In addition, the plant is provided with a network (2) for transmitting measurement and control data, said network comprising a plurality of interfaces (2), which are distributed throughout the industrial plant and being connected to the central control station (1). Data processing devices (4) can be coupled to the interfaces (3) in order to retrieve measurement data from the central instrumentation and control system and to deliver control data to said system. The personnel thus has the option of linking visual observations carried out in situ to measurement data of remote plant sections and of delivering corresponding analyses and control commands to the central control and instrumentation system.

Description

Die Meßwerte werden über ein zentralesThe invention is suitable for controlling any complex industrial plants, for example industrial furnace plants. However, preferred applications are power plants. The following description therefore mainly refers to power plants. The power plant process is monitored and controlled by a variety of measurements such as temperature, pressure, throughput, etc. The measured values are via a central
Eine weitereControl system recorded and processed. In addition, local measuring indicators are installed at many points in the system, so that the power plant personnel can read the respective measured values directly on site. If there are malfunctions, only by observing on site. So far, the power plant personnel have contacted the control center of the control system by telephone and transmitted the information required to remedy the malfunctions. The visual observations and, if necessary, the readings on site serve as the basis. The same procedure is followed for a repair or for the commissioning of a functional unit or an aggregate of the industrial plant. The invention has for its object to expand the basis for the observation-dependent control of the industrial plant. To achieve this object, the invention provides a method for controlling an industrial plant which has a plurality of aggregates which are at least partially combined into functional units, and a central control system which is used to transmit measurement and control data with the aggregates and, if appropriate, the functional units is connected, wherein - A network is created that is connected to the central control system for the transmission of measurement and control data and has a plurality of interfaces that are distributed over the industrial plant, - A mobile data processing device is coupled to one of the interfaces and - The data processing device transfers data taken from the central control system and processed. In this way, the power plant personnel on site are given the opportunity to access the entire database of the central control system, including the data from distant measuring points and the data derived from it. For example, when setting a burner, it can be useful to receive information about the operating state of the turbine. The power plant personnel is therefore not dependent on the directly readable measurement data. Rather, it is possible to call up this data from the control center of the central control system. Local ads can thus be saved. It is essential that the power plant personnel can get a complete overview of the status of the industrial plant at every interface of the network. This is not only important for repairs and commissioning, but also serves to create diagnoses in order to determine the causes of faults and to remedy the latter. The interfaces are preferably arranged on all traffic routes of the industrial plant and also wherever certain process steps and functions require visual observation and control. A notebook, a PDA or a tablet PC are the most suitable mobile data processing devices. The data processing device can be coupled mechanically to the respective interface of the network. This is particularly advantageous for data security reasons. However, wireless connections are also conceivable, for example via a short-range radio link (Bluetooth) via an infrared connection or via a wireless LAN. The data processing device will only be allowed access to the entire data of the central control system in exceptional cases. As a rule, limited access is sufficient to complete a special task. It is therefore advantageous to authorize the data processing device to access the data only from one or more selected measuring points. Another
The limitation can lie in authorizing the data processing device for coupling to only one or more selected interfaces. As long as the data processing device only takes data from the central control system via the network, it is sufficient to equip the data processing device with a readout function. However, in an essential further development of the invention it is possible to authorize the data processing device to supply control data for controlling one or more selected functional units or units to the central control system. This significantly reduces the coordination effort between the power plant personnel on site and the control center of the central control system, with the result that the processes are simplified. The data processing device forms a secondary control center, so to speak, which, however, only access the functional unit to be controlled or the unit to be controlled via the central control center can. Access to all functional units and units of the industrial plant will hardly be necessary. It is essential that the central control system always keeps the lead. It also controls the allocation and authorization of the data processing device, which can preferably also be time-bound. For example, the power plant personnel receive data processing equipment, the software of which incorporates the necessary access restrictions. In addition or in addition, there is the option of setting the restrictions and releases at the control center of the central control system. The central control center can tighten or expand the respective restrictions at any time. The data within the network are advantageously encrypted, for example using standard encryption, such as IEEE standard 802.11. This creates essential security requirements for the use of a wireless network. In addition, there are measures to minimize radiation to the outside as well as for technical shielding, for example by means of appropriate radio network planning. The authorization restrictions also represent measures for data backup. Wired networks and fiber optic transmissions can be used equally. To achieve the stated object, the invention also provides a device for controlling an industrial system, which has a plurality of aggregates, preferably at least partially combined into functional units, with a central control system that is used to transmit measurement and control data with the aggregates and, if necessary, is connected to the functional units, - a network connected to the central control system for transmitting measurement and control data, the Network has a plurality of interfaces, which are distributed over the industrial plants, and - at least one mobile data processing device that can be coupled to the interfaces of the network. As mentioned, the network is preferably designed as a wireless network. The invention is explained below with reference to a preferred embodiment in connection with the accompanying drawings. The drawing shows in: FIG. 1 a schematic representation of the structure of a control device according to the invention. The device according to FIG. 1 has a control center 1 of a central control system, which is connected to the functional units and units of an industrial plant, in the present case a power plant, via lines (not shown). The control station 1 receives measurement data via these lines and supplies control data. In addition, the central control station 1 is connected to a network 2 which has a plurality of interfaces 3. The interfaces 3 are distributed over the power plant and at least arranged where certain processes or functions require visual monitoring or control. A data processing device, in the present case a notebook 4, can be connected to the interfaces 3. Via the network 2, the power plant personnel have on-site access to data of the central control system, including data that are supplied by function units or units located at a remote location. This extends the basis for the creation of diagnoses and for carrying out repairs and commissioning. In addition, the notebook 4 can supply control data to the control center 1 of the central control system, which this directly to the respective functional unit or the respective Passes on aggregate. This simplifies the control processes. The authorization of the notebook 4 is limited to certain interfaces 3, to certain data and data records of the central control center 1 and to the control of certain functional units or units. The authorization is also limited in time. The central control station 1 can intervene in the function of the notebook 4 at any time.
