Description
- The present invention relates to a sports apparatus, and more particularly to a luminous basketball backboard.
- A conventional luminous basketball backboard comprises a light guide backboard, a basketball rim disposed on the front side of the light guide backboard, and an LED light for emitting light toward the light guide backboard. The light effect of the entire basketball backboard is the same, and the visual effect is not good. Besides, for a basketball backboard equipped with electronic components such as LEDs, in actual use, the connection between the basketball rim and the light guide backboard is easily damaged due to the impact of basketballs hitting the basketball rim.
- In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a luminous basketball backboard, which effectively solves the problem that the light effect of the entire basketball backboard of the prior art is the same and that the visual effect is not good.
- In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
- A luminous basketball backboard comprises a light guide backboard and a basketball rim disposed on a front side of the light guide backboard. The light guide backboard is provided with an LED light for emitting light toward the light guide backboard. A front face or a rear face of the light guide backboard has a plane area and a pattern area. The pattern area and the plane area are in different planes. When the LED light emits light, the pattern area of the light guide backboard changes a light propagation route so that the pattern area has a darker light color than that of the plane area.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects. Specifically, it can be seen from the above technical solution that the front face or the rear face of the light guide backboard is provided with the plane area and the pattern area. When the LED light emits light, the pattern area of the light guide backboard changes the light propagation route so that the pattern area has a darker light color than that of the plane area, thereby presenting a corresponding decorative effect, such as patterns, characters, and logos. This solves the problem that the light effect of the entire basketball backboard of the prior art is the same and that the visual effect is not good.

FIG. 11 illustrates the specific structure of the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The fourth embodiment is substantially similar to the third embodiment, and the main difference is that thepattern area 18 is convexly disposed on theplane area 19. - When the
pattern area 18 is disposed on the rear face of the light guide backboard 10, the lightguide guard plate 30 is disposed on the rear side of the light guide backboard 10, so that thepattern area 18 is located on the side where the light guide backboard 10 is attached to the lightguide guard plate 30 and the lightguide guard plate 30 completely covers the rear face of thelight guide backboard 10. - The feature of the present invention is that the front face or the rear face of the light guide backboard is provided with the plane area and the pattern area.
- Furthermore, through the arrangement of the mounting frame, the second horizontal plate, the second screw, the second nut and the spring, the buffering installation connection between the basketball rim and the mounting frame is realized. When a basketball hits the basketball rim, the basketball rim will flutter relative to the mounting frame to reduce the impact force generated by the basketball rim on the mounting frame, such that the connection between the basketball rim and the mounting frame won't be damaged easily, and the connection between the mounting frame and the light guide backboard is less susceptible to damage.
- In addition, the mounting frame and the digital counter are locked to the light guide backboard, so that the installation structure is simple. It is easy for production and assembly. Besides, the digital counter is located on the rear side of the light guide backboard, which plays a role in protecting the digital counter.
