Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la diffusion télévisée, et peut être utilisée pour la diffusion d'émissions télévisées avec interprétation simultanée. La présente invention a pour but de réduire la capacité inutilisée de signaux de télévision et de réduire en même temps les coûts de diffusion télévisée. Ce procédé de diffusion d'émissions télévisées avec interprétation simultanée peut être réalisé de deux manières. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, le signal vidéo et le signal d'accompagnement audio dans la langue de départ sont envoyés vers un système de réception d'un centre d'interprétation (4) qui va recevoir lesdits signaux vidéo et d'accompagnement audio dans la langue de départ. On procède ensuite à l'interprétation simultanée, et le signal vocal de l'interprétation simultanée est envoyé vers un système de réception d'abonné. Le système de réception d'abonné reçoit le signal d'interprétation simultanée et le signal d'accompagnement audio dans la langue de départ, et les combine en un signal d'accompagnement audio avec interprétation simultanée. Dans un second mode de réalisation, les émissions télévisées sont reçues dans un centre d'interprétation spécial (5) où ils sont traduits. Les signaux vocaux d'interprétation des émissions télévisées sont ensuite combinés en un signal global (compression, multiplexage et codage) qui est envoyé aux systèmes de réception des abonnés où le signal d'interprétation de l'émission télévisée choisie est extrait du signal global, lequel signal extrait sera ensuite mélangé au signal correspondant d'accompagnement audio dans la langue de départ.
