Description
- The present invention pertains to a mobile display screen that can operate independently and/or fit in or on any type of bag or case, including, but not limited to, a handbag, clutch, purse, carryall, backpack, book bag, satchel, briefcase, messenger bag, duffle, luggage, travel bag, tote, fanny pack, pocketbook, or man purse, hereinafter referred to as a “mobile technology bag” or “mobile ‘tech’ bag.” More particularly, the present invention pertains to a mobile technology bag and a mobile display screen that can be used to view and/or display a variety of content, including but not limited to words, numbers, messages, images, videos, graphics, streaming, websites, audio, applications, advertisements, and logos.
- A conventional bag or case, such as, for example, a type of handbag, backpack, or luggage, generally refers to a container that is used to hold a variety of different personal items. These conventional bags are typically manufactured from a certain textile, such as, for example, a soft fabric or a leather material. Additionally, said fabric or leather material can sometimes comprise a pattern, logo, or design on an outer surface of said bag. However, with these conventional bags, if there is a pattern or logo that is located on the outer surface of the material, then said pattern is generally permanent and thus cannot be removed and/or changed, if desired.
- As a result, there is a need for a bag that can encompass and utilize modern day technology in order to express a person's own individuality, promote a business idea or venture, or change a desired look from day to day.
- The present invention comprises a mobile technology bag, wherein said mobile technology bag comprises: 1) an integrated screen/touchscreen; 2) a non-integrated screen/touch screen; 3) a detachable/removable mobile display screen/touch screen; and/or 4) a mobile technology bag that acts as a holding/docking/holster station for another device.
- Any of the aforementioned components can hereinafter be referred to as a “mobile display screen.” Said components can be application driven, capable of communicating, interfacing, or mirroring with other sources and/or devices in order to display content, can have self-contained content, can be advertisement driven, advertisement supported, can allow adware/freeware/open source content, can contain market driven content, and/or the mobile technology bag and/or mobile display screen can have the built in ability to enable the display of content.
- The mobile display screen can function independently of the mobile technology bag, in conjunction with the mobile technology bag's built-in hardware or software, and/or can communicate, interface, or mirror with other devices, such as through Bluetooth, Happycast, WiFi and/or Hotspot in order to view and/or display desired content.
- The mobile technology bag may comprise an application(s), or mobile companion application, which allows for the ability of any user (such as, for example, an individual, charitable organization, non-profit, business, or other, collectively referred to as “user” or “users”), to create, obtain, and/or distribute any content. Said application may further allow for ease of use including but not limited to, obtaining at no cost and/or purchasing and/or displaying-for-profit (as in advertising, user uploaded content or otherwise) of words, numbers, messages, images, video, graphics, streaming, advertisements, logos, websites, other applications, audio and various content. In addition, the application may allow for users to be able to upload content in a market driven content sharing system.
- Further, the application may use GPS or any other method of tracking the display of content and receiving payment for the display of content by users from others, such as advertisers. For instance, a company “uploader” may use the application to set up an advertising campaign, purchase ad space, and distribute advertising content, whether directly or through the use of a third party placement program (such as, GoogleAdSense for example). In turn, by displaying a given user's advertising, commercial, logo, advertising, or any other form of content, a user may be allowed to pay, or receive payment from, that uploader for said advertising if an agreement exists between the user and the uploader and through the creator of the mobile technology bag, mobile display screen, or application. The screen may also comprise a proximity feature which turns off the GPS or other tracking method when the screen is turned away from public view.
- The application may comprise the ability for users to purchase various content that would result in a donation of a portion of the purchase price to charity and/or to specific causes of the user's choice. For instance, a purchase of a particular charitable organization's logo, commercial, advertising, or any content may allow for a percentage of the purchase price to be donated to that particular organization. The application may also allow users to purchase various digital content from for profit businesses that would result in a portion of the purchase price being earned by the company. For instance, purchasing the logo, content, or any form of advertising of a for profit company may result in a percentage of the purchase price being earned by the company, provided that the entity has an agreement with the creator of the mobile technology bag and/or mobile display screen and/or application for same.
- The application may comprise the ability for users to upload content in a community sharing format. Said content may be offered to other users at no cost and/or offered at a fee, with a portion of the proceeds going directly to the user who has uploaded the content, provided that the user uploading the content has an agreement with the creator of the mobile technology bag and/or mobile display screen and/or application for same.
