  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The invention generally relates to a package structure with a tray with high carrying capacity; which is designed for the aim of food presentation and presentation/sale of packaged foods, especially in the food sector
  • 2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 And 37 CFR 1.98
  • In today's world, sales of convenience food are very common. Currently, the sale of the convenience foods are mostly performed by take-away services. In this context; the packaging products with which the food are packaged have great importance. Packages which both have a certain endurance in order for the products to be transported and also do not occupy space due to their foldable structures have started to being produced. In addition, the products presented with a package generally require the user to consume the food from the box on the torn box after tearing the box or to utilize an additional tray. However; the package generally does not have a depth sufficient to be used as a tray; therefore cannot be used for this purpose and the user desires to use another separate tray serving as a plate. Nonetheless, for such throwaway products, the convenience food consumers also want to get rid of the necessity of a separate tray. Since they generally consume the food in outdoor areas which are not their home (work place, office etc.), it is difficult to find a separate tray serving as a plate. In addition to this, putting the food directly onto the table is not convenient in terms of hygiene.
  • In the current art, due to the fact that the boxes (packages) have air holes, microbes from the outer environment can enter through these holes. This situation makes it inconvenient to open the wrapping of the food in the package and to put it directly into the package for consuming it. In addition to that, today, consumers unfortunately cannot be sure if the package has been opened or not until it arrives to them, either.
  • As a result, an improvement in the package structuring with a tray is required and for this reason, new structures which shall eliminate all the disadvantages mentioned above and provide solutions to the current systems are needed.
  • AIM OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a package structuring with a tray which fulfills the necessities mentioned above, eliminates all the disadvantages and also provides some additional advantages.
  • The main aim of the invention is to enable the consumer to detach the tray located under the box after receiving the product and to consume the food inside the tray in a much more hygienic manner and without needing a separate tray/plate, by the virtue of the tray section which is located under the box and is connected to the box from bottom in a detachable form by a dashed line close fastener.
  • An aim of the invention is to ensure the consumer that the box has not been opened at all between the time period when the food is put into it until it reaches to the consumer, due to its taped cover version on the top of the box.
  • Another aim of the invention is to enable that the product can be taken by lifting the band located on the top of the box.
  • Another aim of the invention is to prevent that the food gets wet by letting air entering into the inside of the box and letting the steam of the food go out of the box through the air holes located in the box section, in cases where a hot product is put into the box.
  • Another aim of the invention is to prevent it to occupy too much space when unmounted, by the virtue of its foldable form.
  • An aim of the invention is to enable a high carrying capacity by maintaining its shape against force due to the rigid structure of the package structuring in mounted state.

  • Air holes (101.4) enable the entrance of air for the products which are put into the box structuring (100) and also let the steam go out. There are cord holes (101.5) into which the carrying cords (103), which are used for the box structuring (100) to be carried, are reeved. A tray section (102) which is adjacent to the box section (101) by a tearing section (102.1), which is a dashed line close fastener, and which detaches from the box section (101) by the dashed line close fastener and which has a separate base, is provided. There are carrying cords (103) which are reeved through the cord holes (101.5) in order for the product to be carried. Folding sections (104) are provided with the purpose of folding the box (101) and the tray (102). This varies depending on the shape of the respective box (100).
  • In FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, two dimensional views of the connected versions of the opening section (101.1) of a package with a tray (100) of the invention are shown in an opened state. In the connected versions of the package structuring (100), the connection of the opening section (101.1) to the box section (101) is provided by a connection region (101.6). In the connected versions of the package structuring (100), for the purpose of providing the connection between the opening section (101.1) and the box section (101), connection spaces (101.7) are formed on the box section (101).
  • The product can be unfolded by the folding sections (104) when it is in folded state. When the product is opened, the respective food product is put into it and the tape band (101.2) in the section (101.1) is drawn out and the box opening (101.1) is closed by the adhesive section (101.3). Therefore the product arrives to the consumer in a packaged state. The consumer can detach the tray (102) and the package (101) by tearing the product in the tearing section (102.1) and can consume the products in the box (101) by placing them onto the tray (102). In addition to these; due to the virtue of the adhesive section (101.3), the consumer can be ensured that the product box (101) has not been opened until it reaches them.
