Jedoch wird der Fahrer durch Vermeidung einer automatischen Beschleunigung und vorzugsweise durch eine optische, akustische oder haptische Warnung zur Übernahme aufgefordert. Der Fahrer wird darauf hingewiesen, dass das Fahrzeug 1 aufgrund der räumlichen Nähe zu einer radioastronomischen Anlage 5 in Kürze nicht mehr durch ein vollständig aktiviertes ACC Stop&Go-System geregelt in den Stillstand bremsen wird. Kommt das Fahrzeug 1 in den Deaktivierungsbereich 6 (dunkelgrau) wechselt das System mittels des

Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Objekten im Nahbereich eines Kraftfahrzeugs (1 ) mit einem GPS-Sensor (2), mit an dem Kraftfahrzeug (1 ) angebrachten Nahbereichssensoren (3) und mit einem Steuergerät (4), das über die Nahbereichssensoren (3) bestimmte Messsignale aussendet und die Reflexion der Messsignale erfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (4) mittels des GPS-Sensors (2) Informationen über die aktuelle globale Position des Kraftfahrzeugs (1 ) erhält und dass im Steuergerät (4) globale Positionsbereiche als Deaktivierungsbereiche (6) abgespeichert sind, in denen die Messsignale nicht ausgesendet werden.1.
