Description
- The present disclosure relates to the field of articles of daily use, in particular to a full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for emulsion and paste in tube packages.
- At present, there are three types of auxiliary equipment for extruding paste in the market: The first type rolling type auxiliary equipment, which uses two wide gears to clamp a tail portion of paste and press the tail portion forward to extrude the paste. The second type is self-priming type auxiliary equipment, which uses a piece of silica gel tube to sleeve a paste outlet. During use, a toothbrush is used to press the silica gel tube to discharge air in the silica gel tube, and then the toothbrush is released to form a negative pressure in the silica gel tube. A paste package tube will squeeze the paste into the silica gel tube under the action of an atmospheric pressure, and then the toothbrush is used to press the silica gel tube to squeeze out the paste from the silica gel tube. After the paste in the silica gel tube is squeezed out, a negative pressure is generated in the silica gel tube again, and the paste will be squeezed into the silica gel tube for next use under the atmospheric pressure. The third type is an inductive electric self-priming type auxiliary equipment, which is an improved version of the second type. Using a toothbrush to press a silica gel tube during use is changed to electrically pressing the silica gel tube. When the toothbrush extends to a position below a paste outlet, a probe will sense the toothbrush, and a motor presses the silica gel tube to suck the paste. When the motor rotates anticlockwise, the paste in the silica gel tube is squeezed out to the toothbrush.
- However, the above three manners have certain disadvantages: The first type of manual rolling type auxiliary equipment is inconvenient to use. Both hands are used because there is no fixing mechanism. In the second type of self-priming type auxiliary equipment, a user also needs to push the toothbrush by a hand to press the silica gel tube, which is inconvenient to use. A brush head is also easy to break when it is used to press the silicone gel for a long time. The brush head will also touch the silicone tube, a baffle plate and other places, so it is not sanitary. The dosage of the squeezed-out paste cannot be controlled due to the hardness of the paste package tube. The paste outlet and the silica gel sleeve are not in close fit. As a result, an insufficient negative pressure may not squeeze out the paste. By the third type of inductive electric self-priming type auxiliary equipment, a user does not need to push the toothbrush manually to press the silica gel tube, but other problems also exist. The brush head is also easy to break when it is used to push the silica gel tube for a long time. The brush head will also touch the silica gel tube, the baffle plate and other places, so it is not sanitary. The dosage of the squeezed-out paste cannot be controlled due to the hardness of the paste package tube. The paste outlet and the silica gel sleeve are not in close fit. As a result, an insufficient negative pressure may not squeeze out the paste. If the skin of the paste package tube is too hard, the paste cannot be squeezed out, either.
