Nach dem Mischluftprinzip arbeitendes Heiz- bzw. KlimagerätHeating or air conditioning unit working according to the mixed air principle
Klimagerät gemäß .Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a heating or air-conditioning device according to the principle of mixed air. Claim 1.
No. 4,383,642 discloses a heating or air-conditioning device that works according to the mixed air principle, in which the heat exchanger is arranged on one side at an angle in a depression in the main air duct at an angle to the inflowing air flow and on the input side through a housing-fixed in the Main air flow projecting boundary wall and can be closed in cold air operation by a subsequent swivel flap, which can be swung away from the aforementioned closed position for mixed air or warm air operation and thereby enables the inflow of air to enter the heat exchanger or the direct one Access to the incoming cold air flow is more or less blocked via a one-sided bypass on the top of the heat exchanger to a subsequent mixing room.
According to the object of the present invention, with a simplified design and lower flow losses, more effective mixed air control can be achieved by means of a heating or air conditioning device constructed in accordance with claim 1; advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the subclaims.
Due to the central arrangement of the heat exchanger in the main air duct and transversely to the inflowing air flow, the entire front side of the heat exchanger can be fed directly in the case of direct deflection-free air flow and, with simultaneous simple mixed air control by the mixed air flaps, air can be conveyed to both sides of the heat exchanger Mixed air chamber and its air outlets, in particular in the sense of dividing the air flows on the outlet side into a left and a right part of the vehicle, achieved in system resistance which is substantially reduced compared to known solutions, with the mixed air flaps in their one closed position simultaneously permitting full coverage of at least the entire front of the heat exchanger in its one closed position. In an advantageous manner, the mixed air flaps used for mixed air regulation and for closing the inlet side of the heat exchanger can also be designed as air-guiding air wings in the sense of the aforementioned loss-free air guidance from the main air duct to the air outlets at the outlet of the air mixing space.
Due to the fact that, according to one embodiment of the invention, both an inlet-side first mixed air flap and an outlet-side second mixed air flap are provided for each bypass channel, not only the inlet side but also the outlet side of the heat exchanger can be full in addition to a better targeted air line closed and thus in a simple manner with pure cooling air operation, undesired heating of the cooling air flowing into the mixing space can be prevented by undesired thermal contact with the outlet side of the heat exchanger.
To achieve the most compact possible design, according to one embodiment of the invention, the mixed air flaps are not designed as swivel flaps but at least partially as mixed air slides, which are expediently located in the plane of the inlet or outlet side of the heat exchanger between their open or closed positions are adjustable in a confined space.

"Mittelebene" bzw. "Fußraum" bzw. "Fondraum" gefördert wird. Der Wärmetauscher 2 ist mittig im wesent- liehen quer und direkt zum einströmenden Kaltluftstrom derart angeordnet, daß er bei vorzugsweise rechteckförmiger Ausfüh¬ rungsform mit seiner unteren Seitenwandung bzw. seiner oberen Seitenwandung dicht an die korrespondierende untere Außen- Seitenwandung 1.6 bzw. obere Außen-Seitenwandung 1.7 des Hauptluftkanals 1 anschließt und mit seiner rechten Seiten¬ wandung 2.1 bzw. seiner linken Seitenwandung 2.2 derart zur jeweils benachbarten Außen-Seitenwandung 1.4 bzw.1.5 des Hauptluftkanals 1 beabstandet ist, daß jeweils ein seitlicher Bypasskanal 1.2 bzw.1.3 für einen direkten Zugang des ein- strömseitigen Kaltluftstroms an dem Wärmetauscher 2 vorbei in die hinter dem Wärmetauscher 2 vorgesehene Luftmischkammer 1.1 möglich ist.1 shows the total side view of an air conditioner working according to the mixed air principle with a main air duct 1, into which an air flow drawn in by a fan 3 enters and through an evaporator 4 and a heat exchanger 2 or bypasses 1.2 or provided on the side of the heat exchanger 2 or 1.3 to an air mixing chamber 1.1 and to outlet-side air outlets 1.11 or 1.12 or 1.13 or 1.14 for "defrost" or "middle level" or "footwell" or "rear room". The heat exchanger 2 is arranged in the middle, essentially transversely and directly to the incoming cold air flow, in such a way that, with a preferably rectangular embodiment, its lower side wall or its upper side wall is close to the corresponding lower outer side wall 1.6 or upper outer side wall 1.7 connects the main air duct 1 and is spaced with its right side wall 2.1 or its left side wall 2.2 from the adjacent outer side wall 1.4 or 1.5 of the main air duct 1 in such a way that a lateral bypass duct 1.2 or 1.3 for direct access to the upstream cold air flow past the heat exchanger 2 in the air mixing chamber 1.1 provided behind the heat exchanger 2 is possible.
FIG 2 bis 4 zeigen in Detailausschnitten aus FIG 1 jeweils gemäß Schnittverlauf II-II in FIG 1 drei verschiedene erfin¬ dungsgemäße Ausführungsformen von Mischluf einstellungen mit¬ tels erster vorderseitiger Mischluftklappen 5;7 und gegebe¬ nenfalls zweiter rückseitiger Mischluftklappen 6;8.2 to 4 show in detail from FIG. 1, each in accordance with the section line II-II in FIG. 1, three different embodiments of mixed air settings according to the invention by means of first mixed air flaps 5; 7 on the front and optionally second mixed air flaps 6; 8 on the rear.
According to FIG. 2, a first mixed air flap 5 or 7 is provided at the input of the bypass channel 1.2 or 1.3 and a second mixed air flap 6 or 7 is provided at the output of the bypass channel 1.2 or 1.3. According to FIG. 2, the mixed air flaps are arranged to be pivotable about pivot points between their open or closed positions, the pivot points being arranged essentially in the plane of the inlet side or the outlet side of the heat exchanger 2. The mixed air flaps 5, 6 are each shown with an extended contour in their one closed position, in which the right bypass duct is blocked for a direct passage of the cold air on the inflow side into the air mixing chamber 1.1 and thus the entire air flow conveyed by the fan 3 through the Heat exchanger 2 passes through. The mixed air flaps 7, 8 for the left bypass duct 1.3 and thus also for the left half of the vehicle compartment, with the appropriate separate setting, are drawn with an extended contour in an intermediate position. The swivel range of the mixed air flaps 5, 6 and 7, -8 up to their respective other closed positions on the inlet and outlet sides of the heat exchanger 2, on the one hand, with the simultaneous opening position of the bypass ducts 1.2 and 1.3, on the other hand, are drawn in a dashed outline; Any intermediate positions can be controlled between the two respective end positions. According to one embodiment of the invention, the first and the second mixed air, which are assigned to each bypass channel, can be adjusted jointly. It should be apparent that by pivoting the mixed air flaps 5; 6 or 7, -8, mixing cold air and warm air or a pure cold air operation without undesired warming up by the heat exchanger 2 due to the complete closure of it is possible Inlet and outlet side in cold air operation as well as a largely flow-free distribution of the air to the air outlets on the outlet side of the air mixing chamber 1.1, in particular for distribution into a left and right vehicle part, while at the same time easier, if desired, desired regulation for a left or left right half of the vehicle compartment is possible.
FIG 3 zeigt in Abänderung zu FIG 2 eine Anordnung der ersten bzw. zweiten Mischluftklappen 5;7 bzw.6;8, bei der die3 shows an arrangement of the first and second mixed air flaps 5; 7 and 6; 8, in which the
Pivot points of at least the inlet-side first mixed air flaps 5 and 7 are pivotable about pivot points which are at a distance from the inlet side of the heat exchanger 2.
The mixed air flaps 7; 8 of the left bypass channel 1.3 are drawn in the closed position for this bypass channel and the mixed air flaps 5; 6 for the right bypass channel 1.2 in an intermediate position; in turn, in one closed position of both mixed air flaps, the entire front or back of the heat exchanger can be fully covered in pure fresh air mode.
D4 shows a particularly compact embodiment of an air conditioning unit according to the invention with regard to the necessary installation space, in which the mixed air flaps 5; 6 or 7; 8 can be displaced between their open or closed positions, in particular in the plane of the inlet side or the outlet side of the heat exchanger 2 are arranged. D
According to a further embodiment of the invention, in the sense of a flow-free direct supply without air deflection on the upper side of the mixing chamber 1.1, the air outlets for “defrost” and “middle plane” and on the lower side of the air mixing chamber 1.1 are the air outlets for the "footwell" and possibly the "rear room" are provided, with an air outlet "footwell" for the right vehicle compartment and the left bypass duct 1.3 expediently being assigned an air outlet "footwell" for the left vehicle compartment to the right bypass duct.
