Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système, permettant de confirmer une transaction dans un système de télécommunications, qui comprend un réseau téléphonique (7), un premier terminal de communication (1), et un second terminal de communication (2), lesdits terminaux étant reliés au réseau téléphonique, et un système de service téléphonique automatique (ATSS) également relié au réseau téléphonique. Selon l'invention, un code secret est envoyé au client qui peut l'utiliser pour confirmer une transaction d'achat associée à des ventes directes. L'invention permet de réaliser, de manière sûre, une transaction de vente complète, notamment un débit direct au cours d'un seul appel. En outre, la transmission et la confirmation de la transaction de paiement s'effectue sans que le client fournisse un numéro de compte courant au vendeur.
