在现有的网络电视中, 一般采用 P2P技术实现流媒体的直播, 比 如利用 IPTV在互联网上直播体育节目等。 流媒体是指应用流技术在 网络上传输的多媒体文件,所谓流技术就是将连续的影像和声音信息 经过压缩处理后上传至网络服务器, 用户可以边下载影像和声音信 息, 边观看、 收听, 不需等待整个压缩文件下载完毕才能观看。
网络电视系统中设置有多个频道, 每个频道都有多个节目源, 能 为用户提供不同节目。 比如, "非寻影院"就是一个电影频道, 其中动 画片来自一个节目源, 动作片来自另一个节目源。
图 1显示的是现有的一种网络电视系统的结构, 包括至少一个网 络电视客户端 101、节目发布单元 102和至少一个节目提供单元 103。

步驟 301 : 管理人员通过频道切换设置单元预先设置频道切换信 息, 并将上述频道切换信息保存在信息存储中心, 每条频道切换信息 都是信息存储中心中的一条记录。
步骤 302:监视模块对信息存储中心中保存的所有记录进行检测, 并判断是否有记录到达预定时间, 如果没有则重复执行步驟 302 , 否 则执行步骤 303。
该步骤中, 监视模块对所有记录的检测时机可以根据需要任意设 置, 比如实时检测等。 出于节约系统资源的考虑, 监视模块会将时间 划分成若干片段, 并按照时间片执行定时循环检测。 比如, 将 1秒划 分成 1000个时间片, 每个时间片 (即每 1毫秒)检测一次。
步骤 303: 监视模块向频道节目切换单元发出启动指示, 所述启 动指示携带所有本次检测中到达预定时间的记录编号。
步骤 304: 频道节目切换单元接收到启动指示后, 根据其中的记 录编号到信息存储中心获取相应的频道切换信息,并通知节目发布单 元完成对应频道的节目源切换。
步骤 305: 节目发布单元根据切换后的设置, 到新节目源地址采 集节目数据, 发布给网络电视客户端。
通过上述系统和方法, 管理人员可以预先设置好待发布的节目, 在到达发布时间时就能自动进行节目发布, 而不需人工干预。 比如: 在周五, 管理人员就设置好周日要发布的 NBA常规赛节目。 这样, 管理人员不需要特意等待周日到公司进行手工发布, 系统会自动把 NBA节目发布出去。
本发明一个实施例中的网络电视客户装置如图 4所示, 包括: 频 道节目预定单元 401、开启信息记录单元 402、网络电视处理单元 403。 其中, 开启信息记录单元 402包括: 信息存储中心 4021和监视模块 4022。
频道节目预定单元 401 , 用于预先设置定时开启信息, 并将该信 息保存在开启信息记录单元 402的信息存储中心 4021。
所述频道节目预定单元 401的实现较为多样, 可以是 HTTP操作 页面, 也可以是 C/S结构的客户端应用程序等。 '
所述定位信息包括开机时间、 频道标识和提醒方式, 比如信息提 醒或直接启动网络电视客户端等。 监视模块 4022, 用于查看信息存储中心 4021的所有记录, 并在 检测到某个或某些记录到达预定时间时,向网络电视处理单元 403发 出启动指示。
网络电视处理单元 403 ,用于根据启动指示,到信息存储中心 4021 获取对应记录,并根据所述记录中的定时开启信息发出网络电视收看 请求, 要求获得对应频道的节目数据; 所述网络电视处理单元 403还 用于发出网絡电视收看请求, 接收和 /或播放网络电视, 其功能与图 1 中的网络电视客户端 101相同, 此处不再赘述。
基于上述装置, 客户端定时开机并自动定位到频道的流程如图 5 所示, 包括以下步骤:
步驟 501 : 用户通过频道节目预定单元预先设置定时开启信息, 并将上述定时开启信息保存在自身的信息存储中心。
步骤 502: 监视模块对信息存储中心保存的所有记录进行检测, 并判断是否有记录到达预定时间, 如果没有则重复执行步驟 502, 否 则执行步骤 503。
步骤 503: 监视模块向网络电视处理单元发出启动指示, 所述启 动指示携带所有本次检测中到达预定时间的记录编号。
步骤 504: 网络电视处理单元接收到启动指示后, 根据其中的记 录编号到信息存储中心获取相应的定位信息,并根据所获得的定位信 息发出网络电视收看请求。
由上述的实施例可见, 本发明的这种网络电视发布系统、 客户装 置和方法, 在到达预定时间时, 能够自动执行切换、 开机或定位频道 等操作, 从而减少人工干预的成分和运营成本, 使得整个系统的操作 和运行更为方便、 稳定, 极大提高用户体验。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明 的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种网络电视发布系统, 该系统包括节目发布单元, 所述节 目发布单元用于发布网絡电视的频道节目;
其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: 切换信息记录单元和频道节目 切换单元;
所述切换信息记录单元, 用于记录并监控频道切换信息, 根据监 控情况向频道节目切换单元发出启动指示;
所述频道节目切换单元, 用于接收启动指示, 根据频道切换信息 切换节目发布单元上对应频道的节目源。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切换信息记 录单元包括: 信息存储中心和监视模块;
所述信息存储中心, 用于保存频道切换信息;
所述监视模块, 用于查看信息存储中心的记录, 并在检测到记录 到达预定时间时, 向频道节目切换单元发出启动指示;
所述频道节目切换单元, 进一步用于根据启动指示, 到信息存储 中心获取对应记录。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发布系统进 一步包括频道切换设置单元;
所述频道切换设置单元, 用于预先设置频道切换信息, 将该频道 切换信息保存到信息存储中心。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 频道切换信息包括频道的旧节目源地址和新节目源地址;
所述发布系统进一步包括: 至少一个节目提供单元;
所述频道节目切换单元,用于根据旧节目源地址查找到对应的节 目提供单元, 并停止所述旧节目源的播放, 根据新节目源地址查找到 对应的节目提供单元, 并播放其上保存的新节目源, 将新节目源地址 通知给节目发布单元;
所述节目发布单元,进一步用于将对应频道的节目地址指向所述 新节目源地址。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 发布系统进一步包括: 至少一个网络电视客户端;
所述频道节目切换单元, 进一步用于在节目源切换成功后, 向网 络电视客户端下发节目更新通知。
6、 一种网络电视发布方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 预先设置并记录频道切换信息;
确定对应记录到达切换时间时, 发出启动指示;
根据所述启动指示获取对应的频道切换信息,对频道进行节目源 切换。
7、 ^^据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定对应记 录到达切换时间包括: 定时或实时查看所有记录, 以确定到达切换时 间的记录。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述频道切换信 息包括: 待切换的频道标识、 旧节目源地址和新节目源地址;
所述节目源切换包括:
根据旧节目源地址查找到对应的旧节目源, 并停止播放所述旧节 目源;
根据新节目源地址查找到对应的新节目源并播放;
发出携带待切换的频道标识和新节目源地址的切换通知消息,根 据所述切换通知将对应频道的节目地址指向新节目源地址。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 频道切换信息包括: 告警方式和后备操作;
该方法进一步包括: 判断所述节目源切换是否成功, 如果成功则 下发节目更新消息, 否则告警并按照后备操作进行错误处理。
10、 一种网络电视客户装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 网络电 视处理单元和开启信息记录单元;
所述开启信息记录单元, 用于记录并监控用户设置的定时开启信 息, 根据监控情况向网络电视处理单元发出启动指示;
所述网络电视处理单元, 用于接收启动指示, 从开启信息记录单 元获取对应的定时开启信息, 根据所述信息发出网络电视收看请求, 并接收和 /或播放网络电视。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述开启信息 记录单元包括信息存储中心和监视模块;
所述信息存储中心, 用于保存定时开启信息;
所述监视模块, 用于查看信息存储中心的记录, 并在检测到记录 到达预定时间时, 向网络电视处理单元发出启动指示;
所述网络电视处理单元, 用于根据启动指示, 到信息存储中心获 取对应记录。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置进一步 包括: 频道节目预定单元;
所述频道节目预定单元, 用于预先设置定时开启信息, 并保存在 信息存储中心。
13、 一种网络电视开启方法, 应用于网络电视客户装置, 该装置 设置有网络电视处理单元和开启信息记录单元, 其特征在于, 该方法 包括: 预先设置并记录定时开启信息;
开启信息记录单元确定对应记录到达预定时间时, 向网络电视处 理单元发出启动指示;
网络电视处理单元到开启信息记录单元获取对应的定时开启信 息, 并根据定时开启信息发出网络电视收看请求。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定时开启 信息包括: 开机时间、 频道标识和提醒方式。
