Abstract

DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention now advocated consists of a feeder car of pizza units with a plate, among the means of individual pizzas taking from piles of these, as well as automatic feeding of them to the baking oven.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The automatic means of taking pizzas from storage columns and their transport to the means of unitary introduction of those to the baking oven are well known and do not require another additional explanation.

The applicant's own is the PCT WO 98/43213, called: "Hot food products dispensing machine, in particular pizzas", which has storage columns in radial arrangement and characterizes cross-taking means of the plates that are deposited in the rotating base of those, based on a sliding plate that drops the plate through an extreme perforation and which, in collaboration with a lower support plate and lifting means of the product, introduces it into the baking oven.

The applicant is unaware of the existence of dish feeder cars of the characteristics that are now described.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention object of the present report refers to a pizza unit feeder car with a carrier plate thereof, of those constructed with a central perforation, as well as between the means of individual pizzas taking from piles thereof, specifically those that have means of dragging the deposited in the lowest position, as well as automatic feeding of them, once removed and in a unitary way to the corresponding baking oven.

This invention characterizes a special construction of the car that is preferably incorporated in a vending machine, even when other applications of this are not discarded in establishments of automatic pizza production and, even, of other unit food products that require similar manipulations, with or No oven at its end.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing, the present invention relates to a pizza unit feeder car with a carrier plate thereof, of the centrally perforated ones, for access of a conventional pizza lifting piston, as well as of those related to means of stacking and lower unloading of pizzas and deposit of dishes and with a refrigeration unit, essentially characterized by incorporating a carriage (1) integral to a drag system (2) type pulleys-belt or similar, in horizontal arrangement and from a stop position (3), previously selected by the consumer based on the characteristics of the pizza you want, between a variety of stop positions (3) facing an equivalent number of conventional towers (4) of pizza holders (5), constructed of sanitary plastic material and provided with ample central perforation (5.1) and twisted wings (5.2) and in a spherical cap sector (5.3) of the same diameter as the plate, to facilitate its discharge.

The towers (4) are aligned and provided with facing guides (4.1) and with conventional means of releasing the lower plate (5), by gravity and on a drawer (6) of frontal, rectangular parallelepiped and through extraction towards the area rear of the tower (4), in order to face an extreme front perforation that incorporates the lower plate (5), which has been deposited in the cavity in the previous backward movement of the drawer (6) and that, when advancing this, actuated by a rack mechanism (1.1) or similar of the carriage (1), deposits the plate (5) in it, which takes it to its extreme position (3), closer to the oven (7), while the mechanism (1.1) returns the drawer (6) to its original position.

This oven (7), a conventional intern and with a feed port (7.1) aligned with the carriage (1), is arranged coplanar with the nozzle of an external hopper (12), aligned in parallel with both and on which the cardboard tray (8) with pizza (9). Previously, the pizza (9), has been separated from its plate (5), by means of a lower piston (10), constituted by an anti-rotation shaft and a motor that drives a pusher that is introduced through the lower opening of the plate (5) and that, saving its edges (5.1), it raises the pizza (9) above the shovel (11), which has just finished under it its return path from the oven, in order to allow the piston to retract (10).

The blade (11) is of linear displacement and is driven on the basis of a motor connected to a set of pulleys and toothed belt, being also provided with a turning mechanism (11.1), on a rotary axis consisting of a piece of type driven action For a new engine.

In this way, the linear displacement makes it possible to transport the pizza (9) from the extreme position (3) where it was separated from the plate (5) to the oven (7) and from it to the turning mechanism (11.1) of the blade (11), following an axis parallel to that of carriage travel (1).

After the introduction of the pizza (9) into the oven (7), the carriage (l) returns to its inactive position (3), specifically facing the tower (4) farthest from the oven (7), at the end of that a solenoid-activated mechanism in turn release the used plate (5) in a lower collection tank.

Claims

I ^a .- Pizza unit feeder car, of those related to means of stacking and lower unloading of pizzas and a cooking oven thereof, essentially characterized by incorporating:

- a carriage (1) integral to a motorized drag system (2), pulleys-belt type or similar, in horizontal arrangement, coming from its extreme position (3) of inactivity and capable of preselected stopping against a variety of positions of stop (3), faced with an equivalent number of aligned towers (4) and provided with facing guides (4.1) of consecutive pizza holders (5) stacked with respect to a lower one housed in a drawer (6);

- a drawer (6) guided, in rectangular parallelepipedic plate, of the same height as the plate (5) that houses in a front perforation, of transverse advance to the tower and of frontal extraction, which is operated by a conventional mechanism (1.1) arranged in the car (1);
