Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile radio telephone antenna comprising an integrated functional unit. According to the invention, at least one functional element (2) of a functional unit is arranged inside a space (R) which is defined by an antenna element (1) and which is required for emitting and receiving electromagnetic radiation. Said functional element is arranged inside the space in such a way that essentially no negative interference of an antenna function is elicited. As a result, the space requirements are improved for a mobile radio telephone antenna of this type that is provided with an auxiliary function.
