Abstract

A genital exercise device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person consists of a genital exerciser which is a resistance generating system. The resistance generating system is associated with a flywheel which is connected to a first end of a tape. The second end of the tape is connected to a genital attacher, which securely encloses the penis and scrotum. An actuator is connected to the tape to move the tape bi-directionally. The resistance generating system generates a variable and adjustable resistance force through the tape onto the penis and testes, and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally. The resistance force creates an upward counterforce on the internal organs and glands resisting the force placed upon the genitals. In exercising the penis and testes, this force strengthens the ' Chi ' (internal life force) through exercise of the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles, strengthening these muscles in the process. A genital exercise machine using the genital exercise device is also proposed.

TITLE OF THE INVENTION
EXERCISE DEVICE AND EXERCISE MACHINE FOR MALE GENITAL ORGAN
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an exercise device and an exercise machine incorporating the exercise device, for the male genital organ.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART The human body has many diaphragms holding the internal organs and glands in place, such as the thoracic, pelvic, and urogenital diaphragms. The ancient Chinese discovered that the genitals were connected to the internal organs and glands in an area of the perineum which encompasses the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles and that exercise of the genitals could strengthened these muscles. One book on the Chinese approach is " BONE MARROW NEi KUNG " by Mantak Chia & Maneewan Chia (Publisher: Healing Tao Books in Huntington , New York).
Similar teachings have been proposed in the West and found in two patents. In US 5 702 330 De Monbrun ,. et al. and U S Patent Application No. 20050101452, a form of exercise, known as "Kegel exercises", developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel which was developed initially for helping women regain control of urination after childbirth, had been extended to exercising the genital muscles. The exercises are effective in restoring muscle tone in the perineal area, and in particular the pubococcygeus muscle.
Kegel exercises have been adapted for males with similar results. The portion of the penis which extends internally into the male pelvic cavity is surrounded by an extensive network of muscles, the most important of which is the pubococcygeus muscle. In most men these muscles are quite weak, and Kegel exercises had strengthened these muscles. Genital Weight-Lifting for Powerful Urogenital and Pelvic Diaphragms
Genital Weight-Lifting works by contributing greatly to the upward counterforce deployed against the downward pull of the weights anchored to the genitals. The pelvic and urogenital diaphragms, considered the floor of the organs, are all strengthened by this practice which helps to prevent any loss of energy through them. Their increased strength also helps to alleviate the protruding abdomen caused by the organs stacking up on the pelvic area.
The release of sexual hormones stimulates the pituitary gland to prevent the production of the aging hormones. It has been proposed that one function of this gland may be to measure the growth of mutated reproductive cells. Theoretically, their growth should be impeded by a healthy reserve of sexual hormones. Testosterone is the most important of the male sex hormones. It is responsible for stimulating bone and muscle growth, and sexual development. It is produced by the testes. Testosterone stimulates sperm production (spermatogenesis), and influences the development of male secondary sex characteristics.
Strengthening the Fasciae Network
An upward counterforce is created by the internal organs and glands to resist the weight placed upon the genitals. This force is strengthened by the ' Chi ' (internal life force) released from the sexual center as the internal system engages the fasciae to pull up against the weight. The fasciae, therefore, contribute greatly to the distribution of the energy. They also served as the connection between the genitalia and the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms. When this connection is loose, the Chi Muscle and the diaphragms allow the organs to drop their weight onto the perineum, thereby reducing the Chi Pressure. When the connection is kept strong, the organs and glands are held in place, and the Chi Pressure is maintained.
Based on the above mentioned teachings, various devices which can exercise and consequently strengthen the male genital have been proposed. In ancient China, men accomplished Genital Weight-Lifting by placing stones in a basket and hanging the basket from their groins. Today, practitioners use light weights to draw energy from the genitals upward into the body.
US Patent No. 5 702 330 (De Monbrun et al) describes an exercise device and method for strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle of a male person. In a preferred embodiment, the method includes the steps of providing a plurality of exercisers, each such exerciser comprising a flexible elongate member having weighted end portions of substantially equal weight, the weight of each of the exercisers differing from the weight of the other exercisers of the plurality; selecting one of the exercisers; placing the selected exerciser on an erect penis of the male person such that the elongate member of the selected exerciser is flexurally retained on the penis with the weighted end portions thereof respectively dependent from opposite sides of the penis; and the male person performing Kegel exercises with the selected exerciser placed on the penis.
US Patent 6,123,664 (Ard) described an exercise device for men to exercise the sphincter muscles, anal and pineal, through isometrics. The device includes a belt portion adapted for coupling around a waist of a male user. A strap portion is adjustably secured to a rear portion of the belt portion. A buckle is secured to an outer surface of the strap portion. The buckle has a pair of laces extending outwardly of a lower end thereof. A forward ring is secured to a forward portion of the belt portion. The forward ring is dimensioned for receiving a penis of the male user therein. The forward ring is secured to free ends of the pair of laces whereby the laces extend under an underside of the male user and are disposed on opposing sides of a scrotum of the male user.
US Patent application No. 2005 0101452 (Dana Alfred III) described a mechanical exercise device for strengthening and enlargement of the penis includes a substantially helical spring including a first lever arm, a central spring section having one end integral with one end of the lever arm, and a second lever arm integral with a second end of the spring section, each lever arm having one free end including a retainer element. The device also includes a selectable weight attachable to the spring section and a first flexible elongate pad having a width and length proportioned for engagement about the penis. The device also includes a flexible cord, having opposing ends attached to respective opposite ends of the first pad, passing through the retainer means of the first lever arm. The device also includes a flexible elongate pad having a width and a length proportioned for engagement about the penis, and a flexible cord having opposing ends attached from respective opposite ends of the second pad, the cord passing through the retainer elements of the second lever arm.
The exercise devices of the current art are simple devices with weights attached. These exercise devices of the current art are directed mostly at exercising the penis and furthermore, requires the penis to be erect in order for the exercise device to work. What is desirable is an exercise device capable of exercising the genital organ and not just the penis without the use of weights. Furthermore, what is also desirable is an exercise device which can exercise the genital organ without having the penis to be erect. If the penis is erect, the erectile tissue may be damaged if weights are hung. So, in the exercising method when carried out with the exercise device of this invention, it is most important for the penis to be flaccid before exercising.
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
It is desirable to have an exercise device which is capable of exercising the genital organ safely and comfortably without the use of accessories like cumbersome weight plates or dumbbells. The exercise device seek to achieve automation, efficiency and safety in exercising the genital organ.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
A first object of the invention is a device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, consisting of
a genital exerciser; a genital attacher: said genital attacher connected to the genital exerciser, and which encloses the penis and scrotum, characterized by the genital exerciser generating a force through the genital attacher, to exercise the penis and testes.
Preferably, the device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, consisting of the genital exerciser and the genital attacher, the device having additionally :-
a tape,
the tape having a first end which is connected to the genital exerciser and a second end of the tape which is connected to the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum
wherein the genital exerciser generates a force to exercise the penis and testes .
Preferably, the device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, consisting of the genital exerciser which generates a force to exercise the penis and testes, the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum and the tape, the device having additionally :-
a flywheel; the flywheel connected to the genital , the flywheel connected to a first end of the tape, a length of the tape coiled around the flywheel, a second end of the said tape having a connector to connect the genital attacher,
wherein the genital exerciser creates a variable force through the flywheel to the tape and onto the genital attacher, said genital attacher enclosing the penis and scrotum, to exercise the penis and testes.
Alternatively, the flywheel can be a pulley.
The flywheel can also be a roller. Preferably, the device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, consisting of the genital exerciser which generates a resistance or pulling force to exercise the penis and testes; the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum; the tape, first end of the tape connected by the connector for the genital attacher to the flywheel, the second end of the tape connected by the connector to the genital attacher, the genital exerciser generating a force which is varied and adjusted by the flywheel, through the tape and onto the genital attacher, the device having additionally :-
a linear actuator; the linear actuator connected to the tape,
wherein the linear actuator uses the variable and controlled force generated by the genital exerciser to move the tape in a bi-directional movement to exercise the penis and testes.
A second object of the invention is a genital exercise device which uses a resistance generating system.
Preferably, the genital exercise device uses a force pulling system.
Advantageously, the resistance generating system for a genital exercise device produces a variable and adjustable resistance force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, using the resistance force to exercise the penis and testes, thereby strengthening the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles and in the process, also stimulates the internal organs and the prostate.
Preferably, the force pulling system for a genital exercise device consists of a force pulling device and a flywheel, and using the tape to vary and adjust the force, the tape connected to the force pulling system through the flywheel.
Preferably, the force pulling system for a genital exercise device produces a variable and adjustable pulling force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, using the pulling and swinging force to exercise the penis and testes, thereby strengthening the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles.
Preferably, the resistance generating system uses a magnetic resistance control system.
Alternatively, the resistance generating system uses a hydraulic resistance control system .
Alternatively, the resistance generating system uses a pneumatic resistance control system .
Alternatively, the resistance generating system uses an automated weight/dumbbell resistance control system .
Alternatively, the force pulling system uses a magnetic resistance control system.
Alternatively, the force pulling system uses a hydraulic resistance control system.
Alternatively, the force pulling system uses using a pneumatic resistance control system .
Alternatively, the force pulling system uses an automated weight/dumbbell resistance control system.
A third object of the invention is for a linear actuator connected to the tape to move the tape in a bi-direction manner to exercise the penis and testes.
Alternatively, the linear actuator is connected to the flywheel to move the flywheel in a bi-directional manner to exercise the penis and testes.
The linear actuator can also be connected to the genital exerciser to move the genital exerciser in a bi-directional manner to exercise the penis and testes. More advantageously, the linear actuator moves the tape, in a bi-direction manner from a swing range preferably up to 15° forward and 15° backward, making it a
total of 30° .
Preferably, the linear actuator moves the tape in a bi-direction manner from a swing range up to 25° forward and 25° backward, making it a total of 50° .
Alternatively, the linear actuator is an arm powered by electricity to move the tape in a bi-direction manner.
Alternatively, the linear actuator is a piston like extension powered by electricity to move the tape in a bi-direction manner.
A fourth object of the invention is a tape for connecting the genital exerciser to the genital attacher, which can be a band.
Alternatively, the tape for connecting the genital exerciser to the genital attacher, can be a belt. '
Alternatively, the tape for connecting the genital exerciser to the genital attacher, is a steel thread.
Preferably, the tape for connecting the genital exerciser to the genital attacher, is made of material which has great tensile strength and also stay in shape and able to minimize the wear and tear from the pulling forces and stresses.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can be made of material which has great tensile strength and can stay in shape from the pulling forces. A fifth object of the invention is a genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape which consists of a band of flexible material having Velcro ends to completely enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can be a cuff of flexible material having Velcro ends to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum as close up to the pubic area as possible.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can be a cuff of flexible material having at each end a Velcro strap, which secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can be a band of flexible material having double sided tape to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape consists of a band of flexible material having Velcro-like substitute to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can also consist of a piece of soft material having at two ends, each end forming a string, to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.
The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can also be a piece of flexible material having at two ends, one end having a buckle and the other end having a plurality of holes for the buckle to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can be a piece of flexible material having at two ends, one end having a hook and the other end having a plurality of hooks for the hook -to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.
Alternatively, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape can consist of a cuff of flexible material having at each end a Velcro strap, which secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum, said genital attacher having a waist band to further secure the genital attacher to the body of the user.
Preferably, the genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape is changeable by removing said genital attacher from a securing means at the second end of the tape and attaching another genital attacher to the said securing means.
A sixth object of the invention is a securing means which can be a detachable ring connected to the second end of the tape and which the genital attacher can be attached to.
A seventh object of the invention is a genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, the genital exercise machine having a genital exerciser and genital attacher, the genital exercise machine having additionally:-
a flywheel, said flywheel connected to the genital exerciser, the flywheel connected to a first end of a tape; a length of the tape coiled around a flywheel, a second end of the said tape having a connector to connect the said tape to the genital attacher, an linear actuator connected to the tape; and
wherein the genital exerciser generates a variable and adjustable force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, which is connected to the flywheel, using the said force to exercise the penis and scrotum, which is securely enclosed by the genital attacher to exercise the penis and testes. Preferably, the genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person have additionally:-
a panel to display and control the physical attributes of the genital exercise machine; and
footrests on each side of the genital exercise machine.
The genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person can also have these further safety features:-
a safety bar at the front; a safety bar at the back; and an emergency stop device.
Preferably, the genital exercise machine with the genital exercise device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person is secured to the floor by securing means such as section pads to secure the machine onto the floor for improved stability.
Alternatively, the genital exercise machine with the genital exercise device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, have additionally securing means in the form of mounting brackets and screws to secure the machine onto the floor for improved stability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the basic embodiment of the genital exercise device. The genital exercise device consists of the genital exerciser and the genital attacher. The genital exerciser 1 can be a resistance generating system such as an electromagnetic resistance system. The resistance generating system is connected to a genital attacher 30. The genital attacher is used to secure and wrap around the penis and scrotum of the user. In the basic embodiment, the genital attacher has ends 33 with Velcro 32 to wrap the penis and scrotum securely. The genital exerciser 1 can be an electromagnetic resistance system which generates a variable and adjustable resistance force through the genital attacher 30, to exercise the penis and testes.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of another basic embodiment of the genital exercise device. The genital exerciser 1 consists of a resistance generating system such as an electromagnetic resistance system. The resistance generating system is connected to a tape 3 or a belt. A first end of the tape 3 is connected to the genital exerciser 1 and the second end to the genital attacher 30. The genital attacher 30 is used to secure and wrap around the penis and scrotum of the user. The genital attacher 30 has ends 33 with Velcro 32 to wrap the penis and scrotum securely. The genital exercise device 10 uses an electromagnetic resistance system to generate a variable and adjustable resistance force through the tape 3 to exercises the penis and testes.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an advanced embodiment of the genital exercise device. The genital exerciser 1 consists of a resistance generating system such as an electromagnetic resistance system. The resistance generating system is associated with a flywheel 2 to a tape 3 or a belt. A first end of the tape 3 is connected to the flywheel 2 and the second end of the tape 3 is connected to the genital attacher 30. The genital attacher 30 is used to secure and wrap around the penis and scrotum of the user. In this advanced embodiment, the genital attacher 30 has ends 33 with Velcro 32 to wrap the penis and scrotum securely. The genital exercise device 10 uses an electromagnetic resistance system to generate a variable and adjustable resistance force through the flywheel and onto the second end of the tape 3 and the genital attacher 30 to exercises the penis and testes.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the genital exerciser device. The genital exerciser 1 can be a resistance generating system such as an electromagnetic resistance system. The electromagnetic resistance system is connected to a flywheel. The first end of the tape 3 is connected to the flywheel 2 which is associated with the electromagnetic resistance system and the second end of the tape 3 connected by means of a securing means 5 to a genital attacher 30. A linear actuator 4 is also connected to the tape 3. In this preferred embodiment, the genital exercise device 10 uses an electromagnetic resistance system in association with the flywheel to generate a variable and adjustable resistance force through the tape 3. The linear actuator 4 is aligned such that it moves the tape 3 back and forth on a horizontal plane to exercise the penis and testes. The securing means 5 at the second end of the tape 3 is connected to the genital attacher 30.
The linear actuator 4 will simulate a linear motion in a horizontal plane to move the tape which is under stress due to the resistance generated by the resistance generating system in association with the flywheel. This will take place only when the male penis and scrotum is substantially enclosed by the genital attacher 30 and the genital attacher 30 secured to the tape 3 by the securing means 5. The linear actuator 4 will move the genital organ in a bi- directional motion thereby exercising the male genital organ. The bi-directional motion could be a back and forth swing motion. The linear actuator 4 can also move the genital organ in a sideways left and right swing motion, also to exercise the male genital organ. Both the penis and testes can be exercised in this manner.
Fig. 5 is a close up view of the genital attacher (not is use). The securing means 5 enables the genital attacher 30 to be connected to the tape which is in turn connected to the genital exercise machine 20. The securing means 5 consists of a detachable ring connected at one end to the tape and at the other end connected to the genital attacher 30. The genital attacher is a piece of soft band of material 31 which completely and securely enclose the penis and scrotum, bind them together. At each end 33 of the soft band of material being the genital attacher is a Velcro strap 32. The material for the genital attacher 30 must have great tensile strength that will not be deformed under weight and force of pulling that which will hold the penis and testes snugly in place. The Velcro strap 32 secures the genital attacher 30 enabling it to substantially wrap the male penis and testes.
The genital attacher 30 could also be a cuff of soft material having two ends 33, each end with Velcro strip 32, which substantially wrap the penis and scrotum. The genital attacher has a securing means 5 which connects the second end of the tape 3 to the genital attacher 30. This is to enable different sizes of genital attacher 30 to be connected to the end of the tape 3. This is also to allow change of genital attacher, for hygiene reasons.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a complete genital exercise machine 20 including the genital exercise device 10 being the preferred embodiment represented in Fig. 4. The complete genital exercise machine would include a housing for the genital exercise device, held securely to the floor by suction pads or bolted to the floor. The genital exercise machine may also have a left foot rest and a right foot rest for the user to place both feet when using the genital exercise machine. A display and control panel is positioned at the front of the complete genital machine. A safety bar is positioned at the front of the user for the user to hold onto. An additional back safety bar is also provided. The linear actuator and vertical tape can also be adjusted to suit the physical attributes of a user.
It should be noted that while the genital exercise device is shown in a horizontal position, the invention can also be positioned at an angle or even vertically, in a space saving mode.
Fig. 7 is a close up view of another embodiment of the genital attacher, (not in use), with additional waist band, to secure the genital organ. In this embodiment of the genital attacher, (securing means not shown), the genital attacher 30 has a waist band 34 to further secure the genital attacher to the body of the user.
Fig. 8 is a close up view of how the male genital organ is secured by the genital attacher 30 to the genital exercise device 10 . The width of the genital attacher 30 should preferably be about 2.5 cm. The thickness of the genital attacher 30 should be preferably be about 1 cm. The material used for the genital attacher 30 should preferably have high tensile strength, good flexing quality and tear resistance. It can be seen that the penis is not in an erect state for the exercise device of .this invention to work, unlike the genital exercise devices of the prior art. When the scrotum and penis are substantially enclosed by the genital attacher when in use, the force from the resistance generated by the resistance generating system will exercise the penis and testes. The resistance generated will create an upward counterforce by the internal organs and glands to resist the force placed upon the genitals. According to the inventors, this force strengthens the ' Chi ' (internal life force) released from the sexual center as the internal system engages the fasciae to pull up against the weight. In this manner, the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles of the user are exercised, and thereby strengthened. Furthermore, according to Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lower abdominal muscles, known as " Dan-Tien " and the leg muscles are strengthened.
Fig. 5 and Fig 8 both shows a securing means 5 which connects the end of the tape 3 to the genital attacher 30. The securing means can be a detachable ring which is connected to the second end of the tape and to which the genital attacher can be attached and detached. This is to allow different sizes of genital attacher 30 to be connected to the end of the tape 3. This is also to allow change of genital attacher, for hygiene reasons. It is also envisaged that a genital exercise machine could be used by a few persons, say in a gymnasium. In such circumstances, the genital attacher could be changed each time a different user use the genital exercise machine. Alternatively a person could bring along his own genital attacher and attach his personal genital attacher to the securing means and thereby be connected to the genital exercise machine, for his personal use, and thereafter remove the same after completion of the exercise.
In all embodiments of the genital attacher, the genital attacher 30 is made of a material which has great tensile strength and resilience capable of retaining its shape and size under great stress and yet not be torn. The genital attacher 30 consisting of a cuff of soft material 31 having at each end 33 a Velcro strap 32, which secures the genital attacher 30 as the said genital attacher 30 substantially encloses the penis and scrotum.
Fig. 9 shows the commencement of the exercise using the genital exerciser of the invention. The user would use his personal genital attacher and connect the genital attacher 30 using the securing means 5, to the tape of the genital exercise machine. At commencement, the user secures and substantially wraps the genital attacher 30 snugly around the penis and scrotum. During the wrapping process, the user assumes a crouching position. One foot of the user can be placed on the floor while the other leg is bent and the other knee of the user is placed on the floor. If the genital exercise machine 20 has foot rests, one foot of the user can be placed on the foot rest while the other leg is bent and the user's knee placed on the floor. In this crouching position, the user can place his hands on the front safety bar for additional safety and stability. The genital exercise machine may include additional safety features such as back rest, back safety bar, front safety bar, suction pads.
Fig. 10 shows the genital exercise machine 20 and genital exerciser 1 in use by a user. For stability, the genital exercise machine 20 has securing means such as suction pads 23 to secure the genital exercise machine to the floor. Alternatively, the genital exercise machine can be secured to the floor by mounting brackets and screws. Once the genital attacher 30 is substantially and securely wrapped around the penis and scrotum, bind them together, the user assumes a standing position with knees slightly flexed to lower his centre of gravity to aid stability. As tape 3 is pulled when the user stands up, flywheel 2 will subsequently rotate and release tape 3 that is initially wound thereon. The rotation of flywheel 2 will be resisted by the resistance or pulling force produced by the genital exerciser 1. The user will feel an expected resistance when pulling tape 3 and experience the results of exercise. The results are enhanced with the linear actuator 4 swinging the tape 3 bi-directionally. The user should also be totally relaxed, and the genital exercise device can be started. In the standing position, the user will place his feet on both foot rests 24. He will place his hands behind his back, and for additional stability pan rest his hands on the back safety bar.
A description of how the genital exercise device is used is given herein.
The commencement of the exercise is represented in Fig. 9.
The user first uses the LCD control and display console 21 to preset the desired settings for exercise of the genital - weightage, swing degree, speed of swing and number of swings. The LCD control and display console could also incorporate a timer. The swing range for the genital is preferably up to 15° front (or forward) and 15° back (backwards), making it a total of 30° . The
LCD controls allow the user to vary the settings so as to commence from a beginner stage until he is used to the exercise, to be able to take on advance settings. The controls also include an emergency stop button, in case the user feels uncomfortable or unwell.
The user then stands straddling the genital exercise machine and assumes a crouching-kneeling position. The user places one foot on the floor and the other knee on the floor. The user can also be in squatting position.
He then secures his personal genital attacher 30 to his penis and scrotum, in order to get ready at commencement of the exercise. This is done in the following manner - the user wraps his personal genital attacher 30 around the penis and scrotum with the band of soft material 31 of the genital attacher 30.
The user secures the genital attacher (which substantially encloses the penis and scrotum) by strapping the Velcro straps 32 at each end 33. The penis and testes is therefore securely wrapped by the genital attacher 30 for the exercise, as shown in Fig. 9. There is no necessity to have the penis in an erect state for the exercise to begin. In fact, it is very important for the penis to be flaccid.
The user then presses the " Start " button on the LCD Control & Display Console 21. The user then stands up. This would effectively create the preset resistance, for the commencement of the exercise. The START button should create the desired weightage/resistance.
The user then slowly stand up till his knees are slightly bent with his hands behind his back where his kidneys are located in his body. The user can hold onto a front safety bar for additional stability. For additional safety, in case the user needs to rest, the user can lean against the back safety bar.
When the user stands up, he is pulling against the preset weightage. The user then presses another button " START OSCILLATION " to commence the swinging movements by the actuator. The linear actuator of the Genital Machine will then start to oscillate front and back (or forward and backwards). The oscillations will sway the male genital organ a few degrees forward (or to the front) and then a few degrees backward (or to the back). With the use of the electromagnetic resistance brake system or other systems are claimed herein, resistance settings can be varied in minute discrete units of strength/weights offering a far more superior exercise device for the male genitals, than current methods which essentially rely on attachment of units of weights.
The stance of the user, the use of the genital exerciser and genital exercise machine in use, is represented by Fig. 10. The arrows and dotted lines indicate the forward and backward movement of the genital during the exercise.
When the preset oscillations have been reached, the machine tension will be reduced and oscillation stopped. The user can then remove the genital attacher and step off the foot rests.
Other embodiments of the genital exercise device have also been proposed.
Fig. 11 shows a genital exercise device in which the linear actuator 4 is connected to the flywheel 2 and works in association with the flywheel 2.
Fig 12 shows a genital , exercise device in which the linear actuator 4 is connected to the genital exerciser 1 and works in association with the genital exerciser 1.
The genital exerciser can exercise the genitals by generating a resistance force to pull the tape and genital attacher.
Alternatively, the genital exerciser can exercise the genitals by generating a pull force to pull the tape and genital attacher.
Whether the genital exerciser uses resistance force or pulling force, the force could be generated by use of a magnetic resistance system or a hydraulic resistance system or a pneumatic resistance system or an automated weight/dumbbell resistance control system. The actuator can also be a piston like extension powered by electricity to move the tape in a bi-direction.
The genital attacher can be a piece of soft material having two ends with strings to tie the genital attacher to the penis and scrotum, thereby enclosing the penis and scrotum.
The genital attacher can be a piece of soft material having a buckle and a plurality of holes for the buckle to secure the genital attacher to the penis and scrotum, which would enclose the penis and scrotum.
The flywheel can also be a pulley. Alternatively, the flywheel can be a roller.
The main embodiment of the genital exercise device has been described and shown in a horizontal position, for illustration purpose. The genital exercise device can also be positioned at an angle or even vertically, in a space saving mode as well as for economy in packaging and shipment.
While some embodiments of the invention have been described, it should be apparent, however, that various modifications, rearrangements, substitutions alterations and adaptations to those embodiments may occur to persons skilled in the art with the attainment of some or all of the advantages of the present invention. Accordingly, it should be clearly understood that the present invention is not intended to be limited by the particular features and structures hereinbefore described and depicted in the accompanying drawings. It is therefore intended to cover all such modifications, alterations and adaptations without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION
The genital exercise device of the invention is capable of exercising the genital organ safely and comfortably without the use of accessories like weights. The invention also allows the user to vary the settings, electronically, without the use of weights. The adjustments to the settings can also be carried out in small discrete steps, far more superior to the use of weights and dumbbells.

Claims

1. A device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, consisting of
a genital exerciser; a genital attacher; said genital attacher connected to the genital exerciser, and which encloses the penis and scrotum
characterized by the genital exerciser generating a force through the genital attacher, to exercise the penis and testes.
2. A device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, as claimed in Claim 1 , consisting of the genital exerciser and the genital attacher, the device having additionally :-
a tape,
the tape having a first end which is connected to the genital exerciser and a second end of the tape, which is connected to the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum
wherein the genital exerciser generates a force to exercise the penis and testes .
3. A device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, as claimed in Claim 2, consisting of the genital exerciser which generates a force to exercise the penis and testes, the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum and the tape, the device having additionally :-
a flywheel; the flywheel connected to the genital exerciser, the flywheel connected to a first end of the tape, a length of the tape coiled around the flywheel, a second end of the said tape having a connector to connect the genital attacher, wherein the variable and adjustable force generated by the genital exerciser is passed onto the flywheel, through the tape and onto the genital attacher, said genital attacher enclosing the penis and scrotum, to exercise the penis and testes.
4. A device to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, as claimed in Claim 3, consisting of the genital exerciser which generates a force to exercise the penis and testes, the genital attacher, which encloses the penis and scrotum, the tape, first end of the tape connected by the connector for the genital attacher to the flywheel, the second end of the tape connected to the genital attacher, the genital exerciser generating a variable and adjustable force through the flywheel, through the tape and onto the genital attacher, the device having additionally :-
a linear actuator; the linear actuator connected to the tape,
wherein the linear actuator move the tape in a bi-directional movement, together with the force generated by the genital exerciser, to exercise the penis and testes.
5. A genital exercise device as claimed in any one of claim 1 to claim 4 in which the genital exerciser uses a resistance generating system.
6. A genital exercise device as claimed in any one of claim 1 to claim 4 in which the genital exercise device uses a force pulling system.
7. A resistance generating system for a genital exercise device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the resistance generating system produces a variable and adjustable resistance force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, using the resistance and swinging force to exercise the penis and testes, thereby strengthening the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles and in the process, also stimulates the internal organs and the prostate.
8. A force pulling system for a genital exercise device as claimed in Claim 6, wherein the force pulling system consists of a force pulling device and a flywheel, and using the genital exerciser to vary and adjust the force, the tape connected to the force pulling system through the flywheel.
9. A force pulling system for a genital exercise device as claimed in Claim 8, wherein the force pulling system produces a variable and adjustable pulling force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, using the pulling force to exercise the penis and testes, thereby strengthening the anal, perineal, and pubic-coccygeal muscles.
10. The resistance generating system as claimed in Claim 5 using a magnetic resistance control system.
11. The resistance generating system as claimed in Claim 5 using a hydraulic resistance control system .
12. The resistance generating system as claimed in Claim 5 using a pneumatic resistance control system .
13. The resistance generating system as claimed in Claim 5 using an automated weight/dumbbell resistance control system .
14. The force pulling system as claimed in Claim 6 using a magnetic resistance control system.
15. The force pulling system as claimed in Claim 6 using a hydraulic resistance control system .

20. The linear actuator as claimed in Claim 4, said actuator connected to the genital exerciser to move the genital exerciser in a bi-directional manner to exercise the penis and testes.
21. The linear actuator as claimed in Claim 4, which move the tape in a bi- direction manner from a swing range preferably up to 15° forward and
15° backward, making it a total of 30° .
22. The linear actuator as claimed in Claim 4, which move the tape in a bi- direction manner from a swing range up to 25° forward and 25° backward,
making it a total of 50° .
23. The linear actuator as claimed in Claim 4, which is an arm powered by electricity to move the tape, flywheel or genital exerciser in a bi-direction manner.
24. The linear motion actuator as claimed in Claim 4, which is a piston like extension powered by electricity to move the tape, flywheel or genital exerciser in a bi-direction manner..
25. The tape for connecting the genital exerciser to the genital attacher, as claimed in Claim 2 being a band.

30. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a band of material having Velcro ends to completely enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
31. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a cuff of material having Velcro ends to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum as close up to the pubic area as possible.
32. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a cuff of material having at each end a Velcro strap, which secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.
33. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a band of material having double sided tape to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
34. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a band of material having Velcro-like substitute to substantially enclose and secure the penis and scrotum.
35. The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a piece of material having at two ends, each end forming a string, to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.

The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a piece of material having at two ends, one end having a buckle and the other end having a plurality of holes for the buckle to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.

The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a piece of material having at two ends, one end having a hook and the other end having a plurality of hooks for the hook to secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum.

The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4 consisting of a cuff of material having at each end a Velcro strap, which secures the genital attacher as the said genital attacher securely wraps the penis and scrotum, said genital attacher having a waist band to further secure the genital attacher to the body of the user.

The genital attacher connected to the second end of the tape as claimed in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 4, the said genital attacher changeable by removing said genital attacher from a securing means at the second end of the tape and attaching another genital attacher to the said securing means. .
40. The securing means as claimed in Claim 36 consisting of a detachable ring connected to the second end of the tape and which the genital attacher can be attached to.
41. The flywheel as claimed in Claim 3 being a pulley.
42. The flywheel as claimed in Claim 3 being a roller.
43. A genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, the genital exercise machine having a genital exerciser and genital attacher as claimed in Claim 1 , the genital exercise machine having additionally:-
a flywheel, said flywheel connected to the genital exerciser for rotation relative to the genital attacher, the flywheel connected to a first end of a tape; a length of the tape coiled around a flywheel, a second end of the said tape having a connector to connect the said tape to the genital attacher, an linear actuator connected to the tape; and
wherein the genital exerciser generates a force through the tape and the actuator moves the tape bi-directionally, said force which is variable and adjustable by the genital exerciser, using the said force to exercise the penis and scrotum, which is securely enclosed by the genital attacher to exercise the penis and testes.
44. A genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person as claimed in Claim 38, having additionally:-
a panel to display and control the physical attributes of the genital exercise machine; and
footrests on each side of the genital exercise machine.
45. A genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, the genital exercise machine having a genital exercise device as claimed in Claim 38, said genital exercise machine having these additional safety features:-
a safety bar at the front; a safety bar at the back; and an emergency stop device.
46. A genital exercise machine to exercise the penis and testes of a male person, the genital exercise machine having a genital exercise device as claimed in Claim 38, said genital exercise machine having additionally:-
securing means such as section pads to secure the machine onto the floor for improved stability
