Abstract

The mobile phone background consists building onto of any type and model the mobile phone with module group, new or the present memory unit and direction of appropriate signals in the mobile phone. Following this, it is possible to mix the user's voice and the background sounds (in case of need) having the software support installed in the mobile phone. So that, although the user is located in close and calm space, depending to the background sound, the person on the other side has impression that the user is located at place characterised by the background sound (at example: at open place, in the restaurant, at meeting, in the car, in the production department, cinema, station, concert etc).

Description

BACKGROUND SOUND FOR THE MOBILE PHONES
Technical Field
The background sound for the mobile phones is an invention in the field of the cordless cellular communication (mobile phones). Characteristically for this invention is the fact that the mobile phone user has a possibility to use an additional background sound. The person on the other side can hear this background sound together with the voice of the user. Background Art
The technical problem which can be solved with this innovation is the following: the user of such mobile phone where is applied this invention, before his calling has a possibility to use a background sound. The person on the other side can hear this background sound together with the voice of the user. So that, although the user is located in close and calm space, depending of the background sound, the person on the other side has impression that the user is located at place characterised by the background sound (at example: at open place, in the restaurant, at meeting, in the car, production department, cinema, station, concert etc.)
The user before his calling can choice the type of the background sound pushing the appropriate a keyboard button. The user can increase or reduce the background sound using the keyboard buttons. Through the background menu could be deleted, added the new background sounds or to be located appropriate background sound at single button.
If the mobile phone user wish to use the background sound support, for that purpose it is necessary before his calling to choice the background sound through the phone menu. The mobile phones offer cordless communication. During their application together with the user's voice will be heard the surrounding noise- the background sound (or if the mobile phone user is located at calm place, the background sound will not be heard.) The mobile phone user identifies his location depending of the background sound. The above mention new function is not installed up to now where together with the user's voice is possible to use a different background sound. Disclosure of Invention
This innovation includes building onto the mobile phone with new hardware and software.
Generally, depending from a mobile phone type, after made building onto the module group using the new or the present memory unit and directing to particular signals, it will be possible together with the user's voice to be heard the surrounding noise- the background sound. This possibility is supported by appropriate software installed in the mobile phone.
The hardware unit is consisted from the following: the microphone signal of the mobile phone is directed to the electronic part the signal SUMATOR. Through the microphone and the signal SUMATOR depending from the mobile phone type, the signal passes through the signal processing modules, as PREAMP module, the level control module, equaliser module intended for removing of undesired frequencies, Noise Gate module for the noise intensity etc. The modified signal coming from the memory unit enters in the SUMATOR. The above mentioned modules are placed between the SUMATOR and the memory units. The background sounds are located in the memory units mixed together with the user's voice. The memory unit can be separate or such an integral part of the phone memory.
The SUMATOR is part for mixing the both signals, the microphone signal and the memory unit signal (the user's voice and the background sound located in the memory unit). The Sumator final signal returns in the phone's mother board. Different modules intended for the signal processing are located between the SUMATOR and the mobile phone's mother board depending to the mobile phone type.
Following this, we have possibility to mix the both signals- the voice of the mobile phone user and the background sounds which describe the environment and are located in the memory unit.
This innovation could be used in any mobile phone, independently of the mobile phone type or manufacturer.
For the regular hardware operation is necessary software support, so that the above mentioned modules should be connected in the mobile phone. We can choice different software depending to the mobile phone type and model. In generally the software must support the following parameters:
- according to user's need to offer a background sound (switch on/off this option);
- location of appropriate background sound at single button of the keyboard; - control of the background sound bank, delete and direction
- adjusting the background level according to the main signal level (the user's voice)
- copy of the new background sound (directly through the phone microphone (copy) to receive a message from other user or through the Internet).

Claims

Claims
1. The mobile phone background sound refers to any Mobil phone type or model, characterised by the mobile phone type or model, building onto with group of modules, new memory unit or using the present memory unit and directing the particular signals in the mobile phone, making possible to mix the user's voice together with the background sound, supported by the software installed in your mobile phone.
2. The mobile phone background sound according to the first claim above, characterised by the microphone signal of the mobile phone instead in the phone mother board is directed in the signal Sumator, when previously, depending to the mobile phone type and model, pass through different modules intended for the sound processing as follows: PREAMP module, the level control module, Noise Gate module for the voice intensity.
3. The mobile phone background sound according to the first and second claim above, characterised by the fact that in the Sumator enters processed signal from particular or internal memory unit. The signal passes through different modules intended for the signal processing as follows: PREAMP module, the level control module, the Noise Gate module for the noise intensity which are located between the Sumator and the memory unit depending the mobile phone type and model.
4. The mobile phone background sound according to the first, second and third claim above, characterised by the fact that the Sumator mixes the both signals, the microphone signal and the memory unit signal (the user's voice and background sound located in the memory unit). The final signal from the Sumator returns to the mother board. Different modules are located between the Sumator and the mother board intended for the signal processing as follows: PREAMP module, the level control module, the Noise Gate module for the noise intensity, depending to the mobile phone type and model.
