control computer 200 and the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 are connected to each other by PLC(Power Line Communication). The PLC means communication for sending and receiving data through a power line, that is, power line communication. The power line communication is a service capable of using voice, data, internet and others in high speed when a power supply line is inserted into a socket of a home, an office or a ship, and enables a home network to connect all information devices such as a television, a telephone, a personal computer and others to each other.
A data transmission path complicated with a cable television network, a telephone line, an optical communication network and others until now is reduced to one power line by the PLC. The PLC is easily installed by having an additional device such as a modem or a system and others distributing a power supply and communication data. About 85% of present world population uses electricity, while population using internet through a telephone line or an ultrahigh speed communication network ranges from 12 to 15%. If fast data transmission using the power line already installed inside the ship is possible without installing another optical cable or coaxial cable, economic value of the PLC will be rapidly increased. The PLC enables an internet service and network construction as well as remote control of intelligent home appliances based on the power line, remote checking of a meter and others, and remote control of various electric machines.
The disaster and emergency information input device 100 transmits corresponding information to the central control computer 200 when the disaster and emergency took place.
It is desirable that the disaster and emergency information input device 100 is formed in a type of an emergency operating switch so as to allow a system user to use the emergency operating switch quickly under the disaster and emergency circumstances. In this time, people around the disaster and emergency information input device 100 can transmit the disaster and emergency fact to the central control computer 200 quickly by pushing the emergency operating switch when the disaster and emergency took place.
The disaster and emergency information input device 100 is plural Iy disposed in each zone of a ship or a building, and it is desirable that a lot of the disaster and emergency information input devices 100 are disposed in zones with high disaster and emergency possibility. Accordingly, people can move to a specific place, push the emergency operating switch placed in a corresponding position without the necessity of expressing the disaster and emergency fact, and transmit the disaster and emergency fact to the central control computer 200 directly when the disaster and emergency took place.
The central control computer 200 operates and controls the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 quickly when receiving disaster and emergency information from the disaster and emergency information input devices 100.
In this time, it is desirable that the central control computer 200 operates the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 as well as transmits position information of the disaster and emergency information input devices 100 inputted with the disaster and emergency information to the disaster and emergency alarm device 300. The disaster and emergency alarm device 300 allows people inside a ship or a building to recognize a disaster and emergency place and escape in an opposite direction or in a relatively more safe direction by sending position information of the disaster and emergency information input devices 100 inputted with the disaster and emergency information in a process sending an escape message according to the disaster and emergency circumstances.
The disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the escape message according to the disaster and emergency circumstances to terminal users by operation and control orders of the central control computer 200.
The disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the escape message according to the disaster and emergency circumstance simultaneously to various terminals such as a personal computer, a television, a radio, a digital frame and others.
The disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the escape massage written in letters to the personal computer, the television, a monitor of the digital frame continuously. For example, the escape massage shown by the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 can consist of phrases such as "fire outbreak!! urgent escape!!" or "earthquake outbreak!! urgent escape!!" and others.
It is more favorable that the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the position information of the disaster and emergency information input devices 100 receiving the disaster and emergency information as well as the escape message. For example, the escape massage shown by the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 can consist of various phrases such as "fire outbreak in an engine room 2A zone!! urgent escape!!" or "earthquake outbreak at second street!! urgent escape!!" and others.
On the other hand, it is more favorable that alarm sound rings continuously through a speaker of the personal computer, the television, a the digital frame and a radio when the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the escape massage consisting of letters through the personal computer, the television and a monitor of the digital frame. Accordingly, people in the ship or the building recognize the disaster and emergency circumstances simultaneously through vision(monitor) or hearing(speaker) and sense urgency of the circumstances.
It is more favorable that people in the ship or the building can clearly hear alarm sound even in noisy and inattentive atmosphere by ringing the alarm sound with maximum speaker volume when the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 rings the alarm sound through the speaker of the personal computer, the television, the digital frame and the radio.
It is possible that a voice alarm message is used as the alarm sound when the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 rings the alarm sound through the speaker of the personal computer, the television, the digital frame and the radio. In this time, the people in the ship or the building can clearly recognize the disaster and emergency circumstances instantly through ears. Voice alarm recorded previously can be used as the voice alarm message, which can consist of various phrases such as "fire outbreak!! urgent escape!!" or "earthquake outbreak!! urgent escape!!" and others.
On the other hand, the disaster and emergency alarm device 300 sends the escape message according to the above-mentioned disaster and emergency circumstances after changing a power-OFF state of a power supply for the personal computer, the television, the digital frame and the radio and others to a power-ON state, when the power supply for the personal computer, the television, the digital frame and the radio and others is in the power-OFF state. Accordingly, missing the disaster and emergency alarm messages is totally avoided although the people in the ship or the building turn off the power supply for the personal computer, the television, the digital frame and the radio and others. [Industrial Applicability]
According to the present invention, the following effect is obtained. The present invention allows people to recognize the disaster and emergency fact and the urgency of the circumstances immediately and escape quickly when the disaster and emergency took place, and thus it can be widely applied to the disaster and emergency alarm system, thereby realizing the practical and economic value.
The forgoing embodiments are merely exemplary and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The present teachings can be readily applied to other types of apparatuses. The description of the present invention is intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the scope of the claims. Many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
