Abstract
La sorbetière à usage domestique comprend une structure (2) divisée en deux corps, un corps inférieur fermé (17) dans lequel sont logés les mécanismes d'actionnement, de commande et de minuterie (1-13-14-7) et un autre corps démontable supérieur (21) qui sert de réservoir à glace et qui permet de loger un sceau (27) de sorbetière, un mélangeur (29) et les organes de rotation (23-28) pour l'actionnement du sceau (27), lesdits organes de rotation étant connectés par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de réduction (13-14-16) qui actionne un organe de rotation à 60 p/m.n. et qui est disposé sur un pivot fixe (22) s'étendant verticalement et axialement le long du corps (21) et servant de support aux éléments de rotation et servant aussi à fixer le mélangeur (29) en position fixe, ce dernier frôlant les parois latérales et le fond du sceau de la sorbetière. La sorbetière est destinée en particulier à l'élaboration de glace en une quantité pouvant aller jusqu'à 4 litres de glace en 45 minutes.
