Abstract

The inventive distance-measuring device relates to radiolocation and comprises a generator (1) provided with an inlet for frequency control, an outlet connected to an outlet of a unit (4) and a phase comparator (2). The first inlet of said comparator is connected to the outlet of the generator, the second input thereof being connected to an inlet of a unit (5). Said measuring device also comprises a programmed control unit embodied in the form of a controller (3) which forms together with the generator (1) and the comparator (2) an automatic frequency control circuit of the generator (1), a frequency meter (9) and a computer (7) for determining the distance. The controller (3) is connected with the aid of a date bus (6) to the frequency meter (9), the computer (7) and a displaying device (8). The inlet for controlling the frequency of the generator (1) is connected to the first outlet of the controller (3). The controller (3) is provided with software for setting the generator frequencies with respect to stability of the automatic frequency control of the generator. The phase comparator (2) is embodied in two variants i.e. an analog-digital comparator and an analog comparator.
