The present invention discloses a multi-functional toy comprising: a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity, an opening communicating with the receiving cavity, and a locking portion provided around the opening; a seat is mounted on the opening and protrudes into the receiving cavity; the seat comprises a clamping groove formed by being recessed and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove; the locking portion protrudes into the clamping groove; the upper clamping wall protrudes into the receiving cavity; the lower clamping wall is exposed to the flexible shell; and the lamp holder further comprises a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion.
Description
- The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2022221622616, filed on Aug. 16, 2022, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- The present invention relates to the technical field of toys, in particular to a multi-functional toy.
- A toy is known that includes a soft rubber shell and a seat received in the soft rubber shell. The soft rubber shell comprises an inner cavity, a mounting groove communicating up and down with the inner cavity, and an edge portion provided around the mounting groove, wherein the seat is received in the mounting groove and protrudes upwards into the inner cavity. The seat comprises a base, a circuit board assembly mounted on the base, and a lampshade covering the circuit board. The base comprises a catching groove and a switch pressed upwards, the edge portion protrudes into the catching groove in a horizontal direction, the edge portion and the base are fixed together by glue, and the circuit board assembly comprises a main board and a plurality of lamp beads mounted on the main board. The light emitted by the lamp bead is projected to the soft rubber shell through the lampshade.
- Since the above-mentioned edge portion is fixed to the base by means of glue, but since the switch is provided on the base, a child needs to press the switch upwards frequently, and after a plurality of presses, the base is separated from the soft rubber shell and cannot be used.
- In response to the problems encountered in the prior art, the present invention provides a multi-functional toy with fasteners penetrating through a base and a locking portion.
- In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention uses the following technical means:

- a multi-functional toy comprising: a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity, an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity, and a locking portion provided around the opening; a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove in a horizontal direction, the upper clamping wall protruding into the receiving cavity, the lower clamping wall exposing outwards to the flexible shell, and the lamp holder further comprising a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion.
- Further, a thickness of the locking portion in an up-down direction is less than or equal to a width of the clamping groove in an up-down direction.
- Further, the lamp holder comprises a control main board mounted on the base, the clamping groove is provided on the base, the control main board comprises a circuit board and at least one Hall switch mounted on the circuit board, and the flexible shell comprises at least one magnetic member provided opposite to the Hall switch.
- Further, the control main board further comprises at least one single chip microcomputer and at least one voice chip mounted on the circuit board, wherein the single chip microcomputer receives a signal transmitted by the Hall sensor and controls the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play sound.
- Further, one of the magnetic members is positioned at a rear end of the flexible shell and another one of the magnetic members is positioned at a front end of the flexible shell, each of the magnetic members is positioned adjacent to one of the Hall sensors.
- Further, two of the Hall sensors are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the circuit board.
- Further, the circuit board includes a receding groove extending through upper and lower surfaces thereof, the receding groove is located between two of the Hall sensors, and the multi-functional toy includes a power source received in the receding groove.
- Further, the flexible shell includes a buckling portion mounted to a front end thereof, the buckling portion is made of a flexible material, and the magnetic member is engaged with the buckling portion and exposed on a surface of the buckling portion.
- Further, the buckling portion comprises a mating portion and two snap-fit portions respectively extending from two ends of the mating portion mounted on the flexible shell, wherein one of the snap-fit portions protrudes into the receiving cavity, and another one of the snap-fit portions is exposed outwards from the flexible shell, and each of the snap-fit portions is provided protruding relative to the mating portion.
- Further, the lamp holder includes a base, a circuit board mounted to the base, and a socket mounted to the circuit board, the base including a reinforcement portion formed to extend forward from the upper clamping wall, the circuit board includes a protruding portion located above the reinforcement portion, the socket is mounted to a lower surface of the protruding portion, and the protruding portion and the reinforcement portion restrict the socket from moving up and down.
- Further, the control main board comprises a vibration switch and a single chip microcomputer electrically connected to the vibration switch; when the multi-functional toy generates vibration, the vibration switch forms a channel and transmits a signal thereof to the single chip microcomputer, and the control main board controls the lamp holder to light or change color according to a signal of the micro-control unit.
- A multi-functional toy comprising: a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity and an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity; a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upward into the receiving cavity, wherein the lamp holder comprises a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, and the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove; at least one magnetic member mounted to the flexible shell; a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upward into the receiving cavity and comprising a base, a control main board mounted on the base, the control main board comprising a circuit board and at least one Hall sensor and at least one single chip microcomputer mounted on the circuit board, the Hall sensor being provided opposite to the magnetic member in the front-rear direction, and when the magnetic member moves to the detection range of the Hall sensor, the Hall sensor transmitting information to the single chip microcomputer to realize voice playing.
- Further, the control main board further comprises a voice chip mounted on the circuit board, wherein the single chip microcomputer receives a signal transmitted by the Hall sensor and controls the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play sound.
- Further, one of the magnetic members is positioned at a rear end of the flexible shell and another one of the magnetic members is positioned at a front end of the flexible shell, each of the magnetic members is positioned adjacent to one of the Hall sensors.
- Further, the upper clamping wall is received in the receiving cavity and the lower clamping wall is exposed outwardly of the flexible shell.
- Further, the circuit board includes a receding groove extending through upper and lower surfaces thereof, the receding groove is located between two of the Hall sensors, and the socket includes a power source received in the receding groove.

- A multi-functional toy comprising: a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity and an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity; a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upward into the receiving cavity, wherein the lamp holder comprises a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, and the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove, the upper clamping wall is received in the receiving cavity, and the lower clamping wall is exposed outward to the flexible shell; at least one touch switch mounted to the flexible shell; a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a base, a control main board mounted on the base, the control main board comprising a circuit board and at least one single chip microcomputer mounted on the circuit board, the touch switch being electrically connected to the circuit board, and when an operator touches the outside of the flexible shell corresponding to the touch switch, the touch switch transmitting a signal to the single chip microcomputer to realize audio playing.
- Further, the control main board further comprises a voice chip mounted on the circuit board, and the single chip microcomputer receives a signal to control the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play audio.
- Further, a thickness of the locking portion in an up-down direction is less than or equal to a width of the clamping groove in an up-down direction, and the lamp holder further comprises a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion successively.
- Compared with the prior art, the multi-functional toy of the present invention has the following advantageous effects:
- The a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity, an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity, and a locking portion provided around the opening; a seat mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the seat comprising a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove in a horizontal direction, the upper clamping wall protruding into the receiving cavity, the lower clamping wall exposing outwards to the flexible shell, and the seat further comprising a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion, and the locking portion is fixed together with the base by means of the fasteners to avoid damaging a product due to multiple presses.

- As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 3 , amulti-functional toy 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes aflexible shell 1, at least one magnetic member 2 mounted to theflexible shell 1, and a lamp holder 3. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 8 , theflexible shell 1 includes a receiving cavity 11, an opening 12 provided in communication with the receiving cavity 11, alocking portion 13 provided around the opening 12, a material removing tank 14 formed at thelocking portion 13, and at least one bucklingportion 15, at least one snap-fit hole 16, and asocket 18. In the embodiment, theflexible shell 1 is an animal-shaped outer shell, and theflexible shell 1 may be made of a deformable material such as silica gel. The opening 12 is a racetrack type structure, thelocking portion 13 is an annular racetrack surrounding the opening 12, the material removing tank 14 is an annular groove, and the two snap-fit holes 16 are located at the front and rear sides of theflexible shell 1. Two of thebuckling portions 15 are located at the front and rear sides of the opening 12, and thebuckling portions 15 are made of a flexible material, wherein one of thebuckling portions 15 is the nose of themulti-functional toy 100, and another one of thebuckling portions 15 is the tail of themulti-functional toy 100. Each of thebuckling portions 15 includes amating portion 151, and two snap-fit portions 152 provided protruding in a horizontal direction from both ends of and with respect to themating portion 151. One of the snap-fit portions 152 is exposed at the outer side of theflexible shell 1, another one of the snap-fit portions 152 is received in the receivingcavity 1, the snap-fit portions 152 received in the receiving cavity 11 comprise a receiving groove and astop portion 1522 extending from a side wall of the receiving groove, the receiving groove is provided in front and rear communication with the receiving cavity 11, thestop portion 1522 is an annular structure provided along the receiving groove, i.e., the center of thestop portion 1522 is a perforated structure. Themating portion 151 is received in the snap-fit hole 16, and the width of the snap-fit hole 16 is smaller than the width of the snap-fit portion 152. Thesocket 18 is on the same side as the tail. Theflexible shell 1 further comprises astop groove 17 surrounding the snap-fit hole 16, the stop groove is located at the rear side of the snap-fit hole, thestop groove 17 penetrates theflexible shell 1 outwards, and at least part of one of the snap-fit portions 152 is received in thestop groove 17. - As shown in
FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 , the magnetic member 2 is received in the receivinggroove 1521 and exposed in the receiving cavity 11, thestop portion 1522 limits the magnetic member 2 from being separated from thebuckling portion 15, and the width of the perforation is smaller than the width of the magnetic member 2. In the embodiment, two of the magnetic members 2 are mounted to two of thebuckling portions 15 in one-to-one correspondence. - As shown in
FIGS. 3, 8 and 9 , the lamp holder 3 comprises abase 31, a control main board 32 mounted on thebase 31, and a light-transmittingcover 33 covering the control main board 32. Thebase 31 comprises aclamping groove 311 concavely provided from the outer side surface thereof, anupper clamping wall 312 and alower clamping wall 313 form theclamping groove 311, a catchingportion 314 and areinforcement portion 315 connect theupper clamping wall 312. The clampinggroove 311 is of an annular runway structure, the lockingportion 13 protrudes into the clampinggroove 311, and the thickness of the lockingportion 13 in the up-down direction is less than or equal to the height of the clampinggroove 311 in the up-down direction. The catchingportion 314 extends upward from theupper clamping wall 312, and the light-transmitting portion is caught by the catchingportion 314. Theupper clamping wall 312 is received in the receiving cavity 11, and thelower clamping wall 313 is exposed to theflexible shell 1. The lamp holder 3 further comprises a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through thelower clamping wall 313 and the lockingportion 13. Thereinforcement portion 315 extends from theupper clamping wall 312 first upward and then forward. The control main board 32 comprises acircuit board 321 mounted on thebase 31, at least one Hall sensor 322 mounted on thecircuit board 321, at least one single chip microcomputer, at least one voice chip and a vibration switch. Thecircuit board 321 includes abase portion 3211, and a protrudingportion 3214 formed to extend forward from thebase portion 3211. Thebase portion 3211 includes a receding groove 3212 formed through upper and lower surfaces thereof, and a plurality oflamp beads 3213 provided around the receding groove 3212. Two of the Hall sensors 322 are fixed to thebase portion 3211 at both front and rear sides of the receding groove 3212, and each of the Hall sensors 322 is provided opposite to one of the magnetic members 2 in the front-rear direction. The voice chip stores audio content in advance. The protrudingportion 3214 is located above thereinforcement portion 315, and the control main board 32 further comprises asocket 3215 mounted below the protrudingportion 3214, wherein thesocket 3215 is mounted on the lower surface of the protrudingportion 3214, i.e., thereinforcement portion 315 and the protrudingportion 3214 restrict thesocket 3215 from moving up and down, and thesocket 3215 is exposed forward to thesocket 18. The light-transmittingcover 33 includes anotch 331 extending rearwardly therethrough and areinforcement plate 332 positioned above thenotch 331 and extending forwardly relative to thenotch 331. Thereinforcement plate 332 and thereinforcement portion 315 are engaged with each other, and thereinforcement portion 315 and thereinforcement plate 332 restrict the up-and-down movement of thesocket 3215. Thereinforcement portion 315 restricts thesocket 3215 from moving left and right. The lamp holder 3 further comprises a loudspeaker 34 mounted to thebase 31 and a battery 35, wherein the loudspeaker 34 is located between the base 31 and thecircuit board 321, and the battery 35 is mounted to the receding groove 3212. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , when a user pushes one of the magnetic members 2 close to one of the Hall sensors 322 until the magnetic member 2 moves to the detection range of the Hall sensor 322 transmitting a change in a signal to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer controls the voice chip to drive the loudspeaker 34 to play voice according to the signal. By arranging a plurality of the magnetic members 2 at different positions, the playing of different audio effects is achieved when the user taps at different positions, thereby giving the user a more realistic interactive experience. The vibration switch is electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer; when themulti-functional toy 100 generates vibration, the vibration switch forms a channel and transmits a signal thereof to the single chip microcomputer; and the control main board controls themulti-functional toy 100 to light or change color according to the signal of the single chip microcomputer. - In the embodiment, a method for playing a voice by the multi-functional toy 100 is provided, which is implemented as follows: step 1: providing a flexible shell 1, wherein the flexible shell 1 comprises a receiving cavity 11 and an opening 12 communicating up and down with the receiving cavity 11, and the flexible shell 1 comprises a buckling portion 15 at the front and rear ends thereof; step 2: at least one magnetic member 2 mounted on the buckling portion 15 and exposed in the receiving cavity 11; step 3: a lamp holder 3 mounted on the opening 12 and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity 11, wherein the lamp holder 3 comprises a base 31, a control main board 32 mounted on the base 31, the control main board 32 comprises a circuit board 321 and at least one Hall sensor 322 and a single chip microcomputer mounted on the circuit board 321, and the Hall sensor 322 is provided close to the magnetic member 2; step 4: when the position of the flexible shell 1 corresponding to the magnetic member 2 is pressed or tapped, the magnetic member 2 moves towards the Hall sensor 322 until the magnetic member 2 moves to the detection range of the Hall sensor 322, and the single chip microcomputer receives a signal transmitted by the Hall sensor 322 and controls the voice chip to drive the loudspeaker 34 to play sound.
- As shown in
FIG. 10 , themulti-functional toy 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention has substantially the same structure as that of the first embodiment, difference that: thebase 31 includes a wire-out groove 316 that extends forwardly through the catchingportion 314. The control main board 32 includes at least one touch switch 326 mounted to one of the bucklingportions 15. In the embodiment, two of the touch switches 326 are mounted in one-to-one correspondence to two of the bucklingportions 15, and each of the touch switches 326 is electrically connected to thecircuit board 321 via awire 327, wherein one of thewires 327 extends up to the touch switch 326 through the protrudingportion 3214, and theother wire 327 is connected to a side of thebase portion 3211 away from the protrudingportion 3214. The light-transmittingcover 33 includes a guide groove 333 on the other side of thenotch 331, and the guide groove 333 is aligned with the wire-out groove 316 up and down and both of them combine to form a wire slot. Thewires 327 away from the protrudingportions 3214 are advanced through the wire-out groove 316 to connect with the touch opening 12. When a user touches a portion of theflexible shell 1 at a position corresponding to the touch switch 326, the touch switch 326 transmits a signal to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer receives the signal and controls the voice chip to drive the loudspeaker 34 to play audio. - In summary, the multi-functional toy of the invention has the following advantageous effects:

portion 13 provided around the opening 12; a seat 3 mounted on the opening 12 and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity 11, the seat 3 comprising a clampinggroove 311 formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and anupper clamping wall 312 and alower clamping wall 313 forming the clampinggroove 311, the lockingportion 13 protruding into the clampinggroove 311 in a horizontal direction, theupper clamping wall 312 protruding into the receiving cavity 11, thelower clamping wall 313 exposing outwards to theflexible shell 1, and the seat 3 further comprising a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through thelower clamping wall 313 and the lockingportion 13, and the lockingportion 13 is fixed together with the base 31 by means of the fasteners to avoid damaging a product due to multiple presses.

Claims (20)
1. A multi-functional toy, comprising:
a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity, an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity, and a locking portion provided around the opening;
a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove in a horizontal direction, the upper clamping wall protruding into the receiving cavity, the lower clamping wall exposing outwards to the flexible shell, and the lamp holder further comprising a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion.
2. The multi-functional toy according to claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the locking portion in an up-down direction is less than or equal to a width of the clamping groove in an up-down direction.
3. The multi-functional toy according to claim 1 , wherein the lamp holder comprises a control main board mounted on the base, the clamping groove is provided on the base, the control main board comprises a circuit board and at least one Hall switch mounted on the circuit board, and the flexible shell comprises at least one magnetic member provided opposite to the Hall switch.
4. The multi-functional toy according to claim 3 , wherein the control main board further comprises at least one single chip microcomputer and at least one voice chip mounted on the circuit board, wherein the single chip microcomputer receives a signal transmitted by the Hall sensor and controls the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play sound.
5. The multi-functional toy according to claim 3 , wherein one of the magnetic members is positioned at a rear end of the flexible shell and another one of the magnetic members is positioned at a front end of the flexible shell, each of the magnetic members is positioned adjacent to one of the Hall sensors.
6. The multi-functional toy according to claim 5 , wherein two of the Hall sensors are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the circuit board.
7. The multi-functional toy according to claim 3 , wherein the circuit board comprises a receding groove extending through upper and lower surfaces thereof, the receding groove is located between two of the Hall sensors, and the multi-functional toy comprises a power source received in the receding groove.
8. The multi-functional toy according to claim 3 , wherein the flexible shell comprises a buckling portion mounted to a front end thereof, the buckling portion is made of a flexible material, and the magnetic member is engaged with the buckling portion and exposed on a surface of the buckling portion.
9. The multi-functional toy according to claim 8 , wherein the buckling portion comprises a mating portion and two snap-fit portions respectively extending from two ends of the mating portion mounted on the flexible shell, wherein one of the snap-fit portions protrudes into the receiving cavity, and another one of the snap-fit portions is exposed outwards from the flexible shell, and each of the snap-fit portions is provided protruding relative to the mating portion.
10. The multi-functional toy according to claim 1 , wherein the lamp holder comprises a base, a circuit board mounted to the base, and a socket mounted to the circuit board, the base comprising a reinforcement portion formed to extend forward from the upper clamping wall, the circuit board comprises a protruding portion located above the reinforcement portion, the socket is mounted to a lower surface of the protruding portion, and the protruding portion and the reinforcement portion restrict the socket from moving up and down.
11. The multi-functional toy according to claim 1 , wherein the control main board comprises a vibration switch and a single chip microcomputer electrically connected to the vibration switch; when the multi-functional toy generates vibration, the vibration switch forms a channel and transmits a signal thereof to the single chip microcomputer; and the control main board controls the lamp holder to light or change color according to a signal of the micro-control unit.
12. A multi-functional toy, comprising:
a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity and an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity;
a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, and the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove;
at least one magnetic member mounted to the flexible shell;
a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upward into the receiving cavity and comprising a base, a control main board mounted on the base, the control main board comprising a circuit board and at least one Hall sensor and at least one single chip microcomputer mounted on the circuit board, the Hall sensor being provided opposite to the magnetic member in the front-rear direction, and when the magnetic member moves to the detection range of the Hall sensor, the Hall sensor transmitting information to the single chip microcomputer to realize voice playing.
13. The multi-functional toy according to claim 12 , wherein the control main board further comprises a voice chip mounted on the circuit board, and the single chip microcomputer receives a signal transmitted by the Hall sensor and controls the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play sound.
14. The multi-functional toy according to claim 12 , wherein one of the magnetic members is positioned at a rear end of the flexible shell and another one of the magnetic members is positioned at a front end of the flexible shell, each of the magnetic members is positioned adjacent to one of the Hall sensors.
15. The multi-functional toy according to claim 12 , wherein the upper clamping wall is received in the receiving cavity and the lower clamping wall is exposed outwardly of the flexible shell.
16. The multi-functional toy according to claim 12 , wherein the circuit board comprises a receding groove extending through upper and lower surfaces thereof, the receding groove is located between two of the Hall sensors, and the lamp holder comprises a power source received in the receding groove.
17. The multi-functional toy according to claim 12 , wherein a thickness of the locking portion in an up-down direction is less than or equal to a width of the clamping groove in an up-down direction.
18. A multi-functional toy, comprising:
a flexible shell comprising a receiving cavity and an opening communicating up and down with the receiving cavity;
a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a clamping groove formed concavely from an outer surface thereof and an upper clamping wall and a lower clamping wall forming the clamping groove, and the locking portion protruding into the clamping groove, the upper clamping wall being received in the receiving cavity, and the lower clamping wall being exposed outward to the flexible shell;
at least one touch switch mounted to the flexible shell;
a lamp holder mounted on the opening and protruding upwards into the receiving cavity, the lamp holder comprising a base, a control main board mounted on the base, the control main board comprising a circuit board and at least one single chip microcomputer mounted on the circuit board, the touch switch being electrically connected to the circuit board, and when an operator touches the outside of the flexible shell corresponding to the touch switch, the touch switch transmitting a signal to the single chip microcomputer to realize audio playing.
19. The multi-functional toy according to claim 18 , wherein the control main board further comprises a voice chip mounted on the circuit board, and the single chip microcomputer receives a signal to control the voice chip to drive a loudspeaker to play audio.
20. The multi-functional toy according to claim 18 , wherein a thickness of the locking portion in an up-down direction is less than or equal to a width of the clamping groove in an up-down direction, and the lamp holder further comprises a plurality of fasteners penetrating upwards successively through the lower clamping wall and the locking portion successively.
