Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of articles of daily use, in particular to a full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for emulsion and paste in tube packages.
  • BACKGROUND
  • At present, there are three types of auxiliary equipment for extruding paste in the market: The first type rolling type auxiliary equipment, which uses two wide gears to clamp a tail portion of paste and press the tail portion forward to extrude the paste. The second type is self-priming type auxiliary equipment, which uses a piece of silica gel tube to sleeve a paste outlet. During use, a toothbrush is used to press the silica gel tube to discharge air in the silica gel tube, and then the toothbrush is released to form a negative pressure in the silica gel tube. A paste package tube will squeeze the paste into the silica gel tube under the action of an atmospheric pressure, and then the toothbrush is used to press the silica gel tube to squeeze out the paste from the silica gel tube. After the paste in the silica gel tube is squeezed out, a negative pressure is generated in the silica gel tube again, and the paste will be squeezed into the silica gel tube for next use under the atmospheric pressure. The third type is an inductive electric self-priming type auxiliary equipment, which is an improved version of the second type. Using a toothbrush to press a silica gel tube during use is changed to electrically pressing the silica gel tube. When the toothbrush extends to a position below a paste outlet, a probe will sense the toothbrush, and a motor presses the silica gel tube to suck the paste. When the motor rotates anticlockwise, the paste in the silica gel tube is squeezed out to the toothbrush.
  • However, the above three manners have certain disadvantages: The first type of manual rolling type auxiliary equipment is inconvenient to use. Both hands are used because there is no fixing mechanism. In the second type of self-priming type auxiliary equipment, a user also needs to push the toothbrush by a hand to press the silica gel tube, which is inconvenient to use. A brush head is also easy to break when it is used to press the silicone gel for a long time. The brush head will also touch the silicone tube, a baffle plate and other places, so it is not sanitary. The dosage of the squeezed-out paste cannot be controlled due to the hardness of the paste package tube. The paste outlet and the silica gel sleeve are not in close fit. As a result, an insufficient negative pressure may not squeeze out the paste. By the third type of inductive electric self-priming type auxiliary equipment, a user does not need to push the toothbrush manually to press the silica gel tube, but other problems also exist. The brush head is also easy to break when it is used to push the silica gel tube for a long time. The brush head will also touch the silica gel tube, the baffle plate and other places, so it is not sanitary. The dosage of the squeezed-out paste cannot be controlled due to the hardness of the paste package tube. The paste outlet and the silica gel sleeve are not in close fit. As a result, an insufficient negative pressure may not squeeze out the paste. If the skin of the paste package tube is too hard, the paste cannot be squeezed out, either.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the technical means, creation features, objectives and effects of the present disclosure easy to understand, the following further describes the present disclosure in conjunction with specific implementations.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , a full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for emulsion and paste in tube packages includes an enclosure 1. A face shell 2 is mounted at a front end of the enclosure 1. An inner cavity 3 is formed inside the face shell 2. A transparent plate 5 is movably mounted at a front end of the inner cavity 3. A door latch 26 for locking the transparent plate 5 is further arranged on an inner wall of the face shell 2. One rotating shaft 15 is arranged at each of a top and a bottom of one side of the transparent plate 5, and the transparent plate is rotatably mounted at a front end of the face shell 2 by using the rotating shafts 15. A control panel 12 and a battery compartment 13 are further arranged inside the enclosure 1. A dry battery 14 is mounted in the battery compartment 13 to supply power to the actuating device 11, and is electrically connected with the control panel 12 for controlling. A cover plate 8 is in fastened connection outside the battery compartment 13. The control panel 12 extends out to form a pair of indicator lamps 7 and a switch 6. End portions of the indicator lamps 7 and the switch 6 are all arranged on a surface of the face shell 2.
  • The inner cavity 3 is shared with an inner space of the enclosure 1 and is used to place a paste package tube 10. Two cambered splints 9 are arranged inside the inner cavity. Cambered surfaces of the cambered splints 9 can better fit the paste package tube 10. Bottoms of the two cambered splints 9 are in hinge connection and rotate by using one pin shaft 17. Two ends of the pin shaft 17 are separately connected to inner walls of the enclosure 1 and the face shell 2 and are limited. The whole is placed in an inverted V shape. In order to ensure a stability of placement of the paste package tube 10 between the two cambered splints 9, a first fixing clip 16 for locking a head portion of a paste package tube 10 is arranged at an upper position of a back surface of the transparent plate 5, and a second fixing clip 25 is symmetrically arranged on an inner wall of the inner cavity 3. The first fixing clip 16 and the second fixing clip 25 are used to lock the head portion of the paste package tube 10.
  • As shown in FIG. 5 , the actuating device 11 includes a motor 18. The motor 18 is fixed on an inner wall of the enclosure 1 through a mounting fastener 23. An output end of the motor 18 is connected with one actuating screw rod 22. Threads at two ends of the actuating screw rod 22 are opposite and each have half of a length. The two ends of the actuating screw rod 22 are separately in threaded connection with a first sliding block 19 and a second sliding block 20. The first sliding block 19 and the second sliding block 20 are both L-shaped. Tops of the two sliding blocks are movably connected together through one guide rod 21, and bottoms separately clamp the tops of the two cambered splints 9.
  • In order to automatically press the paste package tube 10, an upper induction head 4 and a lower induction head 24 are arranged in the apparatus. The upper induction head 4 is arranged on an inner wall of a top end of the inner cavity 3 and is used for sensing a toothbrush entering the inner cavity 3. The lower induction head 24 is arranged in the second fixing clamp 25 and is located at a middle point between the two cambered splints 9 to ensure that the toothbrush is located directly below the head portion of the paste package tube 10 and ensure that paste of the paste package tube 10 is caught.
  • In actual use, the whole apparatus can be held in a hand or fixed to a wall by using the enclosure 1. When it is necessary to squeeze out the paste, only the toothbrush extends into the inner cavity 3, which is sensed by the upper induction head 4. The toothbrush is kept being directly below the paste package tube 10 to ensure that the lower induction head 24 continuously senses the toothbrush. The two induction heads work at the same time to transmit a signal to the control panel 12. The control panel 12 then issues a command to control the motor 18 to rotate, and the motor works for certain time according to a program preset in the control panel 12. The rotation of the motor 18 will drive the actuating screw rod 22 to rotate. The actuating screw rod 22 having the opposite threads at the two ends will synchronously actuate the two cambered splints 9 to move close to each other along the guide rod 21, thus pressing the paste package tube 10. Regular motions of the motor 18 enable the cambered splints 9 to only move a certain amount, thus controlling a fixed amount of paste to be squeezed out from the paste package tube 10 at each time.
  • The basic principles, main features, and advantages of the present disclosure have been shown and described above. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments. The above-mentioned embodiments and this specification only describe the principle of the present disclosure. There will also be various changes and improvements to the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. These changes and improvements shall all fall within the claimed scope of the present disclosure. The scope of protection of the present disclosure is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
