Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a commodity box, and more particularly to a commodity box that can be produced easily and can display the commodity from different angles.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Generally, there are three types of commodity box. The first type commodity box as shown in
FIG. 1 comprises abase 100 formed with anopen recess 101 for accommodation of a commodity S, so that the commodity S can be clearly seen by consumers. However, since theopen recess 101 is open and has no cover, the commodity S will get soiled easily. The second type commodity storing box as shown inFIG. 2 comprises aseat 200 on which sits the commodity S for sale, and then atransparent cover 201 covers the commodity S for prevention of dust. The shortcoming of this box is that thetransparent cover 201 is high cost and not easy to be produced since it is made by molding process. Furthermore, thetransparent cover 201 and theseat 200 are not made of recycle material and cannot be reused, this causes resources waste and environmental contamination. The third type of commodity box as shown inFIG. 3 comprises abase 300 and a throughhole 301 formed on a side of thebase 300, the throughhole 301 is covered with a transparent tape 302 (as shown inFIG. 4 ). The commodity S is stored in thebase 300 of the commodity box, and the consumer only can see a part of the commodity S through thehole 301, furthermore, adhering thetransparent tape 302 is troublesome since thetransparent tape 302 needs to be cut into a predetermined size and then can be adhered to the inner side of thebase 300 to cover the throughhole 301. - The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view.
- It is one object of the present invention to provide a commodity box for storage of commodity, a first and a second through holes are formed on a first and a second planes of the commodity box, and between the first and the second through holes is arranged a connecting member, and then a transparent layer is attached to and covers the first and second planes. By such arrangements, the commodity in the commodity box can be kept from dust by the transparent layer and displayed clearly through the first and second through holes. Furthermore, the commodity is low cost and can be produced easily, and the transparent layer is made of recycle material friendly to environment.
- It is another object of the present invention to provide a commodity box for storage of commodity, in the above-mentioned first and second through holes is added a reinforcing rib, so as to improve the strength of the commodity box, the reinforcing rib in the first through hole is connected to the first plane and the connecting member, and another reinforcing rib in the second through hole is connected to the second plane and the connecting member.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
-
FIG. 1 shows a first type of conventional commodity box; -
FIG. 2 shows a second type of conventional commodity box; -

A thirdtype connecting member 15 is shown inFIG. 8 and only has avertical portion 152 located on thesecond plane 12, the left and right ends of thevertical portion 152 are connected to the edge of the second throughhole 14, while the front and rear ends of thevertical portion 152 are located between the first throughhole 13 and that of the second throughhole 14. - The
first plane 11 and thesecond plane 12 are covered with a transparent layer 20 (as shown inFIG. 9 ), so that the consumers can see the commodity S in thecommodity box 10 clearly through the first and second throughholes 13, 14 (as shown inFIGS. 5 and 6 ). - Referring to
FIGS. 10 and 11 , several planes of the commodity box 10 (there are three planes as shown inFIGS. 10, 11 ) are formed with through holes, so that the consumers can see the commodity S from different angles. - The first and second through
holes FIGS. 7, 8 and 12) for improving the strength of thecommodity box 10. The reinforcingrib 18 in the first throughhole 13 is connected between thefirst plane 11 and the connectingmember 15, and another reinforcingrib 18 in the second throughhole 14 is connected between thesecond plane 12 and the connectingmember 15. - As compared to the conventional commodity box, the present invention has the following advantages:
- First, the
commodity box 10 and thetransparent layer 20 are made of recycle paper and plastic material, which can be reused and are environment friendly. - Second, the
transparent layer 20 is attached to the first andsecond planes commodity box 10 directly without needing to be produced by an extra molding process. - Third, the first and second through
holes transparent layer 20, so that the commodity S can be kept from dust. - Fourth, the connecting
member 15 is integrally formed on the-commodity box 10 for enabling thetransparent layer 20 to be attached to the first andsecond planes - Fifth, the
commodity box 10 has more than two through holes located at different planes, so that the commodity S can be displayed more clearly. - While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
