Description
- The present invention relates to a bag for holding golf outfits, and particularly to one which permits the golf player using it to easily take the outfits held in it while playing golf.
- Many people play golf now because the expense of playing golf is not as high as before, and because people are more willing to spend money in activities that can help keep them healthy and energetic.
- Besides golf bags and golf clubs, golf players need to carry some small golf outfits such as ball position markers, tees, divot restoring tools and golf balls. If they are carried in the golf player's pockets, the players have to remember which pocket a particular outfit is held in, in order to take it out rapidly to not search for it while playing golf.
- To facilitate the picking up of the golf outfits, a conventional golf outfit bag is provided, as disclosed in Taiwan Patent no. 429155 public on Apr. 11, 2001, which can hold one tee, and several position markers for permitting a golf player to pick up same easily. However, because the conventional bag can only hold one tee, the golf player doesn't have a replacement when the tee is damaged in the middle of a game. Furthermore, because the bag can only hold the tee and the position marker, the function is very limited.
- Therefore, it is a main object of the present invention to provide a golf outfit bag, which can hold a substantially full range of golf outfits for the golf players to use, and which permits the players to easily pick up a particular outfit when they need it in playing golf.
- The bag for holding golf outfits in the present invention includes a main holding body, an upper covering part a lateral pocket and a lateral holding part.
- The main body is provided for holding golf balls. The upper covering part is connected to a rear portion of the main body for covering an upper opening of the main body, and is detachable attached to a front portion of the main body from the front part. The front part of the upper covering part further has an iron element attached thereto for a magnetic position marker to be attached to.
- The lateral pocket is sewn on one side of said main body, and has an upper opening for divot restoring tools to be passed into the pocket.
- The lateral holding part is sewn on other side of the main body, and has several rooms for long thin portions of tees to pass through to be held in position.
- A magnetic position marker is attached to an upper part of an iron divot restoring tool that shows above the pocket upper opening.
- The bag can be carried on the belt of an user by passing a connecting part connected to the rear portion of the main body through space between the belt and the user's waist; the connecting part can be attached to the main body rear portion by Velcro.
- This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the bag for holding golf outfits of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a front view of the bag for holding golf outfits of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a side view of the bag for holding golf outfits of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the bag of the present invention, holding the golf outfits in position.
- FIG. 5 is a view illustrating the way of securing the bag of the present invention to an user.
- Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a bag holding golf outfits in the present invention includes a
main holding body 1, an upper coveringpart 11, alateral pocket 15 and alateral holding part 14. Theabove parts - The upper covering
part 11 is connected to the upper edge of a rear portion of themain body 1, and has a Velcro 12 attached to it. Thelateral pocket 15 is sewn on the left side of themain body 1 with an upper opening being provided for insertingdivot restoring tools 5 therethrough. - The
main holding body 1 has a Velcro 13 attached to the front part. Thelateral holding part 14 is formed by means of sewing a long narrow cloth on the right side of the main body for holdingtees 4, as shown in FIG. 3; theholding part 14 has two rooms each having a circumference smaller than the circumference of the top of thetees 14 so that thetees 14 won't fall down through the rooms. - Referring to FIG. 3, a connecting
part 16 is connected to the upper part of the rear portion of themain body 1, and has a Velcro 17, which can be connected to a Velcro 18 on the rear portion of themain body 1, so the user can carry the outfit bag on the waist by means of passing the connectingpart 16 through the space between the waist and the belt of the user, and connecting the Velcro 17 to the Velcro 18, as shown in FIG. 5. - Referring to FIG. 4, an
iron element 111 is attached to the front end portion of the upper coveringpart 11 for permitting amagnetic position marker 3 to be detachably connected thereto. Anothermagnetic position marker 3 can be detachably connected to anupper portion 51 of an irondivot restoring tool 5, which is held in thelateral pocket 15, that the golf player can easily take theposition marker 3 when needing one. - Two
golf balls 2 are disposed in themain holding part 1, and the upper coveringpart 11 is connected to theholding part 1 by means of the Velcros 12 and 13 to prevent the golf balls from falling out. - From the above description, we can understand that the golf outfit bag of the present invention can hold a fill range of golf outfits, and facilitate the taking of the outfits for the golf player carrying it. Furthermore, there are two position markers, two tees and two balls held by the bag so the golf player have a replacement when one of them is damaged or lost.
- According to a second embodiment of the present invention, the connecting
part 16 and the rear portion of themain body 1 can be provided with a magnetic member and an iron member respectively instead of the Velcros 17 and 18 for connecting the connectingpart 16 to themain body 1.
