- This application is a National Stage of International Application No. PCT/CN2011/081661 filed Nov. 2, 2011, claiming priority based on Chinese Patent Application No. 201110291841.9 filed Sep. 30, 2011, the contents of all of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
- The following description relates to a fan, and more particularly, to a bladeless fan.
- A general fan is composed of a fan frame, a driving motor installed in the fan frame and rotatable blades connected the driving motor. Generally, a blowhole in front of the blades is covered by a protective cover for safety. As the protective cover of the fan has a plurality of openings, it is possible that children's fingers may be injured. In addition, since the general fan creates airflow using blades, a strong air flow is generated with inconsistent intensity so that the user may feel uncomfortable. The blades have to be detached, re-assembled and tested for cleaning, and the whole process causes huge inconvenience to the user.
- In order to solve the above problem, a blade-concealed fan has been designed. The blade-concealed fan includes a body and an blower having a blowhole in the front-end through which airflow communicates, the body includes a body case having installed therein blades and a motor, the motor drives the blades to rotate, and an air suction hole is formed in the body case. The above fan does not need outwardly-exposed blades and its function is only to push airflow to circulate so that it fails to meet the recent demand for a multifunctional device and leads to a less noticeable practicality. In addition, control buttons of the conventional electric fan of the related art are generally installed in the body case so that the control buttons are not rotated in response to the rotation of the body case. Hence, it is inconvenient to manipulate the level of airflow intensity and to turn on/off the fan.

front door 517 and amagnet block 5161 in theback case 516 to correspond to the position of the first magnet or by using thefront door 517 composed of magnetic materials and installing at least onemagnetic block 5161 in a point where theback case 516 and thefront door 517 are connected to each other. Specifically, an arc-shapedprotruding block 519 is installed at the center of a point where thefront door 517 and theback case 516 are magnetically connected so that thefront door 517 is easily open and thewater tank case 510 is used conveniently. Desirably, twomagnetic blocks 5161 are necessary, and each of the twomagnetic blocks 5161 needs to be disposed above and below the arc-shaped protruding block 519 of theback case 516 to correspond to each other, thereby making it easy to open and close thefront door 517 and to use thefront door 517. A transparentfront door window 518 is formed in thefront door 517 and a scale is coupled to thefront door window 518 so that it is easy to check the amount of water in thewater tank case 510 and it is possible to avoid an operation in dry environments due to water shortage, leading to great in-use safety. - Among them, installation of the
bottom plate 515 makes theatomizing device 5 to stand stably and, specifically, a bobbin spool is installed on a bottom surface of thebottom plate 515 so as to make it convenient to put electrical cords under thebottom plate 515, thereby leading to space saving, easy storage and simple manipulating. - Description overlapped with that of the first example is omitted for the sake of explanation.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the present example is different from the second example in that an airsuction hole bracket 6 is installed between therotating body 21 and theblower 1, that theblower 1 and the airsuction hole bracket 6 are hinge-connected, thatsuction units 63 are formed below the airsuction hole bracket 6, that thesuction units 63 are detachably installed on therotation case 211, that thesuction units 63 have a larger cross sectional area than thebracket 218 and that theblower 1, the airsuction hole bracket 6 and therotating body 21 form an airflow passage. - The
suction units 63 are detachably installed on therotation case 211, the caliber of thesuction units 63 have the same size as that of therotation case 211 so as to ensure that, if airflow is generated in therotating body 21, the airflow smoothly goes through thesuction unit 63 into the airsuction hole bracket 6, and thesuction units 63 are installed on the left side and the right side of the airsuction hole bracket 6 to correspond to each other so as to ensure that the same volume of air is absorbed through the left side and the right side of the airsuction hole bracket 6, thereby leading to a consistent volume of the blown-out air and a great blow effect. In the present example, the left side and the right side of the airsuction hole bracket 6 shown inFIG. 2 is referred to the left direction and the right direction, respectively. - Specifically, the air
suction hole bracket 6 includes the firstair duct bracket 61 and the secondair duct bracket 62 detachably connected to the firstair duct bracket 61, and the firstair duct bracket 61 is coupled with the secondair duct bracket 62 so that it is easy for disassembly and replacement and simple to be processed with a significant process efficiency. - The air
suction hole bracket 6 hinge-connected to theblower 1 makes it easy to adjust the air-blowing direction of theblower 1 through 360° and to manipulate theblower 1, and helps a user to flexibly change the swing angle of theblower 1 so that the user may conveniently control the air-blowing direction as he/she wishes. - As shown in
FIG. 11 , an angle position rings 7 are installed on the outer sidewall of theblower 1, the angle position rings 7 are sleeve-connected to each end of the airsuction hole bracket 6, and the swing angle of theangle position ring 7 is between 20° and 60°. Specifically, the upper part of theangle position ring 7 is in a semi-circular shape, an arc-shaped protrusion is installed on the bottom of theangle position ring 7, the swing angle of theblower 1 is determined according to a point at which the arc-shaped protrusion of theangle position ring 7 is connected to the inner side of the airflow passage of theblower 1 so that a change in the ventilating direction of theblower 1 due to external force is prevented, thereby leading to a great position effect, a fixed air-blowing direction and high practicality. - Other description of the present example overlapped with that of the second example is not provided.
- Like
FIG. 2 , the present example is different from the third example in that ananion generating unit 8 connected to thefirst PCB 43 is installed in the fixedbody 22. Thefirst PCB 43 and thetouch screen 42 are electrically connected so that theanion generating unit 8 is performed by controlling the touch screen using a remote controller or a user's touch, and anion generated by theanion generating unit 8 goes into theblower 1 according to high-speed airflow generated by high-speed rotation of theturbine 212 and then is blown out through the blowhole and spread into the air so that the atmosphere may become clean, use convenience may be improved, and the users' demand for multi-functions may be met. - Other description of the fourth example overlapped with that of the third description will not be provided.
- A number of examples have been described above. Nevertheless, it should be understood that various modifications may be made. For example, suitable results may be achieved if the described techniques are performed in a different order and/or if components in a described system, architecture, device, or circuit are combined in a different manner and/or replaced or supplemented by other components or their equivalents. Accordingly, other implementations are within the scope of the following claims.
