DESIGN FOR TELEGRAPH-INSULATRS.

To all whom it may concern:
Bc it known that I, JAMES M. BRooKFIELD, of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Telegraph- Insulators, of Whiih the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, making part of this specificatif n.
The drawing represents a side elevation.
This design consists in the combination, witl, the body or shaft, of two beads, one above the other, and an ogee-sbaped top. The shaft is tapering from the betteln upward.
In the drawing, the letter A designates the bod1 or shaft of my telegraph-insulator, which is tapering from the bottom upward. At the upper end of this shaft are two beads, a b,
with an intervening depression, c. The top B of my telegraph-insulator is ogee-shaped. By these means a telegraph-insulator is produced which has an ornamental, novel, and distinguishing appearance.
What I elailn as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a telegraph-insulator, consisting of a shaft, A, beads a b, intervening depression c, and ogeeshaped top B, as shown and described.
