Theframe 132 includes afront frame portion 132 a and arear frame portion 132 b which form the front and rear structure, and aside frame portion 132 c which connects thefront frame portion 132 a with therear frame portion 132 b. Theframe 132 has a rectangular shape having a relatively long horizontal length. Meanwhile, thecover panel 131 covers an opened upper portion of the receivingcontainer 102 to separate the receivingcontainer 102 from the coolingchamber 11 a. Thecover panel 131 is generally formed of a transparent tempered glass or panel made of a resin material. - As shown in
FIGS. 4 to 6 , the receivingcontainer cover 103 includes aguide rail 140 extended from the rear toward a lower portion of thefront frame portion 132 a and a reinforcingmember 150 extended transversely in the lower portion of thefront frame portion 132 a to reinforce the strength of the receivingcontainer cover 103. Since a front portion of the receivingcontainer cover 103 is close to the user who loads and unloads products, when products are stored in the receivingcontainer 102 or on the receivingcontainer cover 103, the load may be concentrated on the front portion of the receivingcontainer cover 103. Accordingly, as described above, theguide rail 140 is extended to thefront frame portion 132 a and the reinforcingmember 150 is installed on the lower portion of thefront frame portion 132 a such that a concentrated load exerted on the receivingcontainer cover 103 can be dispersed to prevent the receivingcontainer cover 103 from being deformed or damaged. - The
guide rail 140 is disposed between the two receivingcontainers 102. Theguide rail 140 includes asupport portion 141 extended from therear frame portion 132 b toward thefront frame portion 132 a, anextended portion 142 provided below thesupport portion 141 and thefront frame portion 132 a, and arail part 143 protruded sideward from the end portion of theextended portion 142. - The

Preferably, thesupport portion 141 has asupport surface 141 a at a position where thesupport portion 141 is in contact with thecover panel 131, and thesupport surface 141 a is extended in the left and right direction from theextended portion 142. Thesupport surface 141 a can efficiently disperse the load exerted on thecover panel 131. - The
rail part 143 guides the extraction and retraction of the receivingcontainer 102 together with the guide part 111 of thesupport member 101 while supporting aflange part 122 formed at the other side of the receiving container 120. In the same way as the guide part 111, aguide roller 143 a is installed on therail part 143 to smoothly move the receivingcontainer 102. - Since the
guide rail 140 is extended toward a lower portion of thefront frame portion 132 a and the reinforcingmember 150 is installed transversely in the lower portion of thefront frame portion 132 a, the reinforcingmember 150 interferes with theguide rail 140. Thus, a throughhole 142 a is formed in theextended portion 142 of theguide rail 140 such that the reinforcingmember 150 passes through the throughhole 142 a. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , an end portion of the reinforcingmember 150 is supported by thefront frame portion 132 a. For this, thefront frame portion 132 a has asupport rib 132 d which supports the end portion of the reinforcingmember 150. Thesupport rib 132 d forms an engaginggroove 132 e into a shape corresponding to the cross-section of the reinforcingmember 150. The engaginggroove 132 e is coupled with the end portion of the reinforcingmember 150. - The reinforcing
member 150 may be made of stainless steel having corrosion resistance and high strength or reinforced plastics having low weight and high strength. - As described above, according to the present invention, the front portion of the receiving container cover is reinforced by the guide rail and the reinforcing member. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the receiving container cover from being deformed or damaged due to the load exerted on the receiving container cover.
- Further, according to the present invention, the guide rail is extended toward a lower portion of the front frame portion of the receiving container cover. Accordingly, it is possible to lengthen an extraction path of the receiving container.
- Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in this embodiment without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
