Abstract

This invention is very helpful since input of password got easier by development of door phone and with fingerprint input device, the door can be unlocked with fingerprint and password and confirmation of visitor can be done on the telephone which user can confirm it with convenience since the telephone is usually placed wherever user feel comfortable. And also conversation with the visitor through the phone is possible and so this invention is multi-functioned which will help users with great advance.

Description

ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCK
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
This invention refers to an electronic door which was built to prevent invasion from out side in safer way and to maintain users' convenience and safety by composing it with a monitor, door open/close switch, a telephone which several number and signal can
be put, door phone which can help users to put and check the password, finger prints, voice and image, and a door lock controlled by above mentioned door phone and
telephone.
Description of the Prior Art:
Generally, traditional door locks used are usually categorized into to mechanic door lock and electronic door lock.
The mechanic door lock mentioned above is composed of bolt to open and close the door, door open/close device to operate the bolt and bunch of keys to control the bolt so that users may feel inconvenience since they always need to carry bunch of metal keys and danger of theft always follow since this lock can be unlocked with any other tool other than this metal key. Electronic Door is composed of key input device made of several key buttons,
control device outputting control signal judging input signal of above mentioned key input device and door open/close device locking or unlocking the door operating bolt by solenoide operated by control signal from above mentioned control signal. And recently, as it is mentioned in Korea Patent #95-6184,9316628,95-13218 and 93-783 due to great development of electronic technology, door lock with function of recording visitors' business, supporting voice message, calling a person at home and locking and unlocking the door.
And now a days door lock with functions supporting voice service by adding
microphone to door phone composing a video phone is usually opened and closed by password or remote control and finger print input electronic door lock has been registered as patent # 265416.
However, above mentioned patent #265416 provides convenience for users since
it has function of opening and closing the door by password, confirming visitor's identity by his/her finger prints and controlling the device in certain distance with remote control. On the other hand it is very irrational since the expensive device can help users' to
recognize visitors and open/close door and also since it can only be seen in a certain wall in standing position because it was made for many people to use.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This invention refers to electronic door lock and the purpose of this invention is to confirm the visitor regardless of space-kitchen, room and etc, to comfortable opening and closing of door and to amplify user's convenience and safety by composing monitor to telephone with number keys and several other function keys including switch which can help users' to confirm the visitor, by composing password input device which finger print
and password can be inputted to door phone composed of control device opening and closing door and chime bell noticing the visit and by controlling door lock by above
mentioned telephone and door phone.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The aforementioned aspects and other features of the present invention will be explained in the following description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings, wherein:
Figure 1, is an example of the invention showing telephone with monitor, door phone and
door open/close device.
Figure 2 is a block figure showing composition of electronic door lock of this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be described in detail by way of a preferred embodiment with reference to accompanying drawings.
Therefore this invention is invented concerning those basic problems and has an objective of opening/closing the door in easier way, recognizing the visitor regardless of place and amplifying the safety and convenience by composing the door lock system with several function keys including opening/closing switch, monitor with many function and number keys to recognize visitors, chime bell noticing the visiting signal and inputting and outputting voice/image of visitor and information input device such as fingerprint input device and password input device and by controlhng the door lock with door phone and
telephone.
Structure and Function of the Invention
To accomplish the objective, this invention is composed of three parts, telephone (1), door phone (2) and door lock (3).
The telephone is composed of handset (11), speaker (12), input device with several number and function keys (13), monitor and door opening/closing key (15).
The door phone is composed of password input device (21) consisting several number and signal keys to input password, finger print input device (22) to input and
check user's fingerprint, camera (23) to confirm the visitor, optical device (24) to transform the image of visitor to electronic signal, fingerprint-image data manipulation device (25) to compare input finger print with saved finger print, control device (26) outputting several control signal by inputted finger print, memory (27) to save several
passwords and fingerprint data and wireless signal transmission device (28) to transmission control signals related to opening/closing of door outputted from above mentioned control device (26) to the door lock.
Door lock (3) is composed of wireless signal reception device (31) to opening/close the door receiving control signal from wireless signal transmission device (28), door opening/closing operation device (32) opening and closing depending on the
control signal received from above mentioned wireless signal reception device.
Undefined number 4 is a LED of several colors (blue, red, yellow) equipped in door phone and this can be used for inputting and confirming password and confirming correspondence of signal inputted with saved date.
The invention composed as mentioned above has monitor (14) attached to telephone (1) itself so that if the visitor from outside press chime bell on door phone (2) confirming of visitor is made through the monitor (14) on the phone without any difficulty and after confirmation of visitor door open/close operation device (32) is operated by
pressing the door open/close key (15) which sends the signal to wireless signal reception device (31) of the door lock.
And to unlock the locked door in the situation which password and fingerprint of user is saved, he/she can use his/her fingerprints or password to unlock it. To unlock the door using the fingerprints put user's finger to fingerprint input device (22) which
fingerprint image data operation manipulation device (25) will analyze the fingerprint and
compare with saved fingerprint in the memory. If it is confirmed that fingerprints matches LED turns to blue color and sends this signal to wireless signal reception device (31) and operates door open/close operation device (32) to unlock the door and when LED turns to red color it shows the fingerprint inputted was different from what it was saved in the memory. And also the password works the same which if the number matches to the password saved in the memory (27) LED turns to blue color and unlock the door while if LED turns to red color password is wrong.
Namely, the door lock can be unlocked with fingerprint or password and if the number or fingerprint is different from the fingerprint and the password saved in the memory LED will turn red color and if those matches it turns to blue color so that it is easy to recognize by eye.
Specially in this invention, the most special feature is cohesion of telephone with door lock where the user can input his/her fingerprint of password and it can be equipped regardless of place and can confirm the visitor while on the phone and it is totally different from a simple video phone used only to confirm the visitor and unlock the door.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. Composing this electronic door lock, it is composed of telephone (1), door phone
(2) and door lock (3).
This invention is composed of telephone consisting door open/close key (15), monitor (14), input device (13) with function and number keys, speaker and handset (11);
door phone consisting password input device (21) made of number, letter and signals to put password, fingerprint input device (22) to input and confirm the finger print of the user, camera (23) to confirm the outside visitor from inside, optical device (24) transforming visitors image or his/her fingerprint in to electronic signal, controlling device (26) outputting control signals after judging fingerprint data inputted from fingerprint image data processing device (25), memory (27) saving password and fingerprint of several users, wireless signal transmission device (28) sending control signal related to opening and closing of door to the door lock;
and door lock consisting wireless signal reception device (31) receiving control signal sent from above mentioned wireless signal transmission device (28) and door open/close operation device (32) based on control signal received from above mentioned wireless signal reception device (31).
