Abstract

Thermally insulated food and/or beverage containers include: Cylindrical “stackable” containers of any size or capacity, with various types of lids.
Nested bowls of any size, shape, or capacity. With safety sealed “snap-tight” lids. For leak proof protection.
This four piece break-away tote includes: a separate internal frame, of a plurality of thermal insulation to separate hot, or cold beverages. The insulated lid is designed with a rotary insert that fits into the center of the thermally insulated container. At the top of the lid, there are two openings, with a specialized seal that allows for either sipping, or pouring beverages from the container.
The “Soft Mesh Carrier” facilitates the efficient transport of the containers for their desired purpose.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Portable and reusable food and beverage containers have been well known and used for many years for both hot and cold items. Thermal elements have also been used in the home for storing food and/or beverages. Food and beverage containers have been created in many different sizes and proportions in order to best accommodate their particular uses. [0001]
  • This invention enhances the portability and ease-of-use of multiple thermal containers. The combination of these insulated units can be made in any size and with a variety of both hot and cold items. [0002]
  • FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates generally to the field of containers, and more particularly, for the transporting and/or short term storage of foods and beverages, i.e. picnics, camping, work lunches, catering, etc. [0003]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1-[0004] 1 is a perspective view of a lid in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 1-[0005] 2 is a perspective view of a cylindrical container in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 2-[0006] 1 is a perspective view of a lid in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 2-[0007] 2 is a perspective view of a cylindrical container, with a cut-away section displaying the insulating material, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 3-[0008] 1 is a perspective view of a container seal in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 3-[0009] 2 is a perspective view of a cylindrical container, with a cut-away section displaying the internal division, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.

  • FIG. 4-[0012] 3 is a perspective top view of a specialized lid in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a nylon mesh carrier in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention. [0013]
  • FIG. 6-[0014] 1 is a perspective view of nested containers in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 6-[0015] 2 is a perspective view of a nested container depicting the insulation in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the current invention.

Claims (6)

What is claimed is:
1. A four piece “stackable” tote set. Thermally insulated in plurality of sizes and shapes. It includes, easy, east twist tops. Internally threaded within the top and bottom.
2. One unit of the four-piece tote set has a plurality of a divided center. Which separates both hot and/or cold beverages. This unit has an east twist top with a rotary insert. This rotary inset fits into the center to separate both hot/and or cold beverages. The rotary insert, and lid both accommodate each other. For sipping, or pouring, and leak proof protection.
3. These containers are also threaded externally and around the top and bottom base to accommodate the internal lids. That makes this unit an easy embodiment to assemble. Simply, each container can be detached and operate independently.
4. The center of each container embodies a plurality of thermal material that keeps food and beverages both hot and/or cold. The interiors of the containers are well insulated enabling them to maintain the food and/or beverages within the preferred temperature. A unique convenience of food preservation.
5. The “nested” bowls with snap tops are also thermally insulated and come in variety of shapes and sizes for easy storage. These “nest” bowls like the stackable totes can also be transported with the “nylon” mesh carrier making both the “stackable” totes and the “nested bowls” easier to carry, and to accommodate for easy storage. A well-rounded stackable or nested bowls, a supplier and also, can be a preserver for both hot and/or cold food and beverages.
6. A plurality of a “stackable” totes and “nested bowls” designed for easy use and for storage. This claim is my invention.
