Abstract
A barbell hanger includes: a vertical tube with a ground end, a top end and a tube body portion; plural barbell positioning portions are arranged at the tube body portion; the connecting end of a transverse tube has a first locking tray lock-positioned with the tube body portion; the extending end of the horizontal tube has a second locking tray; a pull-up operating frame is horizontally disposed below the horizontal tube, including the cross bar as well as the mounting end locking plate and the extended end locking plate; the mounting end locking plate is assembled in the vertical rectangular tube, and a relative relation of the locking surface between the extended end locking plate and the second locking tray is level with each other; two corner reinforcing plates are respectively disposed at cross bars and corners connected with the mounting end locking plate and extended end locking plate.

- The present invention relates to a partial structure of a barbell hanger, and more particularly to an innovative improved structure revealer, which is used for a barbell hanger
- In the actual application of a barbell hanger, the structural type design of the barbell hanger is generally accepted because the barbell with considerable weight must be firmly supported. Not only does the hanger mostly adopt the massive hollow metal tube, but also the bottom end of both left and right sides of the tube is usually fixed on the floor through a bolt lock assembly.
- In the design of the existing barbell hanger structure, the top ends of the two adjacent vertical tubes are usually connected through the lateral frame rods, so as to form a relatively stable frame structure. The arrangement of these lateral frame rods usually uses a reasonable length as the size specification of one unit; however, the problem with the conventional barbell hanger application is often when the overall structure needs to be extended and expanded. When the span between the two adjacent vertical tubes needs to be enlarged, though the lateral frame rod part can be extended in its lateral length through the joint combination, but the joint combination part will be bended in the future due to insufficient structural strength, which in turn causes problems in the durability of the barbell hanger.
- The present invention mainly aims to provide an improved structure of a barbell hanger, and the technical problem to be solved is to develop a new type of combination type for the barbell hanger which is more ideal and practical, and it is an innovative breakthrough.
- Based on the foregoing objective, the present invention mainly comprises: a vertical rectangular tube with a ground end, a top end and a tube body portion between the ground end and the top end, wherein the tube body portion is provided with a plural barbell positioning portions arranged at an upper and lower intervals; a horizontal tube with a connecting end and an extension end, the connecting end is provided with a first locking tray positioned with a side lock group of the vertical rectangular tube, and the extension end is provided with a second locking tray; a pull-up operating frame is disposed transversely at the interval below the horizontal tube, the pull-up operating frame comprises a cross bar, a mounting end locking plate and an extended end locking plate which are respectively disposed on the opposite ends of the cross bar in the vertical plate type, wherein the mounting end locking plate is used for lock-positioning one side of the vertical rectangular tube, and a relative relation between the extended end locking plate and the second locking tray arranged in the cross bar extended end is level with each other; the two corner reinforcing plates are respectively disposed at the cross bar and a corner connected with the mounting end locking plate as well as the cross bar and a corner connected with the extended end locking plate.
- With the innovative unique type and technical features, the present invention can provide an improved structure of a barbell hanger, so that when the overall structure of the barbell hanger needs to be extended and expanded or span between adjacent two vertical tubes to be expanded, it can be easily and quickly combined, and the combined parts can achieve better structural strength and meet the requirements of sturdiness. In addition, the pull-up operating frame can further provide additional functions for the horizontal bar sports. The present invention as a whole has practical progress and better industrial utilization benefits.

FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for a preferred embodiment of the improved structure of the barbell hanger of the present invention, these embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and are not limited to this structure in the patent application. - The improved structure A comprises: a vertical
rectangular tube 10 with aground end 11, atop end 12 and atube body portion 13 between theground end 11 and thetop end 12, wherein thetube body portion 13 is provided with pluralbarbell positioning portion 14 arranged in an upper and lower interval (Note: this embodiment is a hole type); a horizontal tube 20 (in this case, a rectangular cross section) with a connectingend 21 and an extendingend 22, the connectingend 21 is provided with afirst locking tray 23 locked and positioned with thetube body portion 13 of the verticalrectangular tube 10, and the extendingend 22 is provided with asecond locking tray 24; a pull-up operating frame (to extend pull-up rig section) 30 disposed transversely to the interval below thehorizontal tube 20, the pull-upoperating frame 30 includes across bar 31 as well as a mountingend locking plate 32 and an extendedend locking plate 33 of two end relative to thecross bar 31 in the vertical plate type, wherein the mountingend locking plate 32 is locked and positioned at one side of the verticalrectangular tube 10, thesecond locking tray 24 arranged between the extendedend locking plate 33 and thecross bar 20 extendedend 22 is a relative relation of the locking tray surface, which is level with each other; the twocorner reinforcing plates 40 are respectively disposed at thecross bar 31 and a corner connected with the mountingend locking plate 32 as well as thecross bar 31 and a corner connected with the extendedend locking plate 33; in this embodiment, thecorner reinforcing plate 40 is set in a triangular plate type, which is a preferred embodiment but is not limited thereto. - Referring to
FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5 , in this embodiment, the extendedend locking plate 33 of the pull-upoperating frame 30 as well as thesecond locking tray 24 arranged in the extendedend 22 of thehorizontal tube 20 are commonly locked to thebody portion 13B of the another verticalrectangular tube 10B; in this embodiment, after the improved structure A is combined with another verticalrectangular tube 10B, a similar -shaped structure as shown inFIG. 5 can be formed, which is one specific simple type of barbell hanger structure to be combined and formed in the application of the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 , in this embodiment, thesecond locking tray 24 disposed in the extendedend 22 of thehorizontal tube 20 as well as the extendedend locking plate 33 of the pull-upoperating frame 30 are more commonly connected with a connectingplate 50; the connectingplate 50, thesecond locking tray 24 and the extendedend locking plate 33 are provided withplural locking holes 60 in opposite positions for screwing through the plural screw-in positioning members 70 (usually bolts and nuts); in the combined type shown in this embodiment, the two sets of improved structure A with the same type can realize the symmetric combined expanding state as shown inFIG. 9 . For that this type is compared with said type shown inFIG. 5 , it is assumed that the spacing between the verticalrectangular tube 10 and another verticalrectangular tube 10B as shown inFIG. 5 is regarded as a single span, and then the spacing between the two verticalrectangular tubes 10 shown inFIG. 9 can be regarded as an implementation type of a double span, that is, the length of thehorizontal tube 20 has been doubled; moreover, the purpose of the connectingplate 50 is to more firmly position the vertical spacing between thesecond locking tray 24 and the extendedend locking plate 33, thereby further the pull-upoperating frame 30 and thehorizontal tube 20 can reach a rigid and stable state, it can withstand strong external force and it is not easily deformed. - Referring to
FIGS. 10 and 11 , in this embodiment, thehorizontal tube 20 is provided withplural positioning holes 25 arranged at a lateral interval for one or more adjustablelateral top frames 80 to be mounted and positioned. Each of the adjustablehorizontal top frames 80 includes atransverse frame 81 and two sets of the connectingseat 82 of two opposite ends disposed on thetransverse frame 81. Each connectingseat 82 is provided withplural locking holes 83 corresponding to theplural positioning holes 25 provided in thehorizontal tube 20; the adjustable lateral top frame is disposed for the adjustable horizontaltop frame 80, mainly as shown inFIG. 9 . When twohorizontal tubes 20 with a spaced arrangement in a barbell hanger composed of the plural improved structure A are provided, the twohorizontal tubes 20 can be cross-connected and positioned by one or more adjustablelateral top frames 80, to form a more stable frame structure, and the adjustable lateraltop frame 80 can also provide the hanging function of some sports aids (such as sandbags, flying rings, etc.), which is quite practical and added value. - Referring to
FIG. 12 , in this embodiment, thesecond locking tray 24B disposed in the extendedend 22 of thehorizontal tube 20 as well as the extendedend locking plate 33B of the pull-upoperating frame 30 are more commonly connected with aconnecting tube 90; theconnecting tube 90, thesecond locking tray 24B and the extendedend locking plate 33B are provided with theplural locking holes 60B in opposite position, and are positioned by the plural screw-in positioningmembers 70B, and thesecond locking tray 24B and the extendedend locking plate 33B are provided with thezigzag tab 241 and 331 (note: the number is not limited, the two tabs in the upper and lower intervals are shown in the figure), so that thelocking holes 60B are provided in thetab second locking tray 24B of the extendedend 22 of thehorizontal tube 20 as well as the extendedend locking plate 33B of the pull-upoperating frame 30 can also be the same type of the commonlocking connection tube 90, so it is not limited to the plate connecting type shown inFIG. 6 ; furthermore, thesecond locking tray 24B and the extendedend locking plate 33B can also be provided with the zigzag surface type of thetab FIG. 6 . - With said structural composition type and technical features, the improved structure of the barbell hanger shown in the present invention has a specific application, and when the overall structure of the barbell hanger needs to be extended or expanded or the span between two adjacent vertical tubes needs to be expanded, the combination can be easily and quickly achieved, and the combined part can achieve better structural strength and meet the requirements of sturdiness; in addition, the pull-up
operating frame 30 can provide the additional functions of the horizontal bar sports, which make the whole invention have practical progress and better industrial utilization benefits; and the present invention can also realize the multi-span frame extension type, as shown inFIG. 13 , the mentionedhorizontal tube 20 and the pull-upoperating frame 30 can be a multi-section assembly extension type, and a stable combined state can be achieved through the connection of the connecting plate 50 (or the connecting tube).
Claims (16)
1. An improved structure of a barbell hanger, the improved structure comprises:
a vertical rectangular tube with a ground end, a top end and a tube body portion between the ground end and the top end, wherein the tube body portion is provided with plural barbell positioning portions arranged at an upper and lower intervals;
a horizontal tube with a connecting end and an extending end, the connecting end is provided with a first locking tray which is lock-positioned with a side of the tube body portion of the vertical rectangular tube, and the extending end is provided with a second locking tray; and
a pull-up operating frame is horizontally disposed at an interval below the horizontal tube, the pull-up operating frame includes a cross bar as well as a mounting end locking plate and an extended end locking plate disposed respectively at two opposite ends of the crossbar in a vertical plate body type, wherein the mounting end locking plate is used for lock-positioning one side of the vertical rectangular tube, and a relative relation between the extended end locking plate and the second locking tray arranged in the cross bar extended end is level with each other.

The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 1 , wherein the extended end locking plate of the pull-up operating frame and the second locking tray disposed at the extending end of the horizontal tube are commonly lock-connected to the tube body portion of the another vertical rectangular tube.
3. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 1 , wherein a second locking tray disposed at the extending end of the horizontal tube, and the extending end locking plate of the pull-up operating frame are more commonly lock-connected to a connecting plate; the connecting plate, the second locking tray and the extended end locking plate are provided with plural relative locking holes for screw-positioning through the plural screw-in positioning members.

The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 1 , wherein a second locking tray disposed at the extending end of the horizontal tube, and the extending end locking plate of the pull-up operating frame are more commonly lock-connected with a connecting tube; the connecting tube, the second locking tray and the extended end locking plate are provided with plural locking holes of opposite positions for screw-positioning through the plural screw-in positioning members, and the second locking tray and the extending end locking plate are provided with zigzag tab, so that the mentioned locking hole is provided in this tab.
5. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 1 , wherein a corner reinforcing plate is respectively disposed at the cross bar and the corner connected with the mounting end locking plate as well as the cross bar and the corner connected with the extended end locking plate.
6. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 5 , wherein the horizontal tube is provided with plural positioning holes arranged in a laterally interval manner for mount-positioning more than one adjustable lateral top frame, each of the adjustable horizontal top frames includes a transverse frame and two sets of the connecting seat of two opposite ends disposed on the transverse frame; each connecting seat is provided with plural locking holes corresponding to the plural positioning holes provided in the horizontal tube;
7. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 6 , wherein the transverse tube is in a sectional rectangular type.
8. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 2 , wherein a corner reinforcing plate is respectively disposed at the cross bar and the corner connected with the mounting end locking plate as well as the cross bar and the corner connected with the extended end locking plate.
9. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 8 , wherein the horizontal tube is provided with plural positioning holes arranged in a laterally interval manner for mount-positioning more than one adjustable lateral top frame, each of the adjustable horizontal top frames includes a transverse frame and two sets of the connecting seat of two opposite ends disposed on the transverse frame; each connecting seat is provided with plural locking holes corresponding to the plural positioning holes provided in the horizontal tube;
10. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 9 , wherein the transverse tube is in a sectional rectangular type.
11. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 3 , wherein a corner reinforcing plate is respectively disposed at the cross bar and the corner connected with the mounting end locking plate as well as the cross bar and the corner connected with the extended end locking plate.
12. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 11 , wherein the horizontal tube is provided with plural positioning holes arranged in a laterally interval manner for mount-positioning more than one adjustable lateral top frame, each of the adjustable horizontal top frames includes a transverse frame and two sets of the connecting seat of two opposite ends disposed on the transverse frame; each connecting seat is provided with plural locking holes corresponding to the plural positioning holes provided in the horizontal tube;
13. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 12 , wherein the transverse tube is in a sectional rectangular type.
14. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 4 , wherein a corner reinforcing plate is respectively disposed at the cross bar and the corner connected with the mounting end locking plate as well as the cross bar and the corner connected with the extended end locking plate.
15. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 14 , wherein the horizontal tube is provided with plural positioning holes arranged in a laterally interval manner for mount-positioning more than one adjustable lateral top frame, each of the adjustable horizontal top frames includes a transverse frame and two sets of the connecting seat of two opposite ends disposed on the transverse frame; each connecting seat is provided with plural locking holes corresponding to the plural positioning holes provided in the horizontal tube.
16. The improved structure of barbell hanger defined in claim 15 , wherein the transverse tube is in a sectional rectangular type.
