Abstract
A zipper includes a sound and light circuit arranged in a pulling member body, and the sound and light circuit consists of a switch, a battery, a speaker and a light-emitting member. With the switch manually pressed, the sound and light circuit gives out sound and light from the interior of the pulling member body. Thus the pulling member body can be pulled up and down to joint or separate two tracks of teeth of the zipper, and sound and light can be heard and lit up if the sound and light circuit is turned on by pressing the switch, so the pulling member can have the function of sound warning and light brilliance during nighttime in addition to the original function. Moreover, it the switch of the sound and light circuit is the on-indicating switch of a mobile phone, the sound and light can give a double sign of a call coming to the mobile phone.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to a zipper, particularly to one having a pulling member possible to give out sounds and light.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A conventional zipper generally has a pulling member for manually pulling a sliding member to move up and down to join together or separate two tracks of teeth (or spiral metal or plastic coils). The pulling member of a conventional zipper only serves nothing but a function being pulled manually.
- This invention has been devised to offer a zipper having a pulling member for pulling a sliding member up and down and also provided with a function of sound and light emitting.
- The feature of the invention is a sound and light circuit arranged in a pulling member body and consisting of a switch, a battery, a speaker, and a light-emitting member. When the switch is turned on, the sound and the light given out of the sound and light circuit is heard and seen through the pulling member for indicating a warning, and a brilliance appearance during nighttime, making the zipper unique and queer, except the original function of pulled up and down for joining and separating two tracks of teeth. In addition, if the switch of the sound and light device is the switch for a mobile phone, it can function to light up to show there is a call to the mobile phone.
- This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a zipper in the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the zipper in the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a front view of the zipper in the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a side view of the zipper in the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a diagram of a sound and light device in the zipper in the present invention; and, -
FIG. 6 is a front view of the zipper in the invention, showing the pulling member lit up with the light of a sound and light circuit therein. - A zipper in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1, 2 , 3 and 4, includes a pulling member 10 having a pulling member body 11 made transparent, and anelastic hook 12, a slidingmember 20, aconnector 30, and a sound andlight circuit 40 consisting of a switch 41 (possible to be a manual switch and connected with the on-indicatingswitch 45 of a mobile phone) as shown inFIG. 5 , - The sliding
member 20 is movably combined with the two tracks of teeth. - The
connector 30 has ahole 31 for the slidingmember 20 to hook with, connecting the slidingmember 20 with the pulling member body 11. - When the
switch 41 is manually pressed to turn on electricity (or the mobile phone carried by a user receives a signal and theswitch 45 is turned on), the sound and light circuit may start to function, making thespeaker 43 sound out and the light-emitting member lit up. - In this way, the pulling member body 11 can be slid up and down manually to join together or separate the two tracks of teeth, and also can be lit up or sounded out as shown in
FIG. 6 by means of the switch. Especially during nighttime, the pulling member may appear very bright with the light lit up. In addition, if the mobile phone receives a signal with the on-indicatingswitch 45 turned on, the pulling member body 11 is also lit up, indicating the user that the cell phone gets a call. - Next, when clothes provided with this zipper is to be washed, the pulling member body 11 has to be taken off the
connector 30 of the zipper in order to prevent the pulling member body 11 from wetted, and then theelastic hook 12 is hooked with theconnector 30 again after washed and dried. - While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various medications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
