Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de consentir un prêt. Selon le procédé de l'invention, on reçoit des informations de demande de prêt de la part d'un candidat, on rassemble des informations de garantie relatives au prêt, et on stocke la demande de prêt et les informations de garantie de façon qu'elles soient accessibles à une pluralité de bailleurs de fonds éventuels. Selon le procédé, on reçoit au moins une offre en provenance d'au moins un bailleur de fonds éventuel et on stocke l'offre de manière que le candidat ait la possibilité de l'étudier et de l'accepter. L'invention se rapporte à une application logicielle et à un système liés au procédé précité.
