Abstract

Die Kraftanschlußarmaturen 3 auf dem Rand der hochela¬ stischen Gummiplatte 1 sind ein fester Bestandteil der Membrane. Sie werden als komplette Membrane nicht trennbar auf den Rand der Gummiplatte im Herstellungswerk befestigt und zu dem Betreiber der Maschine geliefert. Die komplet¬ ten einzelnen Amaturen sind sehr flach (cca. 20-25mm) , so daß sie auch in der Stückzahl 80 auf dem Rand der Gummi¬ platte keine Transportprobleme verursachen (Die Membranen werden zusammengerollt verpackt und geliefert). Die einzelne Armatur besteht aus d<ϊm oberen Teil 4 und dem unteren Teil 5. Sie sind durch die Öffnungen 13 (in diesem Fall 5) kraftschlüssig mittels Verl.indungselementen 7 (in diesem Fall 5 Schrauben mit Selbεtüchneidegewinden) ver¬ bunden. Dabei ist die Gummiplatte :. zwischen den beiden Teilen 4 und 5 vorgespannt (zusammsngedrückt) . Da die Teile 4 und 5 auf den Flächen, die auf die Gummiplatte drücken, mit den Vorsprüngen 8 ausgestattet sind, wird durch die Vorspannung der nötige Kraftschluß zu der Gummiplatte erreicht. In dem unteren Teil 5 befindet sich ein flacher Hohlraum 9, der an der Stirnseite offen ist. So wird die komplette Membrane, schon bestückt mit den z.B. 80 Armaturen zum Betreiber der Maschine geliefert. Bei Einbau dieser Membrane werden dann nur die Zwischen¬ stücke 10 in die Kraftarme der Maschine gesteckt. Die Zwischenstücke 10 sind ein einmaliger Bestandteil der Maschine. So werden stundenlange Mi.ntagearbeiten bei den Betreibern der Maschine eliminiert und es wird sicherge¬ stellt, daß die Armaturen absolut rachgemäß befestigt sind, so daß keine Ausfälle der Membranen aus Gründen von falschen Montagen vorkommen können» Auch die Stillstand¬ zeiten der teuren Maschinen beim Wechseln der Membranen sind auf ein Minimum reduziert (stitt Stunden nur Minuten) .
