If this distance is smaller, the pattern of the lines is preferably such that a fixed number of lines fits within the diameter of the lens. Instead of lines, parts of lines (strips), points or a "grid" pattern may also be used in combination with the lenses. It will be understood that the lenses may also be configured as lenses other than cylinder lenses.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur une carte d'identification et en particulier sur un permis de conduire. Sur son verso où figurent les catégories de véhicules à conduire, se trouve également un moyen de sûreté empêchant d'altérer imperceptiblement lesdites catégories. Ledit moyen de sûreté consiste en une série de lentilles cylindriques proches les unes des autres, sous lesquelles se trouve une couche lisible par laser ou les catégories correspondantes peuvent être écrites, enfin, sous ou à côté de la couche lisible par laser se trouve une série de lignes disposées à des intervalles égaux au diamètre des lentilles ou à un multiple entier de ce diamètre. Lorsqu'on retourne la carte, et qu'on fait apparaître la partie ainsi traitée, on produit un motif moiré des lignes visible par l'utilisateur, mais l'information sur la catégorie de véhicules reste stationnaire.
