1 Claim.
- Another object is to provide a kit of this kind in which the said containers are shaped to occupy the greatest available space in the case while leaving room for a hypodermic syringe or like instrument and the whole assembly being soarranged that all parts iit tight and prevent rattling in the case.
With these and other objects in view the invention resides in the novel construction and arrangement of parts as hereinafter fully set forth and claimed, reference being had tothe accompanying drawing as showingV a preferred embodiment Vof my invention for purposes of exempliiication.

In carrying out my invention I provide a case 5 made of any suitable material such as bakelite,
metal, wood, etc., in a rectangular shape with all corners and edges rounded. The case is divided medially and edgewise to provide a container or bottom portion 6 and cover or lid portion 1, the two being joined along one longitudinal edge by a hinge 8 so that they may swing apart or together. 'I'he free edge of the bottom 6 has a small spring latch 9 and the meetingv edge of the cover 1 has a recess Ill in which the latch enters to lock the cover in closed position, said latch having a projecting nger piece II by which it may be Y rier for any desired kinds of medicaments or prophylactics and for this purpose a pair of containers or vials I3 and I4 is provided. One of these vials I3 is of relatively large rectangular flat shape so as to fit within the case 5, one corner I5 and two edges I6 of the vial being rounded complementary to the rounded shape I2 of the case edges so that the vial will rest nicely in one corner portion of the case as shown. 'I'he other side and end I1 of the vial I3 are straight-edged and adjacent the end I1 the vial is depressed in a rounded shape as at IB and centrally a short upstanding threaded neck I9 is provided and a cap 20 screwed thereon. Due to this depression I8 the cap 20 will fall below the level of the top of the vial allowing the case to be closed without (Cl. 20G-12) interference. The cap 25 may be readily removed for filling or using the contents of the vial.
The other vial I4 is of the same shape having the rounded cover and adjacent edges 2l and the opposite square corner and straight edges 22. 'I'his vial I4 is shorter than the other I3 so as to lit nicely into the space between the vial I3 and the end of the case as shown and this vial I4 is also somewhat narrower so that one corner 23 of the vial I3 projects forming an abutment orV stop. The vial I4 is also shallower and only slightly deeper than the depth of the bottom 6 and the threaded neck 24 of this vial and its cap 25 will thus just clear the cover 1.
A conventional hypodermic syringe '26 may be placed in the spacel between the vial I3 and the rear edge of the case, this syringe fitting somewhat tightly into this space. In the corner space 28 between the case and the two vials and syringe 26 a salve box 29 is placed, this box being of such shape and size as to fit nicely into this space and having a removable cover 30. The box 2B rests against the abutment 23 to prevent endwise displacement. A card 3| bearing directions may be affixed to the inside of the cover 1.
In use any desired forms of medicines may be carried in the vials I3 and I4 and box 29 and may be used conveniently as needed. The vial, box and syringe all t tightly together in the case and will not rattle nor spill. The vials and box may be made of any desired and suitable materials.
The case bottom 6 has an upstanding transversely extended partition or wall 32 located between the vials I3 and I4 and against which they abut at their adjacent ends and thus either vial may be lifted out of the case without disturbing the other.
While I have herein set forth a certain preferred embodiment of my invention it is understood that I may vary from the same in minor structural details so as best to provide a practical device for the purposes intended, not departing from the spirit of the invention and within the scope of the appended claim.
I claim:
In combination, a at pocket case arcuate in cross-section for conforming to the body, the case including a bottom portion and a hinged cover, the bottom portion of the case having an upstanding and transversely extended partition located relatively closer to one end than the other end, and a pair of flat vials tted freely within the partitioned ends of the bottom portion and dimensioned' to permit the cover to close thereover, the vials having depressed portions with circular openings therethrough reinforced by raised marginal rings around the openings, and caps adapted to seat upon the rings for closing the said openings.
