In order-to accomplish this end, I construct proper traction-wheels A, rigidly attachedto the'axle B,

upon which is surmonnted the\frau1e 0, by means of proper boxes, which allow the axle to rotate. Y

Upon this flame is secured the hopper D, Within which revolves the c'yiindeiuE, provided with spu'rs'F, for

the purpose of keeping the contents in motion and preventing the saine from packing and clogging up the mouth of the hopper. l This cylinder is rigidly attached to the shaft H, the .ends of which project through the ends of the hopper, and nre provided with ,pulleys I, around which, and suitable pulleys J on the axle, pass the belts-K, by

' -xneans of which the cylinder is rotated.

'The hopper is provided with a suitable opening, L,

'and gate M, through which the contents pass intothe -conductor N, which leads from the hopper tothe distributiug-boxO. y
