Abstract

The present invention is a technology kitchen surface that includes a kitchen counter surface with an aperture and a plurality of kitchen cabinets where the kitchen counter surface is disposed on top of the kitchen cabinet with an embedded holding system that is set within the aperture and a technology device that is encased within the embedded holding system. The technology kitchen surface also includes a receiving box that is in communication with the technology device and is disposed within the kitchen cabinets and underneath the kitchen counter surface, a plurality of wires that are connected to the technology device and are protected and set within the receiving box and a plurality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components that are connected to the wires and are in communication with the technology device with the wires.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD & BACKGROUND
  • Currently there lacks an ingenuity and creativity to expand the utilization of modern media devices. Within this era of advanced technology, users are always interested in apparatuses and methods that will allow for the continued use of PDA's, compact computers and other possible mediums while conducting everyday tasks.
  • The present invention generally relates to a kitchen surface. More specifically, the invention is a technology kitchen surface.
  • It is an object of the invention to provide a technology kitchen surface that allows a user to utilize one or more technological devices on a kitchen surface such as a countertop.
  • It is an object of the invention to provide a technology kitchen surface that allows a user to utilize one or more computerized devices such as a tablet computer or other suitable computerized devices.
  • It is an object of the invention to provide a technology kitchen surface that supports Bluetooth or Wi-Fi related technology.
  • What is really needed is a technology kitchen surface that allows a user to utilize one or more technological devices on a kitchen surface such as a countertop or that allows a user to utilize one or more computerized devices such as a tablet computer or other suitable computerized devices that supports Bluetooth or Wi-Fi related technology.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will be described by way of exemplary embodiments, but not limitations, illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which like references denote similar elements, and in which:
  • FIG. 1 illustrates a front perspective view of a technology kitchen surface, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS
  • Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.
  • Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention. However, the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.
  • The phrase “in one embodiment” is utilized repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates a front perspective view of a technology kitchen surface 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. The technology kitchen surface 100 allows a user to utilize one or more technological devices on a kitchen surface such as a countertop or that allows a user to utilize one or more computerized devices such as a tablet computer or other suitable computerized devices that supports Bluetooth or Wi-Fi related technology.
  • The technology kitchen surface 100 includes a kitchen counter surface 110, an embedded holding system 120, a technology device 130, a receiving box 140, a plurality of wires 150 and a plurality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components 160. The kitchen counter surface 110 includes a plurality of kitchen cabinets 112 where the kitchen counter surface 110 is disposed on top of the kitchen cabinets 112. The kitchen counter surface 110 includes an aperture 114 that can be disposed on any suitable location of the kitchen counter surface 110. The embedded holding system 120 is set within the aperture 114 and can held in a flat position parallel to the kitchen counter surface 110 or can be raised above the kitchen counter surface 110 by the embedded holding system 120. The technology device 130 is encased within the embedded holding system 120. The technology device 130 is typically a tablet computer 132 such as an IPAD™, an IPOD™, a TOUCHPAD™ or other suitable computerized or electrical device such as a personal computer 134 or personal digital assistant 136. The technology device 130 is protected with a protective touch screen 138 that protects the technology device 130 from food, drinks or other materials that may damage the technology device 130. The receiving box 140 is in communication with the technology device 130 and is disposed within the kitchen cabinets 112 and underneath the kitchen counter surface 110. The wires 150 are connected to the technology device 130 and are protected and set within the receiving box 140. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components 160 are connected to the wires 150 and are in communication with the technology device 130 with the wires 150. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components 160 can be any Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components 160 that can be disposed within the receiving box 140 such as a router and other suitable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components 160.
  • The technology kitchen surface is a designated protective area that merges safe computing with interior design and introduces a suitable approach to data accessibility. The technology kitchen surface isolates a specific location on the surface of a kitchen counter as an embedded holding system for the electrical or technology device. Either flat or projected in mid-air above the counter top, the location of the electrical or technology device contains the necessary joining wires to support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, each housed within a receiver box. Once connected, the electrical or technology device allows the user to navigate their personal computer and/or phone to check e-mails, research cooking recipes, listen to music or any enjoy other suitable enjoyable activity without endangering the electronic or computer possible damage. The electrical or technology device can be specifically placed in ideal locations to cater to a plurality of diverse customers. The electrical or technology device incorporates a protective touch screen that the electrical or technology devices such as IPods, IPods, Touchpads and other suitable devices can be protected by. The technology kitchen surface enables the safe utilization of modern technology may assist in the development of ideas that combine household living with the modern computer and digital age.
  • While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. A technology kitchen surface, comprising:
a kitchen counter surface includes an aperture and a plurality of kitchen cabinets where said kitchen counter surface is disposed on top of said kitchen cabinets;
an embedded holding system is set within said aperture;
a technology device that is encased within said embedded holding system;
a receiving box that is in communication with the technology device and is disposed within the kitchen cabinets and underneath the kitchen counter surface;
a plurality of wires that are connected to said technology device and are protected and set within said receiving box; and
a plurality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components that are connected to said wires and are in communication with said technology device with said wires.
2. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 1, wherein said embedded holding system is held in a flat position parallel to said kitchen counter surface.
3. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 1, wherein said embedded holding system is raised above said kitchen counter surface by said embedded holding system.
4. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 1, wherein said technology device is a tablet computer.
5. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 1, wherein said technology device is protected with a protective touch screen that protects said technology device from food, one or more drinks or a plurality of other materials that may damage said technology device.
6. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 1, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components are disposed within said receiving box.
7. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 6, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components include a router.
8. A technology kitchen surface, comprising:
a kitchen counter surface includes an aperture and a plurality of kitchen cabinets where said kitchen counter surface is disposed on top of said kitchen cabinets;
an embedded holding system is set within said aperture;
a personal computer that is encased within said embedded holding system;
a receiving box that is in communication with said personal computer and is disposed within the kitchen cabinets and underneath the kitchen counter surface;
a plurality of wires that are connected to said personal computer and are protected and set within said receiving box; and
a plurality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components that are connected to said wires and are in communication with said personal computer with said wires.
9. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 8, wherein said embedded holding system is held in a flat position parallel to said kitchen counter surface.
10. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 8, wherein said embedded holding system is raised above said kitchen counter surface by said embedded holding system.
11. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 8, wherein said personal computer is protected with a protective touch screen that protects said personal computer from food, one or more drinks or a plurality of other materials that may damage said personal computer.
12. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 8, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components are disposed within said receiving box.
13. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 12, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components include a router.
14. A technology kitchen surface, comprising:
a kitchen counter surface includes an aperture and a plurality of kitchen cabinets where said kitchen counter surface is disposed on top of said kitchen cabinets;
an embedded holding system is set within said aperture;
a personal digital assistant that is encased within said embedded holding system;
a receiving box that is in communication with the technology device and is disposed within the kitchen cabinets and underneath the kitchen counter surface;
a plurality of wires that are connected to said technology device and are protected and set within said receiving box; and
a plurality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components that are connected to said wires and are in communication with said personal digital assistant with said wires.
15. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 14, wherein said embedded holding system is held in a flat position parallel to said kitchen counter surface.
16. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 14, wherein said embedded holding system is raised above said kitchen counter surface by said embedded holding system.
17. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 14, wherein said personal digital assistant is Bluetooth compatible.
18. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 14, wherein said personal computer is protected with a protective touch screen that protects said personal digital assistant from food, one or more drinks or a plurality of other materials that can damage said personal digital assistant.
19. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 14, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components are disposed within said receiving box.
20. The technology kitchen surface according to claim 19, wherein said Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components include a router.
