Abstract

A portable tumbler comprises: a lower cup portion having an open top surface and an accommodation space formed therein; a lower connection portion coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion; an upper cup portion having open top and bottom surfaces and a prescribed height; an upper connection portion coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion and detachably coupled to the lower connection portion; and a cap coupled to the upper cup portion so as to cover the open top surface of the upper cup portion, wherein the lower connection portion and the upper connection portion may be coupled to each other so that the upper end of the lower cup portion and the lower end of the upper cup portion are in contact with each other. The portability of the portable tumbler when a user is carrying the portable tumbler can be improved by reducing the volume of the portable tumbler by pushing the stretchable lower and upper cup portions into the lower and upper connection portions, respectively.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure is generally related to a portable tumbler, more specifically, a portable tumbler configured to be resizable by expansion and contraction.
  • BACKGROUND
  • A portable means a cup or glass which can be used for drinking. Generally, the tumbler has a cylinder shape, and is manufactured with material of glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, and so on.
  • Recently, beverage industries such a cafeteria have been developed, their demands are increased, and the interest on tumblers keeps increasing due to the movement of reducing the use of disposable products. Specially, the use of tumblers is recommended socially.
  • Such a portable tumbler is generally made of metal or plastic material. The portable tumbler made of metal material is excellent on heat reservance and durability, but it has disadvantage in that its weight is heavy. And, the portable tumbler made of plastic material has relatively lower heat reservance or durability than the portable tumbler made of metal material, but it has advantage in that its weight is light.
  • However, the tumblers manufactured with metal or plastic material has a problem in that their volume is fixed and not changeable.
  • Additionally, because the portable tumbler is manufactured for being used by one single user, it has a problem in that two or more users cannot use a single portable tumbler.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • To solve the problem of the conventional art, the purpose of the present disclosure may be for providing a portable tumbler which can reduce weight and volume when a user carries it.
  • Additionally, another purpose of the present disclosure may be for providing a portable tumbler in which two users can use a single portable tumbler.
  • Solution to Problem
  • According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a portable tumbler may comprise: a lower cup portion having an opened upper side and a containing space therein; a lower connection portion coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion; an upper cup portion with a certain height, the upper cup portion having an opened upper side and an opened lower side; an upper connection portion coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, the upper connection portion separably coupled to the lower connection portion; and a lid coupled to the upper cup portion to cover the opened upper side of the upper cup portion, wherein the lower connection portion and the upper connection portion are coupled so that the opened upper side of the lower cup portion and the opened lower side of the upper cup portion contact each other.
  • A drink hole penetrating upper and lower portions of the lid may be formed at the lid, the portable tumbler may further comprise a closure coupled to the lid and configured to cover the drink hole, and an upper surface of the closure may be positioned at a same plane as an upper surface of the lid.
  • The lower cup portion may be made of flexible material, and the lower cup portion may be configured to be foldably insertable toward an inside of the lower connection portion.
  • The upper cup portion may be made of flexible maternal, and the upper cup portion may be configured to be foldably insertable toward an inside of the upper connection portion.
  • The portable tumbler may further comprise a ring portion coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, wherein the lid may be coupled to the ring portion.
  • One or more fixing parts may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, and one or more fixing grooves corresponding to the one or more fixing parts may be formed on an inner circumferential surface of the ring portion.
  • A lower coupling groove may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion, and the lower connection portion may be inserted in the lower coupling groove and coupled to the lower cup portion.
  • An upper coupling groove may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, and the upper connection portion may be inserted in the upper coupling groove and coupled to the upper cup portion.
  • The lower cup portion may comprise a lower handle formed on a lower surface of the lower cup portion, and handle grooves may be formed at both sides of the lower handle.
  • A flection may be formed on an inner side surface of one of the upper cup portion and the lower cup portion.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • According to the present disclosure, when a user carries a portable tumbler, a lower cup portion and an upper cup portion having flexibility can be pushed and folded toward an inside of a lower connection portion and an inside of an upper connection portion, respectively, thereby reducing the volume of the portable tumbler and improving the portability of the portable tumbler.
  • Additionally, the lower connection portion and the upper connection portion are separable from each other, and therefore the lower cup portion coupled to the lower connection portion and the upper cup portion coupled to the upper connection portion can be separated from each other so that one single portable tumbler can be separated and used as two cups in a separated state.
  • Further, a portable tumbler can be separated into a lower cup and a upper cup, and the lower cup can be separated into the lower cup portion and the lower connection portion, and the upper cup can be separated into the upper connection portion, the upper cup portion, a lid, a ring portion and a closure, and therefore each elements of the portable tumbler can be separately cleaned and the portable tumbler can be used in a clean state.

  • Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view for illustrating a portable tumbler according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view for illustrating a portable tumbler according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. And, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view for illustrating a portable tumbler according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view for illustrating a portable tumbler according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a portable tumbler (100) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise a lower cup portion (110), a lower connection portion (120), an upper connection portion (130), an upper cup portion (140), a cover or lid (150), a ring portion (160), and a closure (170).
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower cup portion (110) has a containing space therein and one side of the lower cup portion (110) is opened. And, the lower cup portion (110) can be made of flexible material, and in the present embodiment, may be manufactured by silicon material. Referring to FIG. 4, a curve or flection is formed on the inner side surface of the lower cup portion (110) so that a portion have relatively thinner thickness can be folded by the curve or flection formed on the inner side surface of the lower cup portion (110) when the lower cup portion (110) is folded.
  • Additionally, referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, a lower handle (113) may be formed on a bottom surface of the lower cup portion (110). The lower handle (113) is provided for unfolding the folded lower cup portion (110), which is in a folded state in which the lower cup portion (110) is folded for reducing the volume of the portable tumbler (100), in order to increase the volume of the portable tumbler (100). Accordingly, the lower handle (113) is arranged so that a user can unfold the lower cup portion (110) which is in the folded state.
  • For this, handle grooves (115) may be formed at both sides of the lower handle (113), respectively. The handle grooves (115) are formed at both sides of the lower handle (113), and the handle grooves (115) may have depths into which a thumb and an index finger can be inserted. Therefore, the lower handle (113) can be formed in a substantially straight shape by the handle groove (115).
  • Thus, by forming the lower handle (113) at a lower part of the lower cup portion (110), the lower part of the lower cup portion (110) can be formed relatively thicker, and because the lower part of the lower cup portion (110) is formed thick, the portable tumbler (100) can stand stably when the portable tumbler (100) is stood as shown in FIG. 1.
  • Additionally, a lower coupling protrusion (111 a), a lower interlock protrusion (111 b), and a lower coupling groove (111 c) can be formed at the outer upper part of the lower cup portion (110). The lower coupling protrusion (111 a), the lower interlock protrusion (111 b), and the lower coupling groove (111 c) are formed for the lower connection portion (120) to cover an outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion (110). Therefore, when the lower connection portion (120) is coupled to the lower cup portion (110), the lower connection portion (120) can be inserted to the lower coupling groove (111 c), the lower coupling protrusion (111 a) can be disposed at the lower part of the lower connection portion (120), and the lower interlock protrusion (111 b) can be disposed at the upper part of the lower connection portion (120). Accordingly, the lower connection portion (120) can be unseparately coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion (110) by the lower coupling protrusion (111 a) and the lower interlock protrusion (111 b).
  • For this, the lower coupling protrusion (111 a) and the lower interlock protrusion (111 b) can be formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion (110).
  • In the present embodiment, a protrusion and so on may not be formed at the lower coupling groove (111 c). Therefore, when the lower connection portion (120) is coupled to the lower cup portion (110) in a state that the lower connection portion (120) is inserted to the lower coupling groove (111 c), the lower connection portion (120) can be rotated on the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion (110).
  • As described above and illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower connection portion (120) is formed in a ring shape, and can be formed in a structure in which upper and lower portions are penetrated. A lower connection protrusion (122) may be formed along the inner circumferential surface of the inner surface of the lower connection portion (120) at the inner side of the lower connection portion (120). Accordingly, the lower connection protrusion (122) is inserted to the lower coupling groove (111 c) of the lower cup portion (110), the upper part of the lower connection protrusion (122) may be contacted with the bottom surface of the lower coupling protrusion (111 a) of the lower cup portion (110), the lower part of the lower connection protrusion (122) may be contacted with the top surface of the lower interlock protrusion (111 b) of the lower cup portion (110).
  • In addition, a lower connection portion (124) may be formed on the upper outer circumferential surface of the lower connection portion (120). The lower connection portion (124) may be formed to be coupled to the upper connection portion (130) and may be formed to have a screw thread shape.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper connection portion (130) may be formed to have a ring shape and a shape in which upper and lower portions are penetrated. The upper connection portion (130) may be coupled to the upper cup portion (140), an upper connection protrusion (132) can be formed on the inner side of the upper connection portion (130) to be inserted into a first upper coupling groove (141 c).
  • Further, an upper coupling portion (134) may be formed below the upper connection protrusion (132). The upper coupling portion (134) is formed at a lower part of the inner circumferential surface of the upper coupling portion (134), and a screw thread can be formed at the upper coupling portion (134) to be coupled to the lower connection portion (124) of the lower connection portion (120). Accordingly, the upper connection portion (130) and the lower connection portion (120) can be coupled to or separated from each other by screw threads formed thereon, respectively.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper cup portion (140) may be formed to have a structure in which both upper and lower portions are opened. However, the opened width of the upper portion may be smaller than the opened width of the lower portion. Like the lower cup portion (110), the upper cup portion (140) may be made of flexible material, and in the present embodiment, may be made of silicon material. Referring to FIG. 4, a curve or flection is formed on the inner side surface of the upper cup portion (140) so that a portion have relatively thinner thickness can be folded by the curve or flection formed on the inner side surface of the upper cup portion (140) when the upper cup portion (140) is folded.
  • Additionally, an upper coupling protrusion (141 a), a first upper interlock protrusion (141 b), and a first upper coupling groove (141 c) can be formed at the outer lower part of the upper cup portion (140). The upper coupling protrusion (141 a), the first upper interlock protrusion (141 b), and the first upper coupling groove (141 c) are formed for the upper connection portion (130) to cover an outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140). Therefore, when the upper connection portion (130) is coupled to the upper cup portion (140), the upper connection portion (130) can be inserted to the first upper coupling groove (141 c), the upper coupling protrusion (141 a) can be disposed at the upper part of the upper connection portion (130), and the first upper interlock protrusion (141 b) can be disposed at the lower part of the upper connection portion (130). Accordingly, the upper connection portion (130) can be unseparately coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140) by the upper coupling protrusion (141 a) and the first upper interlock protrusion (141 b).
  • For this, the upper coupling protrusion (141 a) and the first upper interlock protrusion (141 b) can be formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140).
  • In the present embodiment, a protrusion and so on may not be formed at the upper coupling groove (141 c). Therefore, when the upper connection portion (130) is coupled to the upper cup portion (140) in a state that the upper connection portion (130) is inserted to the first upper coupling groove (141 c), the upper connection portion (130) can be rotated on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140).
  • In addition, a second upper interlock protrusion (143 a), and a second upper coupling groove (143 c) can be formed at the outer upper part of the upper cup portion (140). The second upper interlock protrusion (143 a), and the second upper coupling groove (143 c) are formed for a ring part (160) to cover an outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140). Therefore, when the ring part (160) is coupled to the upper cup portion (140), the ring part (160) can be inserted to the second upper coupling groove (143 c), and the second upper interlock protrusion (143 a) can be disposed at the upper portion of the ring part (160). Accordingly, the ring part (160) can be unseparately coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion (140) by the first upper interlock protrusion (143 a).
  • In the present embodiment, a plurality of fixing parts (145) may be formed at the second upper coupling groove (143 b). The plurality of the fixing parts (145) are formed to protrude from the second upper coupling groove (143 b) and arranged to be separated from each other.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the ring part (160) is formed to have a ring shape and a shape in which upper and lower portions are penetrated. The ring part (160) can be coupled to the upper cup portion (140), and may be inserted into the second upper coupling groove (143 b) of the upper cup portion (140).
  • In this embodiment, a fixing groove (162) may be formed on the inner surface of the ring part (160) to correspond to the fixing parts (145) formed at the second upper coupling groove (143 b). Accordingly, the fixing groove (162) is formed to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the fixing part (145), and in the present embodiment, the fixing part (145) is formed to have a square shape and protrude from the second upper coupling groove (143 b) and the fixing groove (162) has a square shape. By inserting the ring part (160) into the second upper coupling groove (143 b), the fixing part (145) and the fixing groove (162) are interlocked with each other so that the ring part (160) can be coupled to the upper cup portion (140) not to be rotated on the upper cup portion (140).
  • When the ring part (160) is coupled to the second upper coupling groove (143 b), the second upper interlock protrusion (143 a) can be arranged at the upper portion of the ring part (160).
  • In addition, a screw thread may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the ring part (160). The screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface of the ring part (160) can be coupled with a screw thread formed at a lid (150), which will be described later, and therefore the lid (150) can be coupled to or separated from the ring part (160).
  • The lid (150) can be arranged to cover an opened upper side of the upper cup portion (140). In this embodiment, the lid (150) can be coupled to the ring part (160) coupled to the upper cup portion (140) in order to cover the opened upper side of the upper cup portion (140). For this, a screw thread can be formed on an inside surface of the lid (150) to correspond to the screw thread formed on the outside surface of the ring part (160).
  • The upper portion of the lid (150) can be formed lower than the lid (150) edge. By forming the upper portion of the lid (150) lower than the edge of the lid (150), the closure (170) can be arranged at the upper portion of the lid (150), and by arranging the closure (170) at the upper portion of the lid (150), the upper edge surface of the lid (150) can be a flat shape which does not partially protrude due to the thickness of the closure (170).
  • Additionally, a drinking hole (151) and an inflow hole (153) penetrating upper and lower portions of the lid (150) and positioned adjacent to the edge of the upper portion of the lid (150) may be formed. The drinking hole (151) can be used when the user drinks a drink contained in the inside of the portable tumbler in a state that the lid (150) is closed. When the drink moves out through the drinking hole (151), the inflow hole (153) is configured to flow air to the inside of the portable tumbler (100). In this embodiment, the inflow hole (153) may be formed relatively smaller than the drinking hole (151).
  • And, a coupling hole (155) may be formed at the center of the upper portion of the lid (150). The coupling hole (155) into which a closure (170) coupling part formed at the closure (170) is inserted may be formed. A first storage groove (157) and a second storage (159) may be formed at the upper portion of the lid (150). The first storage groove (157) is disposed opposite to the drinking hole (151), and may have the same width as the drinking hole (151). The second storage groove (159) may be disposed opposite to the inflow hole (153), and may have the same width as the inflow hole (153). In this embodiment, an upper portion groove (C) may be formed inside the edge along the edge at the upper portion of the lid (150).
  • The closure (170) may be disposed at the upper portion of the lid (150), and be coupled to the lid (150). For this, the closure (170) has a drink insertion portion (171) at one side of the lower surface of the closure (170) and a closure coupling portion (175) at the other side of the closure (170), and an inflow insertion portion (173) may be formed between the drink insertion portion (171) and the closure coupling portion (175). The drink insertion portion (171), the inflow insertion portion (173) and the closure coupling portion (175) may be formed in a protruding shape at the lower surface of the closure (170).
  • The drink insertion portion (171) can be inserted into the drink hole (151) and may be formed to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the drink hole (151) to close or seal the drink hole (151), and the inflow insertion portion (173) can be inserted into the inflow hole (153) and may be formed to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the inflow hole (153) to close or seal the inflow hole (153). Additionally, the closure coupling portion (175) can be inserted and coupled to the coupling hole and perform the function of coupling the closure (170) to the lid (150). For this, the width of an end portion of the closure coupling portion (175) can be relatively larger than a middle portion of the closure coupling portion (175).
  • Accordingly, the drink insertion portion (171), the inflow insertion portion (173), and the closure coupling portion (175) formed to correspond to the drink hole (151), the inflow hole (153), and the coupling hole (155), respectively, can be formed at the closure (170) so that the user can close or seal the drink hole (151) and the inflow hole (153) using the closure (170) in order to prevent flowing the drink contained in the portable tumbler (100) to the outside of the portable tumbler (100).
  • And, when the user separates the closure (170) to open the drink hole (151), a state that the closure coupling portion (175) is inserted in the coupling hole (155) is maintained and the closure (170) and the lid (150) may not be completely separated, and in this case, the drink insertion portion (171) can be inserted into the first storage groove (157) by rotating the closure (170) with respect to the closure coupling unit (175). If the drink insertion portion (171) is inserted to the first storage groove (157), the inflow insertion portion (173) can be inserted into the second storage groove (159).
  • Therefore, in a state that the closure (170) is not separated from the lid (150), the user can move the drink to the outside of the portable tumbler through the drink hole (151) in a state that the closure (170) is rotated.
  • In this embodiment, an insertion portion (R) is formed at a lower portion of the closure (170), and therefore a state that the insertion portion (R) is inserted to the upper portion groove (C) formed at the upper portion of the lid (150) can be maintained. Accordingly, the insertion portion (R) keeps being inserted in the upper portion groove (C) when the drink insertion portion (171) is inserted to the drink hole (151) as well as when the drink insertion portion (171) is inserted to the first storage groove (157).
  • Additionally, when the closure (170) is coupled to the lid (150), the upper surface of the closure (170) may be arranged in the same plane as the upper surface of the lid (150). Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 2, even when the lid (150) is arranged to be moved to the lower portion, the portable tumbler (100) can stably stand.
  • In the present embodiment, the lower cup portion (110) and the upper cup portion (140) are made of flexible material, and the closure (170) is also made of flexible material. And, the lower connection portion (120), the upper connection portion (130), the ring portion (160) and the closure (150) are made of synthetic resin or metal which is not deformed. Accordingly, the shape of the portable tumbler (100) can be maintained by the lower connection portion (120), the upper connection portion (130), the ring portion (160) and the closure (150) of which shapes are not deformed.
  • FIG. 5 illustrates a perspective view of a portable tumbler in a state where a volume of the portable tumbler is reduced according an embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, the state that the volume of the portable tumbler (100) is reduced is shown according the embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, as illustrated in the drawing, the overall height of the portable tumbler (100) can be reduced by folding the lower cup portion (110) and the upper cup portion (140). As described above, the shape of the lower cup portion (110) and the upper cup portion (140) can be deformed by manufacturing the lower cup portion (110) and the upper cup portion (140) using flexible material. In this embodiment, the lower cup portion (110) is folded toward the inside of the lower connection portion (120), and the upper cup portion (140) is folded toward the inside of the upper connection portion (130).
  • In addition, as briefly explained above, the width of the lower cup portion (110) decreases toward the lower portion and the width of the upper cup portion (140) decreases toward the upper portion because the lower cup portion (110) and the upper cup portion (140) are folded in an inward direction. Therefore, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the lower portion of the lid (150) can be positioned at the substantially same height as the upper portion of the upper connection portion (130), and the upper cup portion (140) in a state that the upper cup portion (140) is folded between the lid (150) and the upper connection portion (130) can be seen. And, the state of the lower cup portion (110) is not specifically illustrated, it should be understood that the lower cup portion (110) can be folded in the similar way to the upper cup portion (140).
  • FIG. 6 illustrates a perspective view of a portable tumbler in a state where a lid of the portable tumbler is separated according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, as described above, the lid (150) of the portable tumbler (100) can be separated from the upper cup portion (140) of the portable tumbler (100). For this, a screw thread can be formed at the outer circumferential surface of the ring portion (160), and a screw thread can be formed at the inner circumferential surface of the lid (150). Accordingly, the lid (150) can be threadly coupled with the ring portion (160), and therefore the user can disengage the lid (150) from the ring portion (160) and fill a drink inside the portable tumbler (100) in which the upper connection portion (130) and the lower connection portion (120) are coupled to each other.
  • In addition, the spill of the drink, filled in the inside of the portable tumbler (100), to the outside is prevented by coupling the lid (150) to the ring portion (160).
  • FIG. 7 shows a portable tumbler in a state where an upper cup and a lower cup of the portable tumbler are separated according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, the upper connection portion (130) and the lower connection portion (120) of the portable tumbler (100) can be separated from each other. As described above, the upper connection portion (130) and the lower connection portion (120) of the portable tumbler (100) can be coupled by thread connection. Therefore, as illustrated in the drawing, the portable tumbler (100) can be separated into an upper cup (UC) and a lower cup (BC) and each of the upper cup (UC) and the lower cup (BC) can be used as a single unit cup.
  • In this embodiment, the assembly of the upper connection portion (130), the upper cup portion (140), the ring portion (160), the lid (150) and the closure (170) constitutes the upper cup (UC), and the assembly of the lower cup portion (110) and the lower connection portion (120) constitutes the lower cup (BC). In this embodiment, the drink insertion portion (171) is in a state that the drink insertion portion (171) formed at the closure (170) is inserted in the drink hole (151) formed at the lid (150).
  • Accordingly, in the present disclosure, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the portable tumbler (100) can be separated into the upper cup (UC) and the lower cup (BC) to be used as separate two cups, and therefore each can be used as a single cup. Hence, the user can have different drinks using two cups, and a user and another user can share and each can have their own drink using one single portable tumbler (100).
  • In this embodiment, the upper surface of the closure (170) is formed in the same plane as the upper surface of the lid (150), and therefore even when the upper cup (UC) is turned upside down, the upper cup (UC) can be functioned as a cup because the upper portion of the lid (150) has a flat surface.
  • As explained above detailed description regarding the present invention is provided for exemplary embodiments with reference to the enclosed drawings, but the exemplary embodiments described above in details are explained as preferred examples of the present disclosure and therefore the present invention shall not be interpreted as being limitative by the foregoing embodiments, and it should be understood that the scope of the present disclosure shall be defined by the Claims and all of their equivalents fall within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A portable tumbler, comprising:
a lower cup portion having an opened upper side and a containing space therein;
a lower connection portion coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion;
an upper cup portion with a certain height, the upper cup portion having an opened upper side and an opened lower side;
an upper connection portion coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, the upper connection portion separably coupled to the lower connection portion; and
a lid coupled to the upper cup portion to cover the opened upper side of the upper cup portion,
wherein the lower connection portion and the upper connection portion are coupled so that the opened upper side of the lower cup portion and the opened lower side of the upper cup portion contact each other.
2. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein:
a drink hole penetrating upper and lower portions of the lid is formed at the lid,
the portable tumbler further comprises a closure coupled to the lid and configured to cover the drink hole, and
an upper surface of the closure is positioned at a same plane as an upper surface of the lid.
3. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein:
the lower cup portion is made of flexible material, and
the lower cup portion is configured to be foldably insertable toward an inside of the lower connection portion.
4. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein:
the upper cup portion is made of flexible material, and
the upper cup portion is configured to be foldably insertable toward an inside of the upper connection portion.
5. The portable tumbler of claim 1, further comprising a ring portion coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion,
wherein the lid is coupled to the ring portion.
6. The portable tumbler of claim 5, wherein:
one or more fixing parts are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, and
one or more fixing grooves corresponding to the one or more fixing parts are formed on an inner circumferential surface of the ring portion.
7. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein:
a lower coupling groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower cup portion, and
the lower connection portion is inserted in the lower coupling groove and coupled to the lower cup portion.
8. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein:
an upper coupling groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cup portion, and
the upper connection portion is inserted in the upper coupling groove and coupled to the upper cup portion.
9. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein the lower cup portion comprises a lower handle formed on a lower surface of the lower cup portion, and handle grooves are formed at both sides of the lower handle.
10. The portable tumbler of claim 1, wherein a flection is formed on an inner side surface of one of the upper cup portion and the lower cup portion.
