Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'envoyer des messages courts à un abonné mobile en fonction de la position de la station mobile (MS). Dans ce procédé, la position de la station mobile est surveillée sur la base des informations contenues dans la mémoire des positions des utilisateurs occasionnels (VLR). Lorsque l'on détecte l'entrée de la station mobile dans un autre pays, un message court contenant des informations sur les activités et les services de l'opérateur étranger sont envoyées à la station mobile. L'invention permet d'automatiser l'émission d'informations, améliorant ainsi les services fournis aux abonnés mobiles étrangers.
