Abstract

The invention relates to a garment such as a waistcoat (1), a chasuble, a corset or the like, which has, incorporated inside, a flexible electric resistance comprised of a printed circuit (2) or a wire (2') secured to a flexible mesh sheet (3) or by sewing (3') and embedded between the textile layers of the garment. By superimposing the layers, a closed body is obtained which isolate the electric resistance comprised of a printed circuit (2) or of a wire (2'), supplied in both cases by a low voltage current.

OF THE INVENTION Currently, there are electric blankets that incorporate the corresponding resistances inside, in order to produce adjustable heat depending on the needs. These blankets can be very dangerous in some cases because they normally work at a high voltage, and can even cause death. In addition, its use is limited to the interior of the home, since the power supply of the corresponding resistors is taken from a mains socket.

OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1.- Is a view of a thermal and coat garment (vest) that incorporates a printed circuit electrical resistance on a breathable mesh or a wire electrical resistance fastened by means of a stitching, object of the invention. Figure 2.- Is a view of a casulla, which includes inside the corresponding electrical resistance of the invention.
Referring to the numbering adopted in the figures, the warm thermal garment 1 is made up of a thermal heating system fed with a low voltage and materialized in a flexible electrical resistance of printed circuit 2 or wire 2 ', distributed throughout the surface of the garment 1, so that through said electrical resistance an infrared heat energy is generated, said printed circuit 2 being held by a sheet of mesh 3 (left part of figure 1), while the thread 2' is held by a stitch 3' (right part of figure 1), leaving in both cases the circuit embedded between the different layers of fabric of the garment 1, which, when fixed together, determine a closed body that electro-isolates the resistance of printed circuit or wire, preferably using the same wire of copper, aluminum or steel. Said mesh sheet is flexible, breathable, insulating, anti-humidity and made of a material plastic or similar. In addition, it is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 400°C without changing its working characteristics, while incorporating a safety thermostat. The flexible electrical resistance of printed circuit or wire, preferably made of steel or aluminum, is fed by low voltage direct current. The possibility of alternating current power supply has also been provided, transforming the mains voltage (220/125 volts) to a low voltage of an adequate level, also existing in this case, a safety thermostat. The use of alternating current is more effective and faster in producing the necessary heat. It can also be connected by means of a portable battery attached to a user's belt or suspenders. From a structural point of view, the electrical circuit heating system printed on a sheet of breathable and flexible mesh distributes heat evenly across the surface of the garment, just like a thread-sewn circuit. The aforementioned garment incorporates a monopole plug 4 anti-humidity for power connection.
