SANITARY SANDAL.
Application filed August 15, 1927. Serial No. 218,090.
The principal objects of the invention are to devise a sandal which will protect the foot of the wearer from being soiled while walking to and from a bath or swimming pool or while in a dressing room, and which will fit snugly to the foot.
A still further object is to devise a. form of sandal which will readily adapt itself'to fit different sizes of feet.
The principal features of the invention consist in forming a sandal with a sole portion of a tough flexible inelastic paper and a vamp portion of an elastic material stitched to said sole portion to form a toe pocket.
